Waalaxy pricing 2026: every plan, credits and the real cost

Waalaxy's euro prices are Pro €19, Advanced €49 and Business €69 per user a month billed yearly, €31, €79 and €109 billed quarterly, or €39, €99 and €139 billed monthly; only Business sends email. A founder pays €228 a year for Pro paid upfront, or €1,668 for Business month to month (our estimate). The traps are prices that change with the country you buy from, a 14-day trial that needs a credit card and turns into a paid plan without a reminder, and terms that make any period you have started due in full.

Checked on 15 October 2026 against Waalaxy's pricing page and the price list in its code, its help center and its terms. Prices are per user (one LinkedIn account) a month, excluding VAT. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below.

Waalaxy plans and prices

Sources: the pricing page shows €19, €49 and €69 next to "Yearly -50%" and "Quarterly -20%"; the monthly and quarterly euro prices are the default price list in the page's own code, and the help center says the Business "standard price is €139/month, but it may vary depending on your country" (subscriptions). Enterprise appears only in the FAQ and on Waalaxy's AI info page.

Prices depend on where you buy

• Sweden. From a Swedish IP address the page and its price API showed SEK 54, 159 and 227 a month billed yearly and SEK 111, 318 and 454 monthly: Business at about €41 a month instead of €139 (ECB rate, our calculation).
• US dollars. When the price list comes back in dollars, the page's code hides the quarterly option and changes the discount badge to -20%. PricingSaaS recorded $29, $60 and $90 a month billed annually on 4 July 2026.

Add-ons

• LinkedIn Inbox. The FAQ lists "€20/month", and the help center prices it at €20 billed monthly, €48 a quarter or €120 a year, excluding tax. The price list in the page's code says €40 monthly, €32 quarterly and €20 billed yearly instead, so check the price at checkout.
• Email finder credits. Extra credits follow your billing period: 1,000 more a month cost "€40/month excluding VAT" on a yearly plan, billed as "€480 excluding VAT for 12 months". Credits don't roll over, and "It is not possible to purchase credits on a one-time basis."

What Waalaxy really costs: three examples

Our estimates, at the euro list prices and before VAT.

A founder on LinkedIn only. Pro costs €228 a year paid upfront, €372 billed quarterly or €468 month to month, for 300 invitations a month.

A founder who also sends email. Business costs €828 a year paid upfront or €1,668 month to month. The LinkedIn Inbox adds €120 a year on yearly billing by the help center's prices, or €240 by the price list in the page's code.

Three reps on Advanced. €1,764 a year paid upfront, €2,844 billed quarterly or €3,564 month to month. Each seat is one LinkedIn account, and only email finder credits are shared in a team.

Hidden costs and terms

• The trial needs a card and converts. "To start the trial, you must enter a valid credit card", the plan turns paid "unless canceled beforehand", and "No reminder is sent before your first charge." The article says both that a 14-day trial converts to a yearly Advanced plan and that a monthly Business plan starts, so check which plan you are set to before day 14.
• Upfront payment, no refund for a started period. "All payments are made in a single installment", and the terms say "Any period started is due in full." You can cancel "up to 24 hours before the automatic renewal" (billing help).
• Renewal for the same term. The subscription "automatically renews at the end of the commitment period for an identical duration".
• No downgrades mid-term. "Downgrades can't be made during the current subscription term", and moving to a shorter billing period counts as a downgrade.
• VAT numbers aren't applied at checkout. "VAT is not automatically deducted from the amount displayed on the checkout page"; you reclaim it through your tax authority, and a VAT number added later only fixes future invoices.
• The free version doesn't automate. In Freemium "you can't use any automation features".
• LinkedIn risk is yours. The terms make it "your responsibility to be aware of the operating rules of each web site", and Waalaxy's help center publishes a guide titled "How to create a fake account on LinkedIn without getting banned?", while LinkedIn's User Agreement bars creating "a false identity".

Third-party price data

• Vendr had no Waalaxy page on 15 October 2026.
• Internet Archive. On 3 February 2025 the page showed Pro at €19, Advanced at €56 and Business at €80; by 16 October 2025 Advanced and Business were €49 and €69, unchanged through 23 September 2026.
• Trustpilot. Trustpilot showed 4.8 from 1,305 reviews on 15 October 2026, 38 of them one-star. Recent one-star reviews describe unexpected yearly charges, cancellation that was hard to find and a refund still missing after ten business days; one says the €49 price "only applies to annual subscriptions".

Cheaper alternatives

Ordered by starting price in euros: the lowest monthly price listed for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term, with dollar prices converted at the ECB reference rate for 15 October 2026 (€1 = $1.1208). Ties are alphabetical. Waalaxy Pro is already cheap, so each tool below is cheaper for one job: LinkedIn alone, or LinkedIn plus email, which Waalaxy only offers on Business.

• Linked Helper. $15 a month per license, or $8.25 (about €7.36) on a 12-month license, with a 14-day trial and no card (pricing). Right for LinkedIn alone on the smallest budget; wrong if campaigns must run while your computer is off, since it "Runs as desktop software".
• SalesRobot. Basic costs $39 (about €34.80) per LinkedIn account a month billed annually or $59 monthly, with LinkedIn and email (pricing). Right for LinkedIn plus email for less than Business; wrong if you run several campaigns at once, since Basic allows 1 active campaign.
• La Growth Machine. Basic costs €50 per identity a month billed annually or €60 monthly, with LinkedIn, email and 250 enriched leads a month (pricing). Right if you want LinkedIn plus email billed in euros; wrong if you need more than 250 enriched leads a month on Basic.
• Dripify. Pro costs $59 (about €52.64) per user a month billed annually or $79 monthly, with LinkedIn and email sequences, 100 email finder credits a month and a 7-day trial without a card (pricing). Right if you want a trial that never charges automatically; wrong if one seat should run several LinkedIn accounts.
• Leo by Revexa (ours). €89 a month in Europe, $99 in the US and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing): less than Business billed monthly, more than Business billed yearly. Right if you want buying signals turned into LinkedIn and email drafts you approve; wrong if you want the lowest price or to build every campaign yourself.

Waalaxy in Europe: GDPR and where the data is

• Company. Waalaxy is published by SAS Waapi in Montpellier, France. The terms "are governed exclusively by French law", and disputes go to courts under the Montpellier Court of Appeal.
• Who is responsible. Under the terms you "acknowledge that Waapi does not process personal data on your behalf and/or for your account", and you are "solely responsible for the processing carried out (within the meaning of the RGPD)". The terms therefore contain no processor agreement for your prospects' data.
• Location. The legal notice says the website "is hosted by the company OVH"; the privacy policy names no location for app data. Payment data is stored by Stripe, and a deleted account is erased within 30 days.
• LinkedIn's rules. Section 8.2 of LinkedIn's User Agreement bans "bots or other unauthorized automated methods" to "send or redirect messages", so no tool can promise that an account won't be restricted (LinkedIn outreach without restrictions).
• Your own outreach. Contacting EU prospects needs a lawful basis, usually legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email. See our GDPR guide. This is not legal advice.

Is there a free Waalaxy plan?

Not one that automates. Freemium lets you use the app but "you can't use any automation features". The 14-day trial needs a credit card and becomes a paid plan unless you cancel.

Does Waalaxy include cold email?

Only on Business, at €69 a month billed yearly or €139 monthly, which includes 500 email finder credits a month.

Can I cancel Waalaxy and get a refund?

You can cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal, up to 24 hours before renewal, and keep access to the end of the period. The terms say "Any period started is due in full", so a started month, quarter or year isn't refunded.
