What's new in Leo
Leo is the buying-signal agent that finds buy-ready B2B companies and reaches out on LinkedIn and by email. You approve, Leo does the work. This is what Leo has gained, dated and in the order it went live, newest first.

Target accounts
Add up to 200 companies you most want to win under Signals. Leo watches for them in everything he reads and checks their career pages, job ads and news every week. When one shows a buying signal, you hear about it in iMessage or Slack during your working hours.
Booked meetings and meeting briefs
Connect Cal.com, Calendly, Zapier or Make and Leo sees when a lead books, moves or cancels, and Results lists the meetings. About an hour before each meeting you get a brief on the lead in iMessage or Slack. If a lead says yes without booking through your link, the brief arrives after three hours.
Leads, In review and Learning
In Leads you can select several leads, star favorites, create groups, search, remove leads and add them to your CRM with the conversation as a note. The In review tab shows people Leo has not decided on yet, and the new Learning page shows where your buyers come from and which signals get replies.
A simpler portal, channels you control
The menu has Home, Inbox, Leads and Results at the top, and Leads has five clear tabs. You can reconnect LinkedIn without losing its warm-up and history, and disconnect any channel while your leads and conversations stay.
Run Leo in your own words in iMessage and Slack
Approve or skip new leads in iMessage or Slack by answering Leo in your own words. Ask "what do you mean?" and Leo explains instead of acting. Give Leo a goal for meetings or replies and he works out what each week needs from your own numbers, without promising an outcome.
Faster onboarding, sharper suggestions
During onboarding you watch Leo work live, and it finishes as soon as he has found companies that fit your ICP. Leo now also searches your ICP's own industry, market and company size. Your own customers, companies selling the same service as you and the public sector (unless you sell there) are not suggested.
The whole account, not just one person
At larger companies Leo reaches up to three buyers, one at a time, and you can switch to one per company. When anyone replies, cold steps to everyone else at the company pause, and a "talk to Anna" becomes a warm lead waiting for your approval. Whatever you ask Leo to remember about a company is used in every draft to it.
Follow-ups with a new reason
When a contacted lead shows a new signal, the next follow-up opens with it, and a "not now" becomes a scheduled return in the same thread. Drafts can mention your own customer cases, but only with results stated word for word on your site.
Your CRM wakes up lost deals
With HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Upsales or Close connected, your customers and open deals stay out of outreach. Lost deals and dormant contacts come back when the company shows a new signal. If you turn it on, positive replies and meetings are written back to your CRM.
More buying signals
New managers in the buyer role, such as a new CFO, are now a source of their own. For Swedish markets Leo also reads job ads on Platsbanken, and he notices when a company in your ICP runs a competitor's tool on its website. In the signal plan under ICP you choose which signal types count.
The right person, verified email addresses
If the first person Leo finds isn't the buyer, he tries the next one at the same company. Leo only uses verified work addresses, never catch-all, personal or shared inboxes, and buyers without a LinkedIn profile can be reached by email once you connect a mailbox.
Outreach that respects a no
Everything Leo sends, including what you approve in iMessage or Slack, is checked right before sending against your block list and your competitors. A stop on LinkedIn or by email blocks the person in every channel, and a complaint about being contacted never gets a sales reply.
