RB2B pricing 2026: every plan, credits and the real cost

2026-10-16 · updated 2026-10-16 · 8 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa

RB2B has four self-serve plans, all billed monthly: Free with 150 company-level resolutions a month, Starter at $79 for 300, Pro from $149 to $349 for 600 to 2,500, and Pro+ from $199 to $849 for 600 to 12,500. A resolution is one identified visitor, person or company, and RB2B names people only on US traffic. A founder pays $948 a year for Starter, and a team that wants business emails in its CRM from $1,788 (our estimates). The traps: tracking stops when credits run out, cancelling is immediate and payments are not refunded.

Checked on 16 October 2026 against RB2B's pricing page, help center and terms. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below.

Source: RB2B pricing and its Pro and Pro+ article, 16 October 2026. Pro and Pro+ can add websites for $99 a month each, up to five. Since 15 January 2026, "RB2B subscriptions are now offered as month-to-month plans by default, with no standard annual plan options available"; existing annual plans continue (billing update).

What a credit buys

"A resolution is one identified website visitor that RB2B delivers to you" (FAQ), and the help center uses credit and resolution interchangeably. Since January 2026 "every identified visitor consumes a credit, regardless of whether the identification is contact-level or company-level". A returning visitor costs one credit per 30-day cycle, at most 12 a year, and credits "Expire at the end of the cycle and do not roll over" (credit system).

Where RB2B's own pages disagree

  • Coverage. The homepage promises to identify "70-80%" of traffic. The pricing table lists 15 to 20% at contact level and 15 to 20% at company level on Starter and Pro, and 35 to 45% each on Pro+; the help center sums this to "roughly 30 to 40%" for Starter and Pro (comparison). So 70 to 80% is the Pro+ figure, people and companies combined.
  • Overage. The pricing page charges 45¢ per extra resolution on Starter and 25¢ on Pro and Pro+. An overage article updated in May 2026 still lists "$0.85 per credit" for Pro below 1,000 credits and says overages are "only available to RB2B Pro and Pro+ users" (overages).
  • Trial. The pricing page offers "the Pro plan free for 7 days"; the help center describes a 7-day trial of Pro+ with no card, capped at 1,000 profiles (trial).

What RB2B really costs: three examples

Our estimates, at list price and before tax.

A founder with mostly US traffic. Starter costs $79 a month, $948 a year, for 300 credits: about 26 cents per identified visitor. You get names and LinkedIn profiles in Slack, but emails and CRM sync start on Pro at $149 a month ($1,788 a year).

A site with 5,000 visitors a month. RB2B's own estimator suggests 2,500 credits with Basic Resolution or 5,000 with Premium (estimator): Pro at $349 a month ($4,188 a year) or Pro+ at $499 ($5,988). Tracking only high-intent pages helps: RB2B's example takes a 10,000-visitor site from about 4,000 to 4,500 credits to "~2,000" (guide).

Three websites. Pro+ with 2,500 credits ($399) plus two extra domains ($198) comes to $597 a month, or $7,164 a year.

Hidden costs and terms

From RB2B's Terms of Service, last updated November 2025, and its help center:

  • Traffic outside the US uses credits. "Global visitor tracking is enabled by default", and every company it resolves costs a credit. You can switch international tracking off.
  • Running out stops tracking. At the cap "your RB2B tracking script will be disabled and data collection will be paused", visitors in that gap "cannot be retroactively identified", and you must re-enable the script by hand (credit FAQ).
  • No refunds. "All payments by you are nonrefundable", and the refund policy excludes "unused time, partial billing periods, or forgotten cancellations".
  • Cancelling is immediate. "Cancellations take effect immediately, and there is no option to schedule them for a future date", and unused credits are forfeited (billing FAQ). Monthly plans renew unless cancelled before 11:59 pm Pacific the day before billing, so cancel just before that.
  • Fees can change. RB2B may raise fees at the end of a term with written notice and "may impose or alter fees for new or existing aspects of the Service, including updating our credit conversion policies at any time".
  • Seats. The terms call subscriptions "per-seat" unless the order form says otherwise; the pricing page names no seat limit, so ask.

Third-party price data

Vendr and PricingSaaS had no RB2B page on 16 October 2026 (both 404), so RB2B's own changelog is the best record: on 14 January 2026 it launched Starter and Pro+, doubled credits and made month-to-month the default, and from late January the Free plan no longer showed people. An archived pricing page from 13 December 2025 still offered annual billing.

Cheaper alternatives

Cheaper than RB2B Pro at $149, ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term, with euros converted at the ECB rate of 15 October 2026 ($1.1208). The four visitor tools identify companies and offer contacts separately, so they replace RB2B where company-level data is enough. Prices checked on 16 October 2026.

  • Snitcher. From $49 a month billed annually for up to 50 identified companies, with CRM sync to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive; €49, or €79 billed monthly, as shown in Sweden (pricing). Right if company-level data in your CRM is the goal; wrong if you want the visitor named, since it focuses on "company-level intelligence".
  • Albacross. €59 a month billed yearly (about $66) or €84 monthly for up to 50 companies, with 10 verified email and 5 phone credits plus AI email and LinkedIn sequences (pricing). Right if you want identification and outreach sequences in one tool; wrong if you need HubSpot, which starts on Professional at €149 billed yearly.
  • Leadinfo. $73 a month billed annually or $107 monthly (€69 or €99) for up to 50 companies, with three users (pricing, GDPR). Right if you want servers in Ireland on a small budget; wrong if you need HubSpot, which starts on Scale.
  • Leadfeeder. Free Lite plan; Discover from $79 a month billed annually or $113 monthly in its dollar view (€79 or €113), hosted on AWS in Ireland (pricing, GDPR). Right for a free start with EU hosting; wrong if you want people named. See Leadfeeder pricing.
  • Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if visitor data was only a route to companies that are buying, and you'd rather act on signals such as hiring, funding and new executives with LinkedIn and email drafts you approve; wrong if you need to see who visits your website, or a database to export.

RB2B in Europe: GDPR and where the data is

  • People in the US only. "RB2B's Person-Level ID is US-only technology with a US-only database, so it will not identify individuals located outside the US (for GDPR and CCPA compliance)" (FAQ).
  • Companies worldwide, with consent. Global company-level ID runs through Demandbase, and for it "you MUST use a Consent Management Solution" (GDPR page).
  • Cookies before consent. RB2B "sets session cookies such as _reb2bloaded and _reb2bsessionID before obtaining user consent", without personal data, it says, and full identification "only begins after explicit user consent". It adds that with international tracking off, "EU cookie compliance rules no longer apply to company-level visitors" (help).
  • Hosting. "The Service and Website are hosted in the United States" (privacy policy, updated February 2024).
  • The law. Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive generally requires consent before a script stores or reads information on a visitor's device, and the GDPR covers a company established in the EU wherever the processing happens (Article 3(1)). Yes, but cancellation takes effect immediately, unused credits are forfeited and payments are not refunded, so cancel just before your renewal date.
