The control dial: approve or autonomous

Per channel you choose whether Leo acts on his own or puts drafts under To approve. How the flow works.

You decide what Leo does on his own and what you approve first. That is the control dial.

Four channels, two modes

For each channel you choose You approve or Leo handles it:

ChannelWhat it is
Cold emailsThe first message to a new company
Replies to leadsLeo's answer when someone replied
LinkedIn invitesConnection requests
LinkedIn DMsMessages on LinkedIn

By default everything is set to You approve: you see every draft before it goes out. When you trust a channel you hand it over to auto, and you can switch back anytime. The dial lives under To approve.

The To approve flow

Everything waiting is collected under To approve. For each draft you can:

  • Approve: the message is sent right away
  • Edit: change the text and send your version
  • Skip: never sent, the lead is not blocked
  • Never contact: never sent and the lead is blocked for good

Approve in the chat instead

Everything also works through the Leo chat: "approve everything waiting", "skip the cold emails", "rewrite the message to Göran, more casual".

Pause everything

Say "pause Leo" in the chat or turn him off in settings. No new outreach goes out until you start again. A canceled or paused subscription also stops all outreach automatically.
