HubSpot acquired the Trigify team on September 23, and the platform shuts down on October 22, 2026. Leo reads the same LinkedIn engagement, checks whether the company can actually buy, and writes to the right person in your voice, on LinkedIn and email. You approve before anything is sent.

↳ What stays the same

The same signals from LinkedIn.

Engagement on competitors and category voices

Who likes and comments on posts from the LinkedIn profiles and company pages you watch. The same list you had in Trigify.

Posts about the problem you solve

Fresh LinkedIn posts that mention your keywords, and who engages with them.

Companies on the move

Hiring, funding rounds and people new in role, at companies that fit your ICP.

Leo searches posts and reads profiles through your own LinkedIn profile, which you connect in the portal.

↳ What Trigify never did

From signal to approved outreach.

  1. 01

Checks the business model, not just the title

Leo builds your ICP from your website and checks every company against what it actually sells, and to whom. A head of sales at a three-person agency is not the same lead as one at a 300-person manufacturer.

  2. 02

A match score with a receipt

Every lead gets a score from 0 to 100, computed in code, with the reasons behind it. For buyers, Leo shows the sentence on the company's own website the judgment rests on.

  3. 03

    Finds the right person

When the wrong person at the right company engaged, Leo finds the decision maker and writes to them, without claiming they did something they didn't.

  4. 04

    Writes in your voice

A personal message on LinkedIn and email, built on the signal and written in the lead's language.

  5. 05

    You approve

Review mode is the default. You read every draft before it goes out. You switch on autonomous mode yourself, channel by channel.

  6. 06

    Run it from iMessage

Ask for your stats, approve drafts, get a brief on a lead, or pause everything, from your phone.

Where Leo is the wrong choice

If you need a raw signal feed into Clay through an API, or monitoring of X, Reddit, YouTube and podcasts, a pure signal tool fits better. Leo is built to find buy-ready companies and write to them, not to pipe data onward. See the alternatives in the guide

↳ The move

How to move your watchlist.

  1. 01

    Export from Trigify

Save your list of watched LinkedIn profiles and company pages as a CSV with Trigify's export feature, before October 22.

  2. 02

    Start Leo

Enter your website and connect your LinkedIn profile. The first 7 days are free.

  3. 03

    Import

In the portal, the ICP tab, the card "Which competitors are we hunting?": choose Import from Trigify. Paste the links or choose the CSV file. Leo reads the column with LinkedIn links and skips the rest.

  4. 04

    See the result

You see right away how many were added, were already watched or were invalid. The watchlist has a limit, so bring the profiles that actually produced replies and meetings.

↳ Questions

Frequently asked questions.

When does Trigify shut down?+

For most customers at 11:59pm BST on October 22, 2026, according to Trigify. Contracts with a longer notice period can have their own end dates. Integrations and API access stop at the same time.

Can I bring my watched profiles to Leo?+

Yes. Export them from Trigify and import the CSV file or the links in Leo's portal. Personal profiles and company pages both work, and duplicates are skipped.

What does Leo cost?+

€89 per month (999 SEK or 99 USD depending on your market), excluding VAT, for 2 LinkedIn profiles and 1 mailbox. The first 7 days are free and there is no lock-in.

Does Leo send anything without my approval?+

Not in review mode, which is the default. You read every draft before it goes out. You switch on autonomous mode yourself, channel by channel.

Does Leo need my LinkedIn profile?+

Yes. Leo searches posts, reads profiles and sends through the LinkedIn profile you connect, at a human pace. If LinkedIn warns, Leo pauses the profile instead of pushing on.

Does Leo contact leads in Germany?+

Not cold. German law (UWG §7) requires prior consent for email and messages, so Leo sends nothing to leads placed in Germany. Things Leo refuses to do.
