Trigify alternatives 2026: 8 tools before it shuts Oct 22
2026-09-27 · 8 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
Trigify shuts down on 22 October 2026 at 11:59pm BST. HubSpot acquired the team on 23 September, accounts are not migrated to HubSpot, and integrations and API access stop when account access does. The best Trigify alternatives depend on what you used it for: SignalRaven or traxy if you only want LinkedIn signals, Teamfluence for your own team's engagement, Valley, Gojiberry or Leo if you want the signal turned into outreach.
That leaves about three weeks. This guide covers what you lose, what to look for in a replacement, an honest comparison of eight options and a migration checklist you can finish before the cutoff.
Honest disclosure: Revexa builds Leo, one of the tools below. Read with that in mind. Every fact about other tools links to its source, and where a price is not public we say so.
What exactly happens to Trigify?
Trigify's own site now carries the announcement "The Trigify team is joining HubSpot". Here is what it and the investor's exit note say, word for word where it matters:
| Question | Answer | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Who bought it? | HubSpot, all-cash, announced 23 September 2026 | Haatch |
| When does access end? | "For most customers, access will remain available until 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026" | trigify.io |
| Is my account moved to HubSpot? | No: "Your Trigify account will not be migrated to HubSpot" | trigify.io |
| What happens to my data? | "Will not be used by HubSpot", retained or deleted per Trigify's obligations | trigify.io |
| Integrations and API? | They stop working when account access ends | GTM Power-Ups |
| How do I keep my data? | Use Trigify's existing export options, or contact the Trigify team | trigify.io |
Some contracts with longer notice periods have individually negotiated end dates. If you are on an annual enterprise deal, check yours. Everyone else should plan for 22 October.
What Trigify customers are losing
Trigify was a signal layer. It watched social activity and turned it into leads you could act on somewhere else. Depending on your plan, that meant:
- Post engagers on tracked profiles. Who liked, commented on or shared posts from competitors, influencers and your own team, the core of most setups.
- Keyword listening. Posts mentioning your category, your brand or a competitor, on LinkedIn and, per Trigify's own material, on X, Reddit, YouTube and podcasts.
- Job changes and funding. Champion tracking and funding alerts on the higher plans, per SyncGTM's review.
- Enrichment and scoring before the lead left Trigify.
- The plumbing. Workflows, a REST API, an MCP server, a CLI and native pushes to HubSpot, Clay and Smartlead, plus webhooks.
That last point is the one that bites. Trigify rarely sat alone. It fed a Clay table, a HeyReach or Smartlead campaign or a HubSpot property. On 23 October those feeds go quiet without an error message in the tools downstream. Your sequences will just stop getting new names.
What to look for in a replacement
Before comparing tools, answer three questions. They decide the shortlist faster than any feature grid.
- Do you want signals or outcomes? If you have a working outreach stack and a person who runs it, replace the signal layer only. If Trigify's leads mostly sat in a Slack channel nobody worked, a tool that also writes and sends solves the real problem.
- Whose engagement matters? Engagement on competitors' and influencers' posts shows who is in the market. Engagement with your own team's posts shows who knows you. Different tools, different jobs.
- How much noise can you stand? SyncGTM's review of Trigify named it directly: "Signal noise is a real problem". A like is cheap. What matters is how the next tool filters engagers against your ICP before they reach you.
Then check these five things in every trial:
- ICP filtering on the company, not just the title. "Head of Sales" at a 3-person agency and at a 300-person manufacturer are not the same lead.
- Evidence per lead. Can you see which post, which interaction and why the tool thinks the company fits?
- Where it sends from. Tools that send from your LinkedIn account carry account risk. LinkedIn deleted HeyReach's company page and restricted its founders' profiles in March 2026, per HeyReach's own blog. Ask about daily caps and pacing.
- Export and API. You just learned why this matters. Make sure you can get your data out of the next tool too.
- Contract length. Month to month, after this, is worth a lot.

Honest verdicts
SignalRaven: the closest like-for-like swap
SignalRaven watches public LinkedIn activity around competitor pages, thought leaders, keywords and posts, and runs every engager through its qualification checks before it reaches you. Delivery goes to Slack, Clay, Google Sheets, Notion, webhooks, n8n or an API, which makes it the easiest drop-in if Trigify fed a Clay table. It does not send. Its team is actively courting Trigify users in RevGenius. Pricing was not public when we checked.
traxy: signals for a HeyReach stack
traxy scans engagers on the profiles you watch every hour, matches them against your ICP and enriches phone and email. It costs $149 a month for 5,000 credits and hands leads to HeyReach, HubSpot or Slack. A clean fit if HeyReach does your sending. It is a young company without outside funding, per its own statements.
Teamfluence: your own team's reach
Teamfluence looks inward. It captures who visits your team's profiles, engages with their posts and connects with them, then qualifies against your ICP. It is not a competitor-listening tool. Its Trigify offer is concrete: a free rebuild of your setup, your current Trigify price kept for three months, and your first month free if leads are not flowing before your Trigify end date.
Valley, Gojiberry and Leo: signal plus outreach
These three close the loop Trigify left open. They find the engager, judge the fit, write the message and send it on LinkedIn, with you approving.
- Valley is the premium US option: $199 a month on LinkedIn only, $299 with email, a done-for-you Studios tier at $1,499.
- Gojiberry is the volume leader at $99 a month, with 3,944 active subscriptions on its Stripe-verified TrustMRR page on 14 August 2026. More in our Gojiberry alternatives breakdown.
- Leo is ours. Covered below.
What about HubSpot itself?
HubSpot bought Warmly in June and now the Trigify team. It is reasonable to expect signals inside HubSpot over time, but nothing announced replaces your Trigify account on 22 October. Do not plan a migration around a product that does not exist yet.
Where Leo fits, and where it does not
Leo is a buying-signal agent. He watches who engages with your competitors' and industry voices' posts on LinkedIn, plus hiring, funding and system switches. He builds your ICP from your website, judges each company's business model rather than just the job title, finds the right person, and drafts the message in your voice for LinkedIn and email. You approve before anything goes out, and you can run all of it from iMessage.
Two things we can show:
- Explainability. Every lead comes with the signal behind it and the reasons it fits, quoted from the company's own site.
- Day-one quality. In an internal measurement, the ICP Leo built from a website agreed with 19 of 25 of our founder's own lead verdicts on day one.
Where Leo is the wrong pick: if you need a raw signal feed into Clay through an API, or listening across X, Reddit, YouTube and podcasts. Leo is built around LinkedIn and company signals, and around sending, not piping. SignalRaven or traxy fit that job better.
Price: $99, €89 or 999 SEK a month for 2 LinkedIn profiles and 1 mailbox. First 7 days free, no commitment.
How to migrate off Trigify before 22 October
| When | Step |
|---|---|
| This week | Export everything: tracked profiles, keyword lists, captured leads and engagers, scoring rules. Screenshot each workflow. |
| This week | List every downstream consumer: Clay tables, webhooks, HubSpot properties, HeyReach or Smartlead campaigns, scripts calling the API. |
| Week 2 | Rank sources by outcome. Which tracked profiles and keywords produced replies and meetings? Drop the rest. |
| Week 2 | Start one or two trials in parallel with Trigify. Load only the sources that earned their place. |
| Week 3 | Compare the leads side by side for a week. Count fit, not volume. |
| Before 22 Oct | Repoint webhooks and integrations, switch off Trigify workflows and confirm the new feed lands where your team works. |
Three practical notes:
- Profiles map to watched profiles. In Leo, you add competitors and the people behind them as watched profiles and keep your keywords. SignalRaven and traxy work the same way.
- Do not move the noise. A migration is the cheapest moment to cut sources that never produced a meeting.
- Check what sends from your LinkedIn account. Trigify listened. Some replacements also send. That is a different risk profile, so keep daily volumes human.
Frequently asked questions
When does Trigify shut down?
For most customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Some contracts with longer notice have individually agreed dates. Integrations and API access stop at the same time as account access.
Will my Trigify account move to HubSpot?
No. Trigify states that accounts will not be migrated to HubSpot and that HubSpot will not use customer data as part of the team's move. Export what you want to keep before your access ends.
What is the best Trigify alternative?
It depends on the job. For a like-for-like LinkedIn signal feed, SignalRaven or traxy. For your own team's engagement, Teamfluence. For signals turned into approved outreach, Valley, Gojiberry or Leo.
Is there a free Trigify alternative?
SignalRaven offers a free trial, Leo gives 7 days free and Valley has a 7-day trial with a card. Ongoing free plans with real LinkedIn signal volume are rare.
Can I import my Trigify data into another tool?
Most tools accept your tracked profiles and keywords as setup input, either by pasting them or by CSV. Export your lists and captured leads before 22 October, because after that the data is only retained or deleted under Trigify's obligations.
