Expandi pricing 2026: per-seat cost, terms and real cost

2026-10-15 · updated 2026-10-15 · 7 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa

Expandi has one public plan, Business, at $99 per LinkedIn account a month, or $79 a month billed annually and paid upfront, with a 7-day trial. Teams of 10 or more seats get custom Agency pricing. One founder pays about $948 to $1,188 a year and three reps about $2,844 to $3,564 (our estimate), before VAT. The traps are seats that are billed whether or not a LinkedIn account uses them, fees that are non-refundable, and terms that leave the risk of a LinkedIn ban with you.

Checked on 15 October 2026 against Expandi's pricing page, FAQ, help center and terms. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below.

Source: expandi.io/pricing, read in both billing views on 15 October 2026. The pricing page's FAQ calls the annual plan "a 20% discount, equivalent to receiving two months for free"; 20% off is $79.20, while two free months would be $82.50 a month (our calculation), and the page shows $79. The separate FAQ page says "We want all users to have access to all features of Expandi so have one base plan of 99 USD". The trial "applies only to the first subscription for your user account" (terms).

What you pay for outside Expandi

  • Email. Expandi sends email steps from a mailbox you connect, such as Gmail with an app password or your own SMTP (help), so the mailbox and domain are yours to pay for. The pricing page lists no email-finding credits.
  • Images, GIFs and video. Personalized images and GIFs run through Hyperise, which "requires an additional cost", and video through Sendspark, a "paid add-on".
  • Sales Navigator. Not required, but Sales Navigator searches need your own Sales Navigator subscription (FAQ).

What Expandi really costs: three examples

Our estimates, at list price and before VAT.

One founder. $99 a month is $1,188 a year; billed annually it is about $948, paid at once.

Three reps. Three seats cost $297 a month, $3,564 a year, or $237 a month billed annually, about $2,844 a year.

Ten reps. At list price, 10 seats cost $990 a month or about $9,480 a year billed annually. From 10 seats Expandi quotes Agency pricing ("THE MORE ACCOUNTS YOU TAKE, THE MORE YOU SAVE"), so ask for a quote before paying list.

Hidden costs and terms

  • Seats cost money even when idle. "Disconnecting a seat from a LinkedIn account doesn't cancel the seat (you would still need to pay for it)." Seat removals and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle (help).
  • No refunds. "Unless required by law, the subscription fees are nonrefundable."
  • Automatic renewal. Subscriptions are "automatically renewed for subsequent periods of the same duration as chosen initially", and the fee is collected immediately when you subscribe.
  • Discounts end without warning. "if a discount on your subscription plan expires there will be no reminder or warning sent from Expandi." Discount codes work only on new subscriptions, and a canceled subscription can't be reactivated.
  • Price changes. "Expandi keeps its right to change the amount of the fee at any time", with advance notice and the choice to cancel.
  • The trial turns into a charge. The FAQ says "You will not be charged until the 7 days are up", and seats added during a trial are "charged when the trial ends". Cancel before day 7 if you don't want to pay.
  • VAT on top. Invoices are in US dollars, and Expandi's own invoice example adds 21% Dutch VAT for a customer in the Netherlands.
  • LinkedIn risk is yours. Expandi "is not responsible or liable, in case of a banning of the user's account due to the activities executed by the user". Its pricing page also sells "Campaign Types that Allow Bypassing Outreach Limits", while LinkedIn's User Agreement bars attempts to "bypass or circumvent any access controls or use limits".

Third-party price data

  • Vendr and PricingSaaS had no Expandi page on 15 October 2026.
  • Internet Archive. Snapshots from 10 February 2025, 18 November 2025, 1 April 2026 and 8 September 2026 all show $99 a month and $79 billed annually. In April 2026 the trial was 14 days; it is 7 days now.
  • Trustpilot. On 15 October 2026 Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 4.4 from 236 reviews, 43 of them one-star. Recent one-star reviews describe restricted LinkedIn accounts, charges after a trial and slow support.

Cheaper alternatives

Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price for one LinkedIn account, whatever the billing term. Ties are alphabetical. Prices checked on 15 October 2026.

  • Linked Helper. $15 a month per license, or $8.25 on a 12-month license ($99 a year), with a 14-day trial and no card (pricing). Right on a tight budget; wrong if campaigns must run while your computer is off, since it "Runs as desktop software".
  • SalesRobot. Basic costs $39 per LinkedIn account a month billed annually or $59 monthly, with LinkedIn and email but 1 active campaign and limited daily quotas (pricing). Right for one account on a small budget; wrong if you run several campaigns at once.
  • Dripify. Pro costs $59 per user a month billed annually or $79 monthly, with LinkedIn and email sequences, 100 email finder credits a month and a 7-day trial without a card (pricing). Right for a solo seller who wants email finding included; wrong if one seat should run several accounts, since "Each Dripify seat connects one LinkedIn account".
  • HeyReach. Growth costs $79 per sender a month or $759 a year, and Agency $999 a month for 25 senders, with email through Instantly or Smartlead integrations (HeyReach pricing). Right for agencies with many senders; wrong if you want email inside the same tool.
  • Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Not cheaper per account than Expandi billed annually, but it finds companies from buying signals and drafts LinkedIn and email messages you approve; wrong if you want to build every sequence yourself or run many LinkedIn accounts.

Expandi in Europe: GDPR and where the data is

  • Company. Expandi is run by ProfitSoft B.V. in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, and its terms are "governed and construed in accordance with the Dutch law system".
  • Who is responsible. The privacy notice, last updated 15 February 2024, says that for LinkedIn data handled in the platform "our role is a data processor on your behalf", and that its duties are in a data processing agreement forming part of the terms. The terms page we read contains no such clauses, so ask for the DPA before you buy.
  • Location. Not published. Expandi uses providers "across several countries outside of the European Union", and says information on safeguards "can be provided upon request". Each account gets a dedicated IP in the country you choose, "provided by a data center" (help).
  • LinkedIn's rules. Section 8.2 of LinkedIn's User Agreement, in force since 3 November 2025, bans "bots or other unauthorized automated methods" to "send or redirect messages". No tool can guarantee that an account won't be restricted; see LinkedIn outreach without restrictions.
  • Your own outreach. Messaging EU prospects needs a lawful basis, usually legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email. This is not legal advice.
