Valley pricing 2026: per-seat plans, credits and terms
2026-10-23 · updated 2026-10-23 · 10 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
Valley costs $199 per seat a month on Starter (LinkedIn only), $299 on Plus (adds 1,000 emails a month) and $499 on Growth (adds $300 in credits a month), billed monthly. Billed quarterly, the same plans cost $149, $249 and $419 a month, charged as $447, $747 and $1,257 a quarter (Growth's quarterly price is in Valley's pricing.md, llms.txt and page code, not in the visible page text). The pricing page shows no annual plan. A seat is one LinkedIn account, so one seat costs $1,788 to $5,988 a year and three seats $5,364 to $17,964, depending on plan and billing (our arithmetic). Valley Scale offers custom pricing for teams of five seats or more, the trial needs a payment method and fees are non-refundable.
Checked on 23 October 2026 against Valley's pricing page as a visitor in the United States sees it (read through a US server) and as a visitor in Sweden sees it, its pricing.md and llms.txt files, the structured data in the page code, two Valley blog posts on pricing, its help center and its terms of service. Prices are in US dollars per seat, before tax; the visitor in Sweden saw the same dollar prices. Revexa builds Leo, a buying-signal agent that competes with Valley on LinkedIn outreach and is one of the alternatives below.

Where each price stands: the pricing page shows the monthly prices and says "Prices updated 19 Oct 2026". It has a Monthly and "Quarterly · save" switch, and its FAQ gives the quarterly prices for Starter ($149) and Plus ($249). The Growth quarterly price of $419 ($1,257 a quarter) is not in the visible text we could read; it is in Valley's pricing.md (reviewed 14 September 2026), its llms.txt (reviewed 9 October 2026) and the page's structured data. Sources: Valley pricing and Valley's pricing post (16 July 2026), which lists Scale and the done-for-you tier.
What a seat is
"A seat is a LinkedIn account connected to Valley," Valley writes, and "Team members who manage seats do not need a seat of their own" (pricing post, 16 July 2026). An older help center article, published 10 February 2026, says "Each team member requires their own seat" and that each seat "permanently binds to the LinkedIn account connected to it" and cannot be moved to another Valley workspace (seats). By the newer post you pay per sending LinkedIn profile, not per person who logs in; confirm with Valley how it counts managers.
What Valley credits pay for
Valley's pricing FAQ: "Finding new prospects, finding and verifying email addresses, and upgraded message generation use credits. Research, base message writing, imports and LinkedIn sending are included in the subscription." Its pricing.md adds that "credit allowances are not equivalent to numbers of messages."
- Starter and Plus include no stated credit allowance; Plus says extra credits are sold separately, at a price Valley does not publish.
- Growth includes $300 in credits a month. It costs $200 a month more than Plus on monthly billing and $170 more on quarterly billing (our arithmetic), so Growth pays off if you would use more than that in credits anyway.
- LinkedIn sets the ceiling, not the plan. A Valley help center article published 10 February 2026, before the current plans, says LinkedIn caps connection requests at "approximately 500/month" and InMails at "~100/month standard" (500 to 800 with Sales Navigator Advanced), "regardless of your Valley plan" (billing article).
What Valley costs for 1, 3 and 10 seats
Our arithmetic at list price, per year, before tax and before the email add-on on Starter or extra credits. Quarterly billing saves $600 a seat a year on Starter and Plus and $960 on Growth.
| Seats | Starter, monthly / quarterly | Plus, monthly / quarterly | Growth, monthly / quarterly |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $2,388 / $1,788 | $3,588 / $2,988 | $5,988 / $5,028 |
| 3 | $7,164 / $5,364 | $10,764 / $8,964 | $17,964 / $15,084 |
| 10 | $23,880 / $17,880 | $35,880 / $29,880 | $59,880 / $50,280 |
Ten seats is shown at the self-serve list prices for comparison only: Valley says Scale "offers custom pricing for teams of five seats or more", and it publishes no Scale price. Fictional example: by Valley's July pricing post, a team of 3 reps with one sales manager needs 3 seats, not 4, because the manager does not send from a LinkedIn account of their own.
Terms and hidden costs
Quotes are from Valley's terms of service (Think Fish Inc, doing business as Valley) unless another source is named.
- Trial. One trial "per company or email domain", it "requires a valid payment method", and unless you cancel it converts to a paid subscription at "the then-current Fees" (§3.1).
- Automatic renewal. "Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods equal to the initial term at the then-current Fees" (§3.2). A quarterly plan renews by the quarter.
- No refunds. "All Fees are non-refundable except where required by law", and there is "no partial or pro-rated refund" for unused time or capacity (§3.3). Quarterly billing therefore commits you to three months at a time.
- Price changes. Valley may change fees "from time to time following notice to you" (§3).
- Usage beyond capacity. If use "exceeds any applicable service capacity", it is billed as additional fees (§3).
- Cancelling. Only the workspace owner can cancel, under Settings, Billing. Once the period ends the workspace is locked and campaign sending is blocked until you upgrade again (cancel or resume).
- No promised results. The terms say Valley makes no representation about "meetings booked, pipeline, or revenue".
- Unpublished prices. Email sending on Starter and extra credits on Plus have no published price.
Old Valley prices you may still see
Before mid-2026 Valley priced by LinkedIn account in bundles. A Salesforge review (23 May 2026) lists "$395/month for 1 LinkedIn account" and "$995/month for 3 LinkedIn accounts", and Valley's own help center still showed $395 for 1 seat, $995 for 3, $1,500 for 5 and agency seats "as low as $180/seat" on 23 October 2026 in a billing article published 10 February 2026. Valley's pricing post of 3 August 2026 says: "Articles citing $395 a month, an "Everything" plan, or email included on every plan are out of date" (Valley). Use the pricing page.
Cheaper and more expensive alternatives
Ordered by lowest US starting price: the lowest monthly list price of the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term, with ties in alphabetical order and Leo, ours, after any tool at the same price. For features, approval and LinkedIn sending tool by tool, see Valley alternatives.
| Tool | Lowest US price | 3 reps for a year (our arithmetic) | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unify | $20 per seat a month (Base), billed monthly; free for up to 3 seats | $720 on Base | Unify |
| Gojiberry | $99 a month for 2 AI agents (Pro) | $1,188 for one Pro account; teams of 3+ get a custom plan | Gojiberry |
| Leo by Revexa (ours) | $99 a month; €89 in Europe, 999 SEK in Sweden | $1,188 covers two LinkedIn profiles and one mailbox; more profiles are Enterprise, priced by volume | Revexa |
| Clay | $167 a month billed annually, $185 monthly (Launch) | $2,004, unlimited seats | Clay |
| Amplemarket | $600 a month on an annual term, 2 users included | $7,200 for 2 users; extra users at a price not shown | Amplemarket |
- Cheaper: Unify's documented sequence steps are email and rep tasks, so LinkedIn is done by hand; Gojiberry contacts prospects "across email and socials" from one account with two agents; Leo sends from your own LinkedIn profile and a connected mailbox, and you approve each draft by default; it is the wrong choice if you need calls or contact data to export (its facts page lists LinkedIn and email as its channels and no data export), and it sends no cold messages to leads in Germany.
- More expensive: Clay if you have someone to build workflows; Amplemarket for an all-in-one platform on an annual term.
More prices: what 30 sales tools cost and the best signal-based outbound tools.
When Valley is the wrong choice
- Your budget is per company, not per profile. Every sending LinkedIn account is a seat at $149 to $499 a month.
- You want to try it without a card. The 7-day trial needs a payment method and converts to paid unless you cancel.
- Email is your main channel. Starter is LinkedIn only unless you buy the email add-on, and Plus and Growth include 1,000 email messages a month.
- Your CRM is not HubSpot. HubSpot is the only CRM the pricing page names; ask before buying if you use Salesforce or Pipedrive.
- You need refunds or an annual price lock. Fees are non-refundable, the pricing page shows no annual plan, and Valley can change fees after notice.
If your buyers do respond on LinkedIn, engagement with LinkedIn posts is one of the signals Valley and its rivals work from.
Buying Valley from Europe
The pricing page shows the same dollar prices to a visitor in Sweden. We found no data processing agreement published on Valley's site (checked 23 October 2026): its sitemap lists a privacy policy and terms of service, and the privacy policy (effective 30 January 2024) says "Valley is based in the United States" and that personal information "may be transferred to our U.S. offices" without mentioning GDPR. Ask Valley for a data processing agreement before you connect LinkedIn accounts that hold contacts in the EU. Messaging people about your product is processing of personal data under GDPR, usually on legitimate interest (art. 6.1 f), and some countries, Germany among them, restrict unsolicited advertising messages. This is not legal advice.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Valley cost?
Starter is $199 per seat a month, Plus $299 and Growth $499, billed monthly. Billed quarterly they cost $149, $249 and $419 a month ($447, $747 and $1,257 a quarter); the Growth quarterly price is in Valley's pricing.md, llms.txt and page code rather than the visible page. Valley Scale, for five seats or more, is custom.
Does Valley have annual pricing?
No annual plan is shown. Quarterly billing is the discounted option: it saves $600 a seat a year on Starter and Plus and $960 on Growth (our arithmetic), and like monthly billing it renews automatically without refunds.
Does Valley have a free trial?
Yes, 7 days for eligible new subscribers, one per company or email domain. A payment method is required, and the trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
What uses Valley credits?
Finding new prospects, finding and verifying email addresses and upgraded message generation. Research, base message writing, imports and LinkedIn sending are included. Growth includes $300 in credits a month; the price of extra credits is not published.
Why do some sites say Valley costs $395 a month?
That was the earlier price for one LinkedIn account, and a Valley help center article published 10 February 2026 still showed it on 23 October 2026. Valley's own pricing post calls articles citing $395 a month out of date; the current Starter price is $199 a month, or $149 billed quarterly.
