HeyReach alternatives 2026: 8 tools compared by price

2026-10-23 · updated 2026-10-23 · 10 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa

The main HeyReach alternatives, cheapest first, are Waalaxy ($16 per user a month billed yearly, $19 monthly), Dripify ($59 billed annually, $79 monthly), La Growth Machine ($60 or $70), Expandi ($79 or $99), lemlist Multichannel ($87 or $109), Leo by Revexa ($99), Skylead ($100) and Valley ($149 billed quarterly, $199 monthly). HeyReach costs $79 per LinkedIn sender a month, or $63 billed yearly, and sends email only through Instantly or Smartlead; all of the above except Waalaxy Pro and Valley Starter cover LinkedIn and email in one subscription. For agencies with dozens of senders, HeyReach's flat plans are still hard to beat, and Skylead Agency is the closest match.

Checked on 23 October 2026 against each vendor's pricing page and help center as a US buyer sees them, plus HeyReach's terms, DPA and blog. US dollars excluding tax unless another currency is named; pages loaded from Sweden showed the same prices, except Waalaxy, which sets its currency by location.

Revexa builds Leo, one of the tools below, so weigh what we say about it. Order: the lowest monthly price a US buyer sees for the cheapest paid plan that automates LinkedIn, any billing term. Free plans don't count and ties are alphabetical. Waalaxy sets its currency by location and shows dollars in the US. La Growth Machine opens in euros but offers dollars, so its dollar price is used. Skylead's annual plan ("Pay 10 months & get 2 months free") goes through sales without a listed price, so Skylead is placed at $100. Leo lands sixth of eight.

Why teams look for HeyReach alternatives

The friction points (HeyReach pricing has every plan and cost examples):

  • Email is a separate bill. HeyReach automates LinkedIn and uses "native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead" for email (pricing).
  • You pay per sender. Growth costs $79 per sender a month billed monthly, $71 quarterly and $63 yearly, and $59, $53 and $47 from ten senders. Users are free (plans article).
  • Agencies bring their own proxies. HeyReach's pricing FAQ says the per-sender plan (called "Starter" there and Growth in the help center) "provides a dedicated residential proxy to each of the LinkedIn senders, while the 'Agency' and 'Unlimited' plans require you to bring your own proxies".
  • LinkedIn acted against HeyReach itself. On 25 March 2026 LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page and restricted the profiles of its CEO, CTO, CRO and CMO. HeyReach says "Customer accounts, campaigns, and the platform itself continued operating normally" (HeyReach blog, 7 August 2026).
  • Terms and data. Under the terms (effective 19 November 2025), "all fees are non-refundable" outside listed cases. The DPA puts the "primary processing facilities" in the United States, says "Users cannot select the region in which their data is stored" and that HeyReach holds no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification.

The 8 alternatives one by one

1. Waalaxy

For newcomers: "75% of our users had never done LinkedIn outreach before". The pricing page opens on yearly billing and sets its currency by location: a US visitor sees Pro at $16, Advanced at $32 and Business at $55 per user a month, and Waalaxy's price data gives $19, $39 and $69 billed monthly. The euro price list starts at €19 billed yearly (pricing).

  • Strength: the lowest entry price, and a random daily quota "between 80% and 100% of your maximum limit" (help center).
  • Weakness: Pro allows 300 invites a month, cold email is on Business only, and the LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on ($22 a month, or $11 billed yearly, in the US price data).

2. Dripify

Pro costs $59 per user a month billed annually or $79 monthly, with LinkedIn and email sequences and 100 email finder credits (pricing).

  • Strength: a "Dedicated IP" in your location, cloud sending and actions "spaced with randomised timing" inside your working hours.
  • Weakness: "Each Dripify seat connects one LinkedIn account". Plans allow up to 75 connection requests a day. LinkedIn publishes no exact invitation limit; HeyReach estimates it at "roughly 100 invitations per week" (HeyReach) and lemlist at "roughly 100 per rolling week" (lemlist). Against those estimates, Dripify's daily ceiling is high, so set your own limit lower.

3. La Growth Machine

Priced per identity, the LinkedIn profile that runs campaigns: Basic costs $60 a month billed annually or $70 monthly, and the page opens in euros, €50 or €60 (pricing).

  • Strength: LinkedIn and email on Basic, calls on Pro ($110 billed annually) and X on Ultimate, "Protected by dedicated 5G mobile proxies".
  • Weakness: Basic allows "Up to 3 identities" and one sending email per identity; inbox rotation starts on Pro.

4. Expandi

$99 per LinkedIn account a month, or $79 billed annually, mixing connection requests, messages, InMails, event invites and email follow-ups in one sequence (pricing).

  • Strength: a "Dedicated country-based IP-address", profile auto warm-up and limit ranges that Expandi "won't allow you to go over".
  • Weakness: the page also advertises "Campaign Types that Allow Bypassing Outreach Limits"; check how they work first, since LinkedIn's User Agreement bars attempts to "bypass or circumvent any access controls or use limits". Agency pricing is on request from 10 seats.

5. lemlist

Multichannel costs $87 per user a month billed yearly or $109 monthly, with "Unlimited emails & messages", LinkedIn, SMS and a dialer; LinkedIn automation is not listed on the $55 Email plan (pricing).

  • Strength: "All lemlist data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) on servers located exclusively in France and hosted by OVH" (help center), and its LinkedIn guide recommends "up to 20 invites/day" (guide).
  • Weakness: LinkedIn actions "depend on the correct browser session (cookies + the Chrome extension)", and "Each lemlist account can only connect to a single LinkedIn account" (help center).

6. Leo by Revexa (ours)

A buying-signal agent rather than a sequencer. Leo builds your ideal customer profile from your website, watches signals such as hiring, funding, new executives in the buying role and engagement with competitors' LinkedIn posts, finds the right person and drafts LinkedIn messages and emails in your voice. $99 a month in the US and rest of the world, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, for two LinkedIn profiles and one mailbox; 7 days free, no lock-in (pricing).

  • Strength: review mode is the default. You approve or skip each draft in the portal, iMessage or Slack, in your own words; autonomous mode is switched on per channel only if you want it. CRM customers and open deals are kept out of outreach.
  • Weakness: founded in 2026, LinkedIn and email only, and no cold messages to leads in Germany (UWG §7). Leo sends through your own LinkedIn profile, so LinkedIn's rules on automation apply to it too.

7. Skylead

$100 per seat a month for LinkedIn and email with unlimited email accounts. Agency costs $999 a month for 25 seats or $1,999 for unlimited seats as a "First-year promotion", with a unibox for all client conversations and a whitelabel option; annual billing goes through sales (pricing).

  • Strength: the closest bundle to HeyReach Agency, with email included.
  • Weakness: its pricing page says little about LinkedIn limits, and the agency price is promotional.

8. Valley

Starter costs $199 per seat a month, or $149 billed quarterly, LinkedIn only; Plus adds 1,000 email messages a month at $299, or $249 quarterly (pricing).

  • Strength: you can "Review, edit and approve drafts before they go out", and Valley "respects LinkedIn's monthly limits automatically", about 500 connection requests a month (help center).
  • Weakness: per-seat pricing, a trial that needs a payment method, and a help center that marks "Autopilot ON (recommended for most users)".

HeyReach wins for agencies and teams that run many LinkedIn accounts. One campaign can use "an unlimited number of senders" (help center), and at 300 senders Unlimited works out to about $8 to $10 per sender a month (our calculation). Its safety tooling is well documented: a default of 25 connection requests a day, a "Cooldown Mode" when LinkedIn's weekly limit is hit and "Locks" that delay sending after pushback (help center). Leo fits a different job: a small B2B team that wants the agent to decide whom to contact and why, and to read each message first. For the closest rivals in depth, see HeyReach vs Expandi vs Waalaxy.

When to stay with HeyReach

  • You run 17 or more senders. Billed monthly, Agency 25 at $999 costs less than 17 Growth senders at $59 each ($1,003).
  • You serve clients. Workspaces, whitelabel and one inbox for every sender are what HeyReach is built around.
  • Your email runs in Instantly or Smartlead.
  • You build lists elsewhere and only need senders at $47 to $79.

Whichever you pick, LinkedIn says members using such tools "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down" (LinkedIn Help). See LinkedIn outreach without restrictions for what lowers that risk. This is not legal advice.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best alternative to HeyReach?

It depends on why you leave: Waalaxy for price; Dripify, La Growth Machine or Expandi for LinkedIn plus email; lemlist for email-first teams; Leo for signal-based drafts you approve; Skylead for agencies; Valley for research-heavy messages.

What is the cheapest HeyReach alternative?

Waalaxy Pro, at $16 per user a month billed yearly or $19 monthly for a US buyer, for LinkedIn only and 300 invites a month. With email included, Dripify costs $59 a month billed annually ($79 monthly) and La Growth Machine $60 ($70 monthly).

Is there a HeyReach alternative with email built in?

Yes. Dripify, La Growth Machine, Expandi, lemlist Multichannel, Skylead, Valley Plus and Leo cover LinkedIn and email in one tool. HeyReach sends email through its integrations with Instantly and Smartlead.

Which HeyReach alternative is best for agencies?

Skylead is the closest: Agency costs $999 a month for 25 seats or $1,999 for unlimited seats as a first-year promotion, with a whitelabel option. Expandi prices agencies on request from 10 seats. HeyReach's 25-sender Agency plan costs $999 a month billed monthly ($799 billed yearly), whitelabel included.

Did LinkedIn ban HeyReach?

No. On 25 March 2026 LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page and restricted four executives' profiles; HeyReach says customer campaigns kept running. LinkedIn's User Agreement still bars automated messaging, so every tool on this page carries a risk of account restriction.
