Unify pricing 2026: plans, credits and what teams pay
2026-10-23 · updated 2026-10-23 · 11 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
Unify has four plans: Free at $0 for up to 3 seats, Base at $20 per seat a month with 800 credits per seat, Pro at $60 per seat a month with 2,400 credits per seat and a 14-day trial without a card, and Business on a custom contract billed annually. For Base and Pro the pricing page shows monthly billing only, and no annual discount. At list price one rep pays $240 a year on Base or $720 on Pro, 3 reps pay $720 or $2,160, and 10 reps pay $2,400 or $7,200 (our arithmetic). The costs to watch are credits (phone numbers, calling and deep research draw from the same balance) and the features held back for Business: website intent, signal-triggered automations, the power dialer and read-write CRM sync.
Checked on 23 October 2026 against Unify's pricing page as a visitor in the United States sees it (read through a US server) and as a visitor in Sweden sees it, plus Unify's llms.txt, its documentation on credits, dialer pricing and sequence steps, its self-service terms and its data processing agreement. Prices are in US dollars per seat a month, before tax. The visitor in Sweden saw the same dollar prices, so there is no separate EU price. Revexa builds Leo, a buying-signal agent that competes with Unify for some teams and is one of the alternatives below.

Limits that decide the plan
- Seats. Free stops at 3 seat invites. Base, Pro and Business have no seat limit.
- Mailboxes. One mailbox per seat on Free, Base and Pro. Unify-managed mailboxes, with warmup, rotation and bounce prevention, exist only on Business.
- Records per search. 100 on every plan, including Business.
- Signals. Third-party signals such as tech stack, new hires and open roles, social, news, fundraising, paid ads and SEO and AI search visibility are ticked on every plan, Free included. Email activity and CRM signals start on Pro. First-party website intent and product usage signals are Business only.
- CRM. No Salesforce or HubSpot sync on Free or Base, read-only on Pro, read and write on Business.
- LinkedIn. The comparison table ticks "Social messaging" on every plan, but Unify's documentation says "Each sequence step sends an email or creates a task for a rep", and the step types are automatic email, manual email, phone call and action item (sequence steps). A LinkedIn touch is a task a rep does by hand.
How Unify credits work, and what they buy
Unify says credits are "the currency used to purchase different data points and actions" and that "Most actions require 1-2 credits, but the value varies by provider." AI usage is paid from the same balance: "There's no separate AI fee or subscription."
| Action | Credits, per Unify | Base: 800 credits a seat buys about | Pro: 2,400 credits a seat buys about |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email enrichment | Averages 1 per record (rarely up to 10) | 800 records | 2,400 records |
| Phone enrichment | Averages 4 per record (rarely up to 20) | 200 records | 600 records |
| Calls to US and Canada | 2 per connected minute, voicemail included, rounded up per call | 400 connected minutes | 1,200 connected minutes |
| Extra US or Canada number | 100 a month per number beyond the free one | 4 numbers (400 credits), the cap of 5 per rep | 4 numbers (400 credits), the cap of 5 per rep |
The right-hand columns are our arithmetic, assuming all of a seat's credits go to one action at Unify's stated averages; real rates vary by provider and by your workspace's settings, so the same allowance can buy less. Extra numbers are capped by Unify's limit of 5 numbers per rep on self-serve plans, not by credits. Sources: pricing FAQ and dialer pricing.
A mixed month uses the allowance faster. Fictional example, our arithmetic: a rep on Base who enriches 300 emails (about 300 credits), finds 50 phone numbers (about 200) and talks for 150 connected minutes (300) has used 800 credits, the whole monthly allowance. Unify also warns that "Deep agentic workflows that layer in multiple signals, news alerts, and multi-step research can run quite high."
What happens at the limit:
- No overage bill. "Unify enforces a hard cap": when seat credits and the account pool are used up, "credit-consuming actions pause rather than charge."
- Top-ups. On any paid plan you can buy credits as a one-time top-up. With several seats they go into a shared pool, they "don't auto-renew, and unused credits carry over for up to 12 months." The price per credit is not on the pricing page; the in-app dialog shows the total before you confirm (credits and usage).
- Phone numbers. Self-serve plans include 1 free US or Canada number per rep and allow up to 5; Business includes 5 and allows 10.
- International calling. Business only. Numbers in the United Kingdom, Germany and France cost 200 credits a month and calls 4 credits per connected minute.
What Unify costs for 1, 3 and 10 reps
Our arithmetic at list price: seats × monthly price × 12, before tax, top-ups and any Business contract.
| Team | Free | Base, per year | Pro, per year | Credits a month (Base / Pro) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 rep | $0 | $240 | $720 | 800 / 2,400 |
| 3 reps | $0, the 3-seat maximum | $720 | $2,160 | 2,400 / 7,200 |
| 10 reps | Not possible | $2,400 | $7,200 | 8,000 / 24,000 |
Three things change the real bill: top-ups go into one shared pool that a heavy caller can drain; Pro is the cheapest plan with any CRM sync, so a Salesforce or HubSpot team pays at least $60 a seat; and website intent, automated plays and the power dialer mean Business, which is quoted and billed annually with no published price or minimum.
Hidden costs and contract terms
All quotes are from Unify's self-service terms, last modified 11 October 2024, unless another source is named.
- No refunds. "Fees paid by Customer are non-refundable." If you cancel, you keep access to the end of the term, but "you will not be eligible for a prorated refund."
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions extend "for successive renewal periods of the same duration" at "the then-current non-promotional rate." On monthly plans that means month by month until you cancel in account settings.
- Late payment. Overdue amounts can carry interest "at the rate of 1.5% per month."
- Managed mailboxes. $25 per mailbox a month, on Business only.
- Single sign-on. An add-on on Business, not included.
- Free credits. The pricing page says "Limited" for the Free plan's credits, with no number. The older figure of 100 credits per seat a month comes from PricingSaaS, a tracker of public pricing pages: it recorded "100/seat monthly" for Free in June 2026 and the change to "Limited" between its captures of 6 and 13 July 2026 (PricingSaaS).
Why some articles still quote $1,740 a month
PricingSaaS, which tracks public pricing pages, recorded that between its captures of 30 March and 29 June 2026 Unify replaced Growth, Pro and Enterprise plans ("Growth from $1740/mo") with the per-seat Free, Base, Pro and Business tiers, and changed credits from an annual lump sum (50,000, 200,000 or 600,000 a year) to a monthly per-seat allowance (PricingSaaS). Older pages such as Landbase's (25 April 2026) and a ZoomInfo blog post still describe the $1,740 Growth plan.
Cheaper and more expensive alternatives
None of the paid tools below starts lower than Unify Base, so price is rarely the reason to leave. They are ordered by lowest US starting price: the lowest monthly list price of the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term, with ties in alphabetical order and Leo, ours, after any tool at the same price. For features, LinkedIn sending and approval, see Unify alternatives.
| Tool | Lowest US price | 3 reps for a year (our arithmetic) | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Apollo | $49 per seat a month, billed annually (Basic) | $1,764 | Apollo |
| Gojiberry | $99 a month for 2 AI agents (Pro) | $1,188 for one Pro account; Gojiberry points teams of 3+ to a custom plan | Gojiberry |
| Leo by Revexa (ours) | $99 a month; €89 in Europe, 999 SEK in Sweden | $1,188 for two LinkedIn profiles and one mailbox; more profiles are Enterprise, priced by volume | Revexa |
| Valley | $149 per seat a month billed quarterly, $199 monthly | $5,364 billed quarterly | Valley |
| Clay | $167 a month billed annually, $185 monthly (Launch) | $2,004, unlimited seats | Clay |
| Amplemarket | $600 a month on an annual term, 2 users included | $7,200 for 2 users; extra users at a price not shown | Amplemarket |
- Cheaper in practice: none of these undercuts Unify Base at 3 reps. Unify Free costs nothing for up to 3 seats.
- Worth paying more for if you need what Unify keeps on Business or does not document: LinkedIn messages sent by the tool (Valley), outreach started by signals without a Business contract (Gojiberry), or a builder's workshop (Clay).
- Leo is the wrong choice if you need calls or contact data to export: its facts page lists LinkedIn (your own profile) and email (a connected mailbox) as its channels and no data export. It sends no cold messages to leads in Germany (UWG §7).

When Unify is the wrong choice
- You want LinkedIn messages sent for you. The documented sequence steps are email and rep tasks.
- You want signals to start outreach on their own. "Signal-triggered automations" and "Automated plays" are Business only.
- You need your own website visitors as a signal. First-party website intent is Business only.
- Your CRM must be updated, not just read. Read-write sync is Business only, and only Salesforce and HubSpot are listed.
- You call internationally. International calling is Business only.
- You need a fixed bill with heavy phone work. Phone enrichment and calls draw on credits, and top-up prices are not published.
Buying Unify from Europe
The pricing page shows the same dollar prices to a visitor in Sweden. Unify publishes a customer data processing agreement that names Unify as processor and covers transfers out of the EEA through the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If you plan to call into the UK, Germany or France, Unify's dialer documentation mentions country-specific approval requirements; in Germany, advertising calls to businesses need at least presumed consent under UWG §7. This is not legal advice.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Unify cost?
Free for up to 3 seats. Base costs $20 per seat a month with 800 credits per seat, Pro $60 per seat a month with 2,400 credits per seat, both billed monthly. Business is custom and billed annually. Prices are the same in the US and the EU, before tax.
Is there an annual discount on Unify?
Not on the pricing page. It shows monthly billing only for Base and Pro, and Business, the only plan billed annually, has no published price. You can cancel a monthly plan in account settings, but fees already paid are not refunded.
What do Unify credits buy?
Email enrichment averages 1 credit per record and phone enrichment 4, so Base's 800 credits cover about 800 emails or 200 phone numbers per seat a month (our arithmetic). US calls cost 2 credits per connected minute, and AI usage is paid from the same balance.
Which Unify features need the Business plan?
Website intent and product usage signals, signal-triggered automations, managed Gmail and Outlook mailboxes ($25 per mailbox a month), the power dialer, read-write Salesforce and HubSpot sync, open API and webhooks, signal analytics, pipeline attribution, international calling and single sign-on (as an add-on).
What happened to Unify's $1,740 Growth plan?
It was replaced. PricingSaaS recorded that between 30 March and 29 June 2026 Unify moved from Growth, Pro and Enterprise plans, with Growth from $1,740 a month billed annually, to the per-seat Free, Base, Pro and Business plans.
