AI and buying signals

AI SDR tools compared 2026: 11x, Artisan, Clay, Gojiberry and more

2026-08-29 · 6 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa

The AI SDR market in 2026 splits into two camps: sales-led enterprise and self-serve for smaller teams. 11x, Artisan and ZoomInfo sell through demos and annual contracts without public pricing. Gojiberry, Instantly, Apollo, Clay and Leo are self-serve from double-digit monthly prices. Where you should shop comes down to budget, and to whether you can stomach talking to a salesperson just to learn the price.

Recognize the process? You google "AI SDR", open five tabs, and meet five variants of the same page: a glossy demo video, "Book a demo", no price. Three emails and two sales calls later you still do not know whether the tool costs like a lunch or like an employee. Meanwhile your competitors are already working their buy-ready accounts.

This page is the opposite. All ten tools on one map, prices where they are public, and an honest "not public" where they are not. One disclosure first: Revexa builds Leo, one of the products below. Read with that in mind, and check every fact against the vendors' own sites, that is where they come from.

The enterprise camp: 11x, Artisan, AiSDR

11x sells "digital workers" led by the AI SDR Alice. Artisan sells the AI BDR Ava, running outbound all the way from lead data to booked meeting. Both are impressive platforms, and both have the same gate: demo, quote, negotiation. You get the price once the salesperson has sized you up.

AiSDR is more honest with the number: $900 per month, billed quarterly, right on the site. Still more than ten times the self-serve camp, but at least you are not guessing.

Try it yourself without talking to anyone? Not in this camp. That is not cheating, it is a business model. Just know that you are paying for the sales process you just went through, it is baked into the price.

The data platforms: ZoomInfo and Warmly

ZoomInfo is not an AI SDR. It is a GTM data platform with an intelligence layer, and the contracts look like it: not publicly priced, averaging around $33,500 per year according to Vendr's marketplace data on actual purchases. Warmly de-anonymizes your website visitors and starts at $10,000 per year, publicly.

The decisive question for both: who acts on the data? These platforms point, they do not chase. If no one on your team has time to work the lists, you are buying a map without a car.

The self-serve camp: Clay, Apollo, Instantly

Clay is the workshop. Unbeatable flexibility, a free tier, paid plans from about $167 per month. The requirement is a GTM engineer who builds and maintains the flows, because Clay does nothing by itself.

Apollo is the database with sequences on top. Free to start, then DIY all the way: you pick leads, write templates, run campaigns, read the replies. Instantly is pure sending infrastructure for cold email at volume, from $47 per month, where targeting and copy are your job.

What the camp shares: a low threshold in, but the tool only sends. The thinking, the research and the follow-up are still your evenings.

AI SDR at a self-serve price: Gojiberry and Leo

Here the agent does the work, without the enterprise gate. Gojiberry, a Y Combinator company, watches LinkedIn signals like job changes, funding and post engagement and generates warm LinkedIn outreach. Around $99 per month according to external reviews, built for solo founders who live on LinkedIn.

Leo also works signal-first, but across both email and LinkedIn, and runs the whole chain: watches the buying signals, researches the company, writes in your voice, handles the replies and books the meeting with a brief to you beforehand. €89 per month, 7 days free, data stored in the EU and a data processing agreement in the product. The control dial lets you approve every message until you hand over to autonomous yourself.

How to choose in 30 seconds

  1. Enterprise budget and a procurement process? 11x, Artisan or AiSDR
  2. A sales team that needs data, not an agent? The ZoomInfo class or Apollo
  3. A GTM engineer who wants to build? Clay
  4. Volume email and your own copy? Instantly
  5. A small team that wants the meetings done, without a build? Gojiberry if LinkedIn is enough, Leo if you want email + LinkedIn and EU requirements

And the most expensive option is not in any table: waiting. Buying signals at your dream customers fire every week, and the companies that act on them first are the ones that get the meeting.

Common questions

Why don't 11x and Artisan publish pricing?

Sales-led pricing is tailored per customer. Nothing wrong with that, but it means a demo, a quote and a negotiation before you know the cost, and that the company next door may pay a different price than you.

Isn't Apollo or Instantly enough?

If you have the hours, yes. The tools are good at sending. But lead selection, research, copy and follow-up are still manual work, and that is where the time goes. You buy an AI SDR when hours are scarcer than budget.

What does EU-first mean in practice?

Data storage within the EU, a data processing agreement in the product and outreach on a legitimate-interest basis. Details in the GDPR guide.
