UserGems pricing 2026: list prices and what buyers pay
2026-10-23 · updated 2026-10-23 · 11 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
UserGems publishes list prices: Core costs $40,000 a year, Advanced $75,000 and Elite $150,000, plus one-time implementation fees of $3,000, $5,000 and $10,000, and Enterprise is quoted. No monthly price is shown on the pricing page. Every plan includes unlimited users, so the list price is the same for 1, 3 or 10 reps: $43,000 in the first year on Core, which is $43,000 for one rep, about $14,333 per rep for three and $4,300 per rep for ten (our arithmetic). What buyers report paying varies: Vendr, a software buying platform, says anonymized UserGems transactions on its platform commonly range from $15,000 to $75,000+ a year (page last updated February 2026), and SpendHound, a spend management company, reports an average of $38,233 a year across 18 smaller customers (1 October 2026). Neither figure is a list price.
Checked on 23 October 2026 against UserGems's pricing page as seen from a US server and from Sweden (the same dollar prices), its signals page, its Master Software Services Agreement (last updated 1 April 2026) and data processing addendum, plus Vendr, SpendHound and PricingSaaS. Amounts are in US dollars, before tax. G2's pricing page asked for a CAPTCHA and we found no readable Reddit thread on UserGems pricing, so neither is used. Revexa builds Leo, a buying-signal agent that competes with UserGems for some budgets and is one of the alternatives below.

Which features need which plan
| Feature | Core | Advanced | Elite |
|---|---|---|---|
| Build List (create and enrich), account and contact scoring, automated campaigns, Writing Agent, Research Agent, AI co-pilot Chrome extension, reporting and analytics | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong Engage) integrations, email and Slack support | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| UserGems MCP, ad audience sync, calendar capture, ad platform integrations (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), non-standard legal and security review | No | Yes | Yes |
| Contact-level intent and website de-anonymization, buying stages, CRM hygiene | No | No | Yes |
| Single sign-on, custom integrations, Salesforce sandbox | No | No | Yes |
The costliest step is Elite: naming the people, not just companies, who visit your website or research your topics ("De-anonymize who is visiting your website", per the signals page) and single sign-on start at $150,000 a year.
How UserGems credits work
UserGems says credits are "counted from contacts created, contacts monitored, accounts monitored and AI actions" and that "Additional credits available for purchase", without a published price. From the plan table, one data action costs 100 credits and one AI action 10 credits on every plan (our arithmetic: 4,000,000 credits / 40,000 data actions, and / 400,000 AI actions).
The TAM coverage line is the practical limit. Fictional example: a company whose target market is 6,000 accounts is past Core's 2,000 to 4,000 and into Advanced's range, so its list price is $75,000, not $40,000, whatever the number of reps.
If you go over, the Master Software Services Agreement (§4.1) says UserGems will notify you and give you 30 days "to reduce its usage to the purchased levels or agree to a revised Order Form reflecting the new usage amount". Quantities in the order form "cannot be decreased prior to the end of the then-current Initial Service Term or Renewal Term" (§1.3).
What UserGems costs for 1, 3 and 10 reps
Because users are unlimited, team size does not change the list price; the plan does. Our arithmetic at list price, before tax, optional retroactive leads and extra credits.
| Plan | First year, with implementation | Per rep, 1 rep | Per rep, 3 reps | Per rep, 10 reps | Year 2 if the price rises 7% |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $43,000 | $43,000 | $14,333 | $4,300 | $42,800 |
| Advanced | $80,000 | $80,000 | $26,667 | $8,000 | $80,250 |
| Elite | $160,000 | $160,000 | $53,333 | $16,000 | $160,500 |
The last column applies the renewal cap: the price "shall not increase by more than the greater of (i) 7% per year and (ii) the change in the Consumer Price Index" (§5.1), so the cap is higher if consumer prices rise more than 7%.
What buyers report paying
These are third-party figures, not UserGems list prices. Each row names the type of source.
| Source | Type of source | What it shows | Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vendr | Software buying platform; says it uses "anonymized contract data" | Annual contract values "commonly range from $15,000 to $75,000+"; teams tracking 10,000 to 25,000 contacts "often see quotes" of $18,000 to $30,000; deployments tracking 50,000+ contacts typically $40,000 to $65,000; enterprise contracts "typically start at $60,000 and can exceed $100,000" | Last updated February 2026 |
| Vendr, same page | Vendr's written estimates | One-time setup fees of $2,000 to $8,000; renewal contracts "often include automatic" increases of 5 to 10% a year | Last updated February 2026 |
| SpendHound | Spend management company; says it uses "de-identified spend data" from 1,300+ companies | Average SMB price (50 to 1,000 employees) $38,233 a year, from 18 UserGems customers; SMB pricing up 44.94% year over year, based on 17 customers | Last updated 1 October 2026 |
| PricingSaaS | Tracker that captures public pricing pages | Core went from "$3,000/mo ($36k/yr) to $3,333/mo ($40k/yr)" between its captures of 17 and 24 August 2026 | 24 August 2026 |
How to read them: Vendr's guide says UserGems "does not publish transparent list pricing on its website", which was out of date when we checked, and its ranges describe contracts sized by tracked contacts rather than today's three plans. SpendHound's $38,233 averages what 18 customers actually spend, possibly at older prices, so it is not what a new buyer will be quoted (our reading).
Contract terms and the money-back guarantee
All from the Master Software Services Agreement, last updated 1 April 2026.
- Automatic renewal. Each order form renews for the same length "unless either party requests termination at least 30 days prior to the end" of the term (§5.1).
- Renewal price cap. At most the greater of 7% a year or the change in the Consumer Price Index, with "at least sixty (60) days' prior notice" of an increase (§5.1).
- Payment. Invoices are due within 30 days; unpaid amounts carry "a finance charge of 1.5% per month" (§4.2).
- Changes to the agreement take effect only at the next renewal term (§10.4).
- Money-back guarantee (§5.4). At the end of the first term, if the revenue UserGems can trace to contacts it orchestrated is below the subscription fee (times a "Revenue Multiplier" that is 1 unless the first order form says otherwise), and you have reached out to "the greater of 5,000 Contacts or 50% of Company-Orchestrated Contacts", you can terminate within five business days and get a refund of (1 − revenue generated ÷ (multiplier × fee)) × fee, which with the standard multiplier of 1 is the shortfall. Revenue is read from Salesforce opportunity contact roles or HubSpot deal contacts, and the guarantee "does not apply" if UserGems cannot confirm closed-won revenue because it lacks access to your CRM.
Fictional example, our arithmetic: on Core, a $40,000 first-year fee and $10,000 of qualifying revenue would give a refund of (1 − 10,000 ÷ 40,000) × 40,000 = $30,000. With $40,000 or more of revenue, there is no refund. Our reading is that the one-time implementation fee ($3,000 on Core) falls outside the guarantee: the formula uses the "Initial Service Term Fee", which §5.4 defines as "the subscription fee paid by Customer for the Services during the Initial Service Term", and the warranty refund in §7.2 separately excludes "any implementation fees or other one-time fees for professional services". Confirm it in your order form.
Cheaper and more expensive alternatives
Ordered by lowest US starting price, counted per month: the lowest list price of the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term, with ties in alphabetical order and Leo, ours, after any tool at the same price. For a wider comparison, see buying signal tools compared.
| Tool | Lowest US price | Closest signal to UserGems | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unify | $20 per seat a month (Base), billed monthly; free for up to 3 seats | "Job change & hiring signals" from Base; website intent only on its custom Business plan | Unify |
| Warmly | $99 a month for API and MCP access (Starter, 500 credits); the AI Web-Deanonymization app from $10,000 a year or $4,875 a quarter | The API returns "Identified people who visited your site"; the app lists "Website visitors (contacts + companies)"; see Warmly pricing | Warmly, API and MCP tiers |
| Leo by Revexa (ours) | $99 a month; €89 in Europe, 999 SEK in Sweden | New executives in the buying role, hiring, funding, headcount growth and LinkedIn engagement; it does not list tracking your past customers' champions | Revexa |
| Clay | $167 a month billed annually, $185 monthly (Launch) | Launch includes "signals on job change, promotions, new hires, company news, and social" | Clay |
| Common Room | $2,500 a month billed annually (Essential, 5 seats included) | Essential is "for teams getting started with signal-based selling"; see Common Room pricing | Common Room |
- Cheaper with job changes: Unify and Clay both list job change signals, for $240 a year (one Unify Base seat) or $2,004 a year (Clay Launch billed annually), our arithmetic.
- Person-level website visitors for less than Elite: Warmly's API and MCP tiers return identified people from $99 a month, and its AI Web-Deanonymization app lists contacts as well as companies from $10,000 a year.
- Leo suits a small team that wants signals turned into LinkedIn and email drafts it approves, at a flat monthly price. Wrong choice if past champions changing jobs is the signal you care about, or if you need calls or contact data to export (its facts page lists LinkedIn and email as its channels and no data export); it sends no cold messages to leads in Germany.
- Closest in price: Common Room Essential comes to $30,000 a year (our arithmetic), below UserGems Core. Nothing in the table costs more than UserGems.
When UserGems is the wrong choice
- Your budget is under $40,000 a year, plus $3,000 for implementation in the first year.
- You have few past customers or champions to follow. UserGems's role-change tracking is built on "every job change, promotion, and role shift among your contacts and target buyers"; a young company has fewer of them (our reading).
- You need person-level website visitors or intent below Elite. Those are Elite only, at $150,000 a year.
- Your CRM is not Salesforce or HubSpot. They are the only CRMs on the pricing page, and the guarantee reads revenue from those two.
- You want to start without a sales conversation or leave after a month. All three plans are priced per year, a trial or monthly price is not shown on the pricing page, and each plan's button says "Contact Us".
Buying UserGems from Europe
The pricing page shows the same dollar prices to a visitor in Sweden. UserGems links a data processing addendum from its pricing page that covers transfers out of the EEA with the EU standard contractual clauses. If you buy Elite for its website de-anonymization, identifying individual visitors is processing of personal data under GDPR and needs a lawful basis such as legitimate interest (art. 6.1 f), so ask UserGems how it treats visitors from the EU. This is not legal advice.

Frequently asked questions
How much does UserGems cost?
Core costs $40,000 a year, Advanced $75,000 and Elite $150,000, plus a one-time implementation fee of $3,000, $5,000 or $10,000. Enterprise is quoted. What buyers pay differs from list: SpendHound, a spend management company, reports an average of $38,233 a year for smaller companies.
Is UserGems priced per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited admin users and end users. The price depends on the plan, which sets your credits and how many accounts you can cover (from 2,000 to 4,000 on Core to 10,000+ on Elite).
Does UserGems have a free trial or monthly plan?
Neither is shown on the pricing page. All three plans are priced per year, Enterprise is quoted, and each plan's button leads to a sales contact.
How does the UserGems money-back guarantee work?
If the closed-won revenue UserGems can trace to contacts it orchestrated is below your first-term subscription fee, and you contacted at least 5,000 contacts or half of those contacts, whichever is greater, you can terminate within five business days of the term's end and get a refund of the shortfall (with the standard Revenue Multiplier of 1). It needs CRM access to work, and in our reading the one-time implementation fee is not covered.
What do companies actually pay for UserGems?
Vendr, a software buying platform, says anonymized transactions on its platform commonly range from $15,000 to $75,000+ a year (last updated February 2026), and SpendHound, a spend management company, reports an SMB average of $38,233 a year across 18 customers (1 October 2026). Neither is a list price.
