Leo reaches out on email and LinkedIn, at a pace that protects your domain and your account.
- Volume: each mailbox starts carefully at 20 emails per day and ramps to 40 once the address has warmed up
- More mailboxes = more volume: Leo rotates between connected mailboxes so no single address gets burned
- Times: weekdays during office hours
- Sequence: a first message, then a few spaced follow-ups over the coming weeks. On a reply, stop or bounce the sequence stops immediately
- Opt-out: every email ends with a simple stop line and carries a standard unsubscribe header. Anyone who opts out is never contacted again
- Leo can send connection requests and messages from your own account
- The pace is human and stays within LinkedIn's limits
- Connection requests are sent without a note by default, data shows higher acceptance
- Max 2 LinkedIn accounts to start, more accounts give more volume
The protection against burning your domain
The protection is built in and cannot be turned off:
- Careful ramp-up per mailbox
- Daily cap per address
- Stop on bounces
- A circuit breaker pauses the mailbox on repeated errors
Leo sends personal messages one at a time, never bulk.
Language
Outreach language is set per account: Swedish accounts get Swedish messages, English accounts get English. Leo never mixes languages toward a company.
What does Leo write?
Every message starts from research on the company and the fresh buying signal. You set the voice in settings: greeting, tone, signature and your own instructions. Everything Leo sends is visible in the platform.
