HeyReach pricing 2026: plans, per-sender cost and real cost

HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender, not per user: Growth costs $79 per sender a month, $59 from ten senders, and $759 per sender a year billed yearly. Agency costs $999 a month for 25 senders or $1,399 for 50, and Unlimited $2,999 for up to 300. HeyReach sends no email itself, so one founder running LinkedIn plus email through Smartlead pays about $1,149 to $1,416 a year (our estimate). Watch the price break at ten senders, the proxies agencies must bring themselves and fees that are non-refundable.

HeyReach plans and prices

The cards show rounded per-month figures: Growth billed yearly shows "$64 /seat/mo" next to "$759 billed yearly" ($63.25 a month), while the plans article lists $63. Unlimited's 300-sender cap is a "Fair-user policy".

Users are free: HeyReach "charges only per LinkedIn senders, not per users". Growth comes with a 14-day trial for up to 3 LinkedIn accounts, no card needed, and the trial "does not automatically convert to a paid plan". An Early stage program offers "a heavily discounted plan" to companies under $250,000 ARR with fewer than 5 people; its price is not published.

What you pay for outside HeyReach

• Email. HeyReach's own actions are on LinkedIn; email goes through "native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead". Smartlead Base costs $39 a month (pricing) and Instantly Growth $47 (pricing).
• Email-finding credits. The included credits are "a one-time credit allocation"; extra packs "never expire", and each found email costs 1 credit (credits). Pack prices are not on the pricing page.
• Proxies. Agency and Unlimited "require you to bring your own proxies".

What HeyReach really costs: three examples

Our estimates, at list price and before VAT.

One founder, LinkedIn plus email. Growth plus Smartlead Base costs $118 a month, $1,416 a year, or $1,149 a year with both billed yearly, before mailboxes and a domain.

A team of nine reps. Nine senders cost $711 a month, while ten cost $590, because the per-sender price drops from $79 to $59 at ten. Billed yearly, nine cost $6,826 and ten $5,664, so the tenth seat saves $1,162 a year.

An agency. From 17 senders, Agency 25 at $999 costs less than Growth at $59 each; from 24 senders, Agency 50 at $1,399 does; above 50, Unlimited at $2,999 costs less than 51 Growth seats ($3,009). That is about $40 per sender on Agency 25, $28 on Agency 50 and $10 on Unlimited at 300 senders, plus proxies HeyReach doesn't price.

Hidden costs and terms

• No refunds. The terms, effective 19 November 2025, say "all fees are non-refundable" outside a few listed cases. The help center calls subscriptions "generally non-refundable once a billing period has started" and reviews requests case by case, such as charges after cancelling (billing help).
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew unless notice is given "at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration", unless an order form says otherwise. In the app, cancelling stops future renewals, but a cancellation processed after the renewal date can still be charged.
• Seats. Added seats are charged pro rata, removed seats count from the next cycle, and all senders share one billing cycle: if the first senders are yearly, "the one you add will be billed yearly as well".
• After cancelling. Campaigns pause and LinkedIn accounts disconnect when the period ends. A pause of up to 2 months is the alternative, and it can preserve a discount.
• LinkedIn risk is yours. The terms make you responsible for keeping accounts "in good standing" and say HeyReach "IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADVERSE ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THE CUSTOMER BY A THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM".
• VAT. HeyReach is registered in Estonia: EU and UK businesses need a valid VAT number for 0% VAT, otherwise VAT is added.

Third-party price data

• Vendr and PricingSaaS had no HeyReach page on 15 October 2026.
• Internet Archive. Snapshots of the pricing page show a price rise for agencies. On 20 May 2026 Agency cost $999 for 50 senders, Unlimited $1,999 with a cap of 500, and yearly billing saved 25%. By 11 July 2026 the same $999 bought 25 senders, Unlimited cost $2,999 and the yearly saving was 20%.
• Trustpilot. Trustpilot showed 4.0 from 51 reviews on 15 October 2026, 11 of them one-star, including complaints about bugs and support replies taking 24 to 48 hours.

Cheaper alternatives

Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price listed for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term. Free plans don't count, and ties are alphabetical. HeyReach is cheap per sender at agency volume, so each tool below is cheaper for one or a few senders. Prices checked on 15 October 2026.

• Linked Helper. $15 a month per license, or $8.25 on a 12-month license ($99 a year); 20 licenses on 12 months cost $6.60 each (pricing). Right on a tight budget; wrong if campaigns must run while your computer is off, since it is "desktop software".
• SalesRobot. Basic costs $39 per LinkedIn account a month billed annually or $59 monthly, with 1 active campaign and limited daily quotas (pricing). Right for one account in the cloud on a small budget; wrong if you run several campaigns at once.
• Dripify. Pro costs $59 per user a month billed annually or $79 monthly, with LinkedIn and email in one sequence and 100 email finder credits a month (pricing). Right if one person wants LinkedIn plus email for less than HeyReach plus an email tool; wrong for many senders, since "Each Dripify seat connects one LinkedIn account".
• Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if you want buying signals turned into LinkedIn and email drafts you approve, sent from your own profile and mailbox; wrong if you are an agency running many sender accounts, or want to build every sequence yourself.

HeyReach in Europe: GDPR and where the data is

• Company. HeyReach Inc OÜ is "an Estonian corporation", and its terms follow Estonian law.
• Location. The DPA, last modified 23 July 2026, says HeyReach's "primary processing facilities are in the United States of America", hosted on AWS, and "Users cannot select the region in which their data is stored". The DPA covers transfers with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Certifications. "We do not currently hold ISO 27001, SOC 2, or equivalent certifications."
• LinkedIn's rules. Section 8.2 of LinkedIn's User Agreement, in force since 3 November 2025, bars "bots or other unauthorized automated methods" to "send or redirect messages". See LinkedIn outreach without restrictions.
• Your own outreach. Messaging EU prospects needs a lawful basis, usually legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email. This is not legal advice.
