Pipedrive alternatives 2026: 9 CRMs compared by price

2026-10-22 · updated 2026-10-22 · 6 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa

The cheapest Pipedrive alternatives cost $9 per user a month billed annually: Freshsales Growth ($11 monthly) and Close Solo ($19 monthly, one user only). Next come monday CRM ($12, from 3 seats), Zoho CRM ($14, free for 3 users), HubSpot ($20 list price, free for 2 users), folk ($24), Salesforce Starter Suite ($25), Salesflare ($29) and Attio ($35, free for 3 seats). Pipedrive itself costs $14 to $79 per seat billed annually. Stay on Pipedrive if Growth ($39) already does the job: it includes email sync, automations, sequences and forecasts, while Close, HubSpot, folk, Salesflare and Attio charge $48 to $99 a seat for sequences (Close calls them Workflows).

Checked on 22 October 2026 against each vendor's pricing page as a US visitor sees it, and from Sweden for the European price. Prices are per user a month, exclude tax and are shown as billed annually, with monthly billing in brackets. Revexa builds Leo, a buying-signal agent that connects to Pipedrive; it is not a CRM and is not in the list.

Why teams look for Pipedrive alternatives

Pipedrive's four plans cost $14 (Lite), $39 (Growth), $59 (Premium) and $79 (Ultimate) per seat a month billed annually, or $24, $49, $79 and $99 billed monthly; EU buyers pay the same figures in euros. There is a "Free 14-day trial. No credit card required." but no free plan. Our Pipedrive pricing breakdown has every plan and limit. The usual reasons to leave:

  • Add-ons on top of seats. LeadBooster (lead capture) starts at $32.50, Smart Docs at $32.50, Web Visitors at $41, Projects at $16 and Campaigns (email marketing) at $13.33 a month. LeadBooster comes with Premium; on Lite and Growth you buy it.
  • Key features sit on Growth. Lite has no email sync, automations or sequences; Growth adds "Full email sync with tracking" and "Automations and nurturing sequences".
  • No refunds. Pipedrive's terms say that, except as set out in them, "in no event shall Client receive a refund of any Fees prepaid hereunder".
  • Missing channels. In a 2024 r/CRM thread, a Pipedrive customer of over three years wrote that "they nickel and dime you for everything and it's gotten worse" and wanted SMS, "another place Pipedrive lacks" (Reddit, a single, unverified post). They later moved to Zoho.

What to know about each alternative

  • Close. Solo is "Limited to 1 user", "Limited to 10k leads" and "Workflows not included". Essentials adds team use; workflows start on Growth. "Calling is charged based on usage", and the free trial includes $5 of calling and enrichment credits. From Sweden the page shows the same dollar prices.
  • Freshsales. Growth lists Kanban view, contact lifecycle stages, chat, email and phone, and basic workflows. Pro adds contact scoring, deal insights, territory management and sales sequences. Enterprise costs $59 ($71). The euro prices match the dollar figures.
  • monday CRM. You choose a team size from 3 seats upwards (3, 5, 10 and so on), so the cheapest real bill is 3 × $12 = $36 a month billed annually (our calculation). Pro includes 25,000 automations a month and email sequences. There is no free version: "Your first option to use monday CRM for free is a 14-day trial."
  • Zoho CRM. Free for up to 3 users, with workflow automation. Standard adds mass email, built-in calling, multiple pipelines, web forms, forecasting and data enrichment; Professional costs $23 ($35). The same Reddit poster who left Pipedrive liked Zoho better but noted "There is a learning curve though" (2025, unverified).
  • HubSpot Sales Hub. Free for up to 2 users. Starter includes calling, a notetaker, a prospecting agent and intent signals, but sequences, forecasting and conversation intelligence start on Professional. From Sweden the page shows Starter at €7 and Professional at €90 per seat. See HubSpot Sales Hub pricing.
  • folk. Standard includes pipeline management, email campaigns, contact enrichment, a LinkedIn extension and "Email, calendar & WhatsApp sync". Premium adds custom objects and deals, email sequences, dashboards and API access. Europe sees lower euro prices than the dollar figures.
  • Salesforce Starter Suite. Includes lead, account, contact and opportunity management, "Built-in Sales Flows and Lead Routing" and email marketing. Pro Suite adds "Sales Quoting and Forecasting". The full Sales Cloud editions start at $195 a user a month billed annually.
  • Salesflare. Captures contact and company data from email, signatures and social profiles, logs meetings and calls, and works in LinkedIn, Gmail and Outlook. Growth includes 5 lead credits a month, Pro 100. Enterprise costs $99 ($124) with a minimum of 5 users.
  • Attio. The free plan covers up to 3 seats and Plus up to 10. Pro adds "Call Intelligence & sequences", permission controls and advanced reporting; Enterprise is priced on request.

When to stay on Pipedrive

Our judgement, from the plans above:

  • Growth already covers you. $39 a seat billed annually buys email sync, automations, sequences and forecasts. Freshsales Pro ($39), monday CRM Pro ($28, from 3 seats) and Zoho CRM Standard ($14, with Cadences) offer sequences for the same or less; Close, HubSpot, folk, Salesflare and Attio charge $48 to $99 a seat for them.
  • You use Nova. Pipedrive's meeting intelligence (pre-call briefs, call transcripts and CRM updates) "is included in all plans, at no additional cost" (Nova).
  • Your cost problem is one add-on. If LeadBooster is the extra, Premium ($59) includes it; compare that with switching costs before you migrate.
  • Your data is clean but your pipeline is thin. A new CRM won't add leads. Start with the deals you already have: our guide to finding dormant leads in Pipedrive shows how.

If the problem is pipeline, not the CRM

Many teams shopping for a CRM really need more first meetings. Leo by Revexa (ours) is a buying-signal agent that connects to Pipedrive: it watches signals such as hiring, funding and new executives, drafts LinkedIn messages and emails that you approve by default, keeps customers and open deals out of outreach and brings lost deals back when a new signal appears. It costs $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT (pricing). Wrong choice if you need a CRM: Leo works alongside one.
