Unify alternatives 2026: 7 tools compared by price
2026-10-22 · updated 2026-10-22 · 8 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
Unify is a chat-first outbound tool for sellers: from one prompt it builds lists from 1.1 billion people and 65 million companies, enriches them, adds signals and writes email, call and task sequences. Base costs $20 per seat a month and Pro $60, billed monthly, with a free plan for up to 3 seats; website intent, signal-triggered automations and read-write CRM sync sit on the custom, annually billed Business plan. The main options are Apollo, lemlist, Gojiberry, Leo by Revexa, Valley, Clay and Amplemarket.
Checked on 22 October 2026 against each vendor's own pages as a buyer in the United States sees them. Prices are in US dollars excluding tax, unless another market is named.
Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below, so weigh what we say about it accordingly. The alternatives are ordered by starting price, lowest first: the lowest monthly US price listed for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term. Free plans don't count and ties are alphabetical. Unify itself starts lower than all of them, so cost is rarely the reason to switch.
What is Unify?
| Fact | Detail | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Founded | January 2023 by Austin Hughes (CEO) and Connor Heggie (CTO), San Francisco Bay Area | Unify llms.txt, Unify blog |
| Funding | "$52M+ from OpenAI Startup Fund, Thrive Capital, Battery Ventures, and Emergence Capital" | Unify llms.txt |
| Price | Free for up to 3 seats. Base $20 per seat a month with 800 credits; Pro $60 with 2,400 credits and a 14-day free trial; Business custom, billed annually | Unify pricing, llms.txt |
| Data | "1.1B+ people & 65M+ companies" and "40+ data sources" | Unify pricing |
| Signals | Job change and hiring on the Base card; the comparison table ticks tech stack, social, news, fundraising and more on every plan, email and CRM signals from Pro, website intent and product usage on Business | Unify pricing |
| Channels | Automatic email, manual email, phone call and action item steps; click-to-call on every plan, power dialer on Business; the pricing table also lists "Social messaging" on every plan | Step types, pricing |
| Control | Approve each person in AI-written sequences started from chat or a list; from a person's record, enrollment starts "without separate draft approval" | Unify docs |
| CRM | Salesforce and HubSpot read-only on Pro, read and write on Business | Unify pricing |
| Security | SOC 2 Type II | Unify pricing |
In June 2026 Unify relaunched around chat and described itself as "like Claude for outbound sellers".
What Unify does well
- A free plan you can work with. Data search, multi-channel sequencing and click-to-call for up to 3 seats, at $0.
- Transparent data. Unify buys from named providers such as Prospeo, ContactOut, Wiza, Forager and Findymail, and "You can see the underlying providers in your workflow".
- Approval where the AI writes. In AI-written sequences, "You review the content and approve each person before their sequence begins."
- No surprise bills. "Unify enforces a hard cap": when credits run out, "credit-consuming actions pause rather than charge."
- Room to grow. Unlimited seats from Base, monthly billing up to Pro, and SOC 2 Type II.
Why teams look for Unify alternatives
No documented LinkedIn step. The homepage promises "Email, calls and social in one sequence" and the pricing table lists "Social messaging" on every plan, but the documented step types are automatic email, manual email, phone call and action item. In the documented builder, a LinkedIn touch is an action item a rep does by hand, so ask for a demo if LinkedIn matters.
Automated signal plays are on Business. Third-party signals such as hiring, tech stack and news are ticked on every plan, but first-party website intent, product usage signals, "Signal-triggered automations", managed mailboxes, the power dialer, open API and webhooks and read-write CRM sync are all on Business, which is custom and billed annually.
Credit use varies a lot. Email enrichment averages 1 credit and phone enrichment 4, but "Deep agentic workflows that layer in multiple signals, news alerts, and multi-step research can run quite high." Budgeting is harder than with a flat fee.
It is built for reps who do the work. On Base and Pro, a seller prompts, reviews and enrolls. If you want an agent that finds companies and drafts outreach without someone in the chat, that is a different kind of tool.
Few independent reviews. Trustpilot had a single review on 22 October 2026. Unify's case studies are its own.

7 Unify alternatives
1. Apollo
A contact database plus sequencer. Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually ($65 billed monthly) with 30,000 credits, unlimited sequences, 6 intent topics, CRM integrations and a US dialer; Professional costs $79 and Organization $119 with a 3-seat minimum. There is a free plan with 900 credits and a 14-day trial (Apollo pricing).
- Strength: data, sequences, intent topics and a US dialer in one per-seat plan, with integrations for Salesforce, HubSpot and LinkedIn among others.
- Weakness: intent is capped at 6 topics on Basic and Professional, and monthly billing costs more ($65 for Basic, $99 for Professional; Organization is annual only).
- Best for: teams that want one per-seat tool for data and email sequences.
2. lemlist
A sequencing tool with AI agents for signals, enrichment and messaging. The Email plan costs $55 a month billed yearly or $69 monthly with unlimited users; Multichannel adds LinkedIn automation, SMS and a dialer from $87 a month per user billed yearly or $109 monthly. Buying intent signals cost $21 a month billed yearly for 100 signals (lemlist pricing).
- Strength: LinkedIn steps are automated, which Unify's are not.
- Weakness: smaller built-in data than Unify, and signals are a paid add-on.
- Best for: teams that want LinkedIn and email in their own sequences.
3. Gojiberry
An agent rather than a rep tool: you enter your website, and Gojiberry detects buying and social signals, scores prospects and contacts them "across email and socials" (Gojiberry). Pro costs $99 a month for 2 AI agents and "Up to 1,800 prospects contacted/month, more available".
- Strength: no prompting or list building, and "Full auto or approve before it sends".
- Weakness: less control over data sources and copy than Unify ("no sequences to build" cuts both ways), no calling listed, and the homepage does not say whether approval is on by default.
- Best for: founders who want outreach to run without a seller in the loop every day.
4. Leo by Revexa (ours)
Leo is a buying-signal agent. It builds your ideal customer profile from your website, watches hiring, funding, headcount growth, new executives in the buying role, LinkedIn engagement, competitors' tools on a company's website and job ads, judges each company's business model, finds the right person and drafts LinkedIn and email messages in your voice. $99 a month in the US and rest of world, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, for two LinkedIn profiles and one mailbox; 7 days free, no lock-in (Leo pricing).
- Strength: the signal-to-draft loop that Unify keeps on Business is the core product, and review mode is the default: approve or skip each draft in the portal, in iMessage or in Slack.
- Weakness: new and small, founded in 2026, with no published customer results. No calling, and no cold messages to leads in Germany under UWG §7.
- Best for: small B2B teams that want signals to start outreach without a Business contract.
5. Valley
LinkedIn-first: pick a play such as people engaging with your content, companies hiring or a competitor's audience, and Valley qualifies, researches and writes in your voice (Valley). Starter costs $199 per seat a month or $149 billed quarterly, LinkedIn only; Plus adds 1,000 emails a month at $299 (Valley pricing).
- Strength: sends LinkedIn connection requests and messages itself, in 39 languages.
- Weakness: per-seat pricing above Unify Pro, and "Autopilot" is "recommended for most users" by its own help center.
- Best for: sellers whose buyers answer on LinkedIn.
6. Clay
The workshop for GTM engineers: build your own signal, enrichment and scoring flows. Launch costs $185 a month or $167 billed annually; Growth starts at $495 a month, or $446 billed annually, and adds CRM auto-sync (Clay pricing).
- Strength: very flexible data and logic, built by you.
- Weakness: you build and maintain everything, priced in actions and data credits.
- Best for: teams with a GTM engineer. Clay's own rivals are in Clay alternatives.
7. Amplemarket
Data, multichannel sequences, AI intent signals and a dialer, with Duo Copilot to "scan your market daily for buying signals and surface the exact people to contact" (Duo). Startup costs $600 a month on an annual term with 2 users and 27,000 contacts (Amplemarket pricing).
- Strength: intent signals and a copilot on the entry plan, not behind a custom tier.
- Weakness: annual term only, and Growth and Elite are custom.
- Best for: teams of several reps that want an all-in-one platform.

|---|---|---|
| Price | Free up to 3 seats; $20 or $60 per seat a month; Business custom | $99, €89 or 999 SEK a month, flat |

| Signals on self-serve plans | Job changes, hiring, tech stack, social, news, fundraising and more; email activity and CRM signals from Pro | Hiring, funding, headcount growth, new executives, LinkedIn engagement, competitors' tools, job ads |
| Channels | Email sent; calls as rep tasks; "Social messaging" listed, but no LinkedIn step in the docs; click-to-call | LinkedIn sent from your own profile, and email |

Unify wins on data, price per seat, calling and maturity. Leo wins if you want LinkedIn sent and signals to trigger outreach without the Business plan.

Does Unify send LinkedIn messages?
Not as a documented step. The pricing table lists "Social messaging", but Unify's sequence docs list only automatic email, manual email, phone call and action item steps, so LinkedIn outreach is a task a rep completes. Ask for a demo if LinkedIn matters.
Which Unify features need the Business plan?
First-party website intent, product usage signals, signal-triggered automations (automated plays), managed Gmail and Outlook mailboxes at $25 a mailbox a month with warmup and rotation, bounce prevention, deliverability analytics, the power dialer, signal analytics, pipeline attribution, open API and webhooks, SSO and read-write Salesforce and HubSpot sync.
Which Unify alternatives send on LinkedIn automatically?
lemlist on its Multichannel plan, Gojiberry, Leo, Valley and Amplemarket, which has LinkedIn steps in its sequences. Valley and Gojiberry can send without review if you choose; Leo asks you to approve each draft by default.
Should I choose Unify or Clay?
Unify if your sellers want a ready tool with data, AI copy and sequences per seat. Clay if a GTM engineer will build custom data flows. Both put their most automated features on higher plans.
