Leadfeeder pricing 2026: every plan, tier and the real cost
2026-10-16 · updated 2026-10-16 · 8 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
Leadfeeder, called Dealfront until 24 March 2026, has a free Lite plan and three paid plans priced by the companies it identifies on your website each month and the credits you need: Discover from $79 a month billed annually ($113 monthly), Activate with contact data from $369 ($527), and Scale from $599, on annual plans only. Buyers outside the US and Canada see the same numbers in euros. A small site pays $948 a year and a team that wants contacts in its CRM from $4,428 (our estimates). The traps: your tier can rise at renewal when traffic grows, annual plans renew unless you cancel 30 days ahead, and credits expire.
Checked on 16 October 2026 against Leadfeeder's pricing page, help center and terms. Prices are in US dollars as shown to US visitors and exclude VAT or sales tax. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below.

Source: Leadfeeder pricing, including its "How is the price calculated?" tiers, and the plans article, 16 October 2026. Every plan has unlimited users. Annual plans are "charged at 12 months upfront" (Scale can also be paid quarterly), and monthly billing requires a card. Leadfeeder charges "in either USD ($) or Euros (€)" depending on your company's location.
Discover's tiers, billed annually: $79 for up to 50 companies, $109 up to 100, $139 up to 200, $179 up to 400, $249 up to 500 and $309 up to 1,000. Monthly billing costs about 43% more (our calculation).
What a credit buys
Identifying a visiting company uses no credits. Credits pay for data and actions (credits):
- Email-only contact enrichment: 0.2 credits.
- Email and phone enrichment: 1 credit.
- Export or sync a record to your CRM: 1 credit, charged separately from enrichment.
A credit unlocks that record for 12 months for the whole account. Activate's 200 credits a month buy 1,000 email-only enrichments, or about 100 contacts with email and phone synced to your CRM (our calculation). Extra credits come in blocks of 100 to 5,000 and last two years; plan credits "don't roll over".
Where Leadfeeder's own pages disagree
- Old prices for AI assistants. Leadfeeder's llms.txt still lists plans "from EUR 99/mo" and "from EUR 399/mo". Those match archived pricing pages from 14 April to 8 June 2026; by 4 August 2026 the page showed Discover from €79 and Activate from €369 (Wayback).
- Contacts on Discover. The cards list "Verified emails and phones" under Activate, but the comparison table ticks "Enrich contact details with credits" on every plan; ask what Discover's 50 credits buy.
What Leadfeeder really costs: three examples
Our estimates, at list price and before VAT.
A small B2B website. Up to 50 identified companies a month on Discover costs $948 a year paid upfront, or $1,356 month to month. Grow to 120 companies a month and the tier becomes $139, $1,668 a year.
A team that wants contacts in its CRM. Activate with 1,000 companies and 200 credits costs $4,428 a year billed annually, or $6,324 monthly. Raising credits to 1,000 a month costs $449, or $5,388 a year.
A larger team. Scale starts at $7,188 a year for 2,000 companies and 1,000 credits; with 4,000 companies and 4,000 credits it is $1,259 a month, or $15,108 a year.
Hidden costs and terms
From Leadfeeder's General Terms and Conditions, last updated February 2026, and its help center:
- Your tier can rise at renewal. The GTC let Leadfeeder "upon renewal adjust the applicable Plan to reflect overuse", and the help center says: "If we notice your plan should be upgraded, we'll email you about it and implement the change of quota and price when your new subscription period is starting" (contract). The GTC cap "any increase of prices" at "a maximum of 5% per year"; ask how that applies to a tier change.
- One company can count twice. A company "may appear multiple times" when employees work from several locations.
- Hitting the cap hides companies. Beyond your limit, "additional visiting companies will not appear in your feed until the next billing period" (identified companies).
- Automatic renewal. You can terminate only at the end of a term, and a plan "not canceled in time will automatically renew"; annual plans need notice "at least 30 days prior to the last day of the Term". Monthly plans must be cancelled before the next billing date.
- Credits expire. "Unused Credits will expire at the end of each Term", and overuse "can result in additional charges".
- No refund clause. We found none in the GTC, and fees stay payable even while access is suspended.
Third-party price data
- Vendr. Vendr puts the median Leadfeeder buyer at $8,628 a year, in a range of $5,144 to $10,588, with no purchase count or date and plan names from before the summer. That is about $719 a month (our calculation).
- PricingSaaS. PricingSaaS last captured the page on 19 June 2026 and still lists a $99 entry plan.
- Trustpilot. On 16 October 2026 Trustpilot showed 14 reviews and a TrustScore of 1.9; four, from 2022 to 2026, complain about renewals or a 12-month lock-in. A small sample.
Cheaper alternatives
Cheaper than Discover billed monthly ($113), or than Activate if you need contacts. Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term, with euros converted at the ECB rate of 15 October 2026 ($1.1208 per euro). Prices checked on 16 October 2026.
- Snitcher. $49 a month billed annually or $79 monthly (€49 or €79 in Europe) for up to 50 identified companies, all features and CRM sync included (pricing). Right if you want every feature on the entry plan; wrong if you mainly want contacts, since it focuses on "company-level intelligence" and reveals contacts only on request.
- Albacross. €59 a month billed yearly (about $66) or €84 monthly for up to 50 companies, with 10 email and 5 phone credits and AI email and LinkedIn sequences (pricing). Right if you want outreach built in; wrong if you need HubSpot, which starts on Professional at €149 billed yearly.
- Leadinfo. $73 a month billed annually or $107 monthly (€69 or €99) for up to 50 companies, with servers in Ireland (pricing, GDPR). Right for EU hosting on a budget; wrong if you need HubSpot, which starts on Scale.
- RB2B. Starter costs $79 a month for 300 resolutions and names visitors only in the US; Free covers 150 companies a month (pricing). Right if much of your traffic is American; wrong if your visitors are mostly European. See RB2B pricing.
- Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if you want meetings with companies showing buying signals such as hiring, funding and new executives, via LinkedIn and email drafts you approve; wrong if you need to see who visits your website, or a database to export.

Leadfeeder in Europe: GDPR and where the data is
- Hosting. "Our servers and data are hosted and processed on Amazon Web Services in the EU, specifically in Ireland" (GDPR page). Its sub-processor list also names Google Cloud, OpenAI and Perplexity as language-model providers with the location "USA", under Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Roles. For data from the tracker you are the controller and Leadfeeder the processor, under a DPA concluded automatically; contracting with its US entity adds the EU clauses.
- Consent. Consent mode delays only the cookie: "If a visitor does not grant consent, the tracking script does not set a cookie, but it will still identify the company visiting your site." Leadfeeder advises against blocking the whole tracker (help). Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive generally requires consent before information is stored on or read from a visitor's device, so blocking it until consent is the conservative setup; see is website visitor identification legal in Europe?
- Its own database. Leadfeeder relies on legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1 f), checks "public do-not-call (DNC) lists in many countries" and says it has "fewer personal phone numbers and mobile direct dials than others". Emailing those contacts needs your own lawful basis. This is not legal advice.
Common questions
How much does Leadfeeder cost?
Lite is free. Discover costs $79 to $309 a month billed annually, or $113 to $441 monthly, depending on companies identified. Activate starts at $369 ($527 monthly), Scale at $599 on annual plans only, and Enterprise is custom. Buyers outside the US and Canada pay the same numbers in euros.
Is Dealfront the same as Leadfeeder?
Yes. Dealfront became Leadfeeder on 24 March 2026 with "no pricing changes", according to Leadfeeder. Contracts stay with Dealfront Group GmbH or Dealfront Germany GmbH.
Does Leadfeeder have a free plan?
Yes. Lite shows the last 100 identified companies a month with 7 days of history, 20 credits and unlimited users. Paid plans come with a 14-day trial without a card.
Can Leadfeeder raise my price at renewal?
Yes. Its terms let it move you to a higher plan at renewal to reflect overuse, and it says it emails you first. The terms also cap price increases at 5% a year, so ask how that cap applies to a tier change.
