Seamless.AI alternatives 2026: 8 tools compared by price
2026-10-23 · updated 2026-10-23 · 10 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
The Seamless.AI alternatives with a public price are RocketReach ($33 a month billed annually), Hunter ($34), Lusha ($37.45), Apollo ($49 per seat), Kaspr ($65 per user, billed monthly) and UpLead ($74), and all six also list a monthly billing option. Cognism and ZoomInfo are, like Seamless.AI, priced by sales. Seamless.AI publishes no price, and its terms make every subscription annual even when it is billed monthly. For European data, Hunter's servers are in Belgium and Cognism stores personal data in the EU, while Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach and UpLead host or store it in the US.
Checked on 23 October 2026 against each vendor's pricing page as a buyer in the United States sees it, plus privacy policies, help centers and the CNIL. US dollars excluding tax; where Europe sees a different price, it is given too.
Revexa builds Leo, a buying-signal agent that is not a contact database, so it is not in this list. Order: the lowest monthly US price listed for the cheapest paid plan with contact data, whatever the billing term; where a page opens in euros but offers dollars (Kaspr), the dollar price is used. Free plans don't count, ties are alphabetical, and tools without a list price come last, alphabetically.
Why teams look for Seamless.AI alternatives
Our Seamless.AI pricing guide has the plans, credits and contract terms in full. In short:
- No list price. seamless.ai/pricing is now a "Pricing Inquiry" page that offers "special pricing for unlimited users, bulk credits, prospector, job changes, buyer intent, and enrichment". The free tier is 50 credits (homepage).
- Annual, even when billed monthly. "All subscriptions for the Services are annual with monthly or annual billing cycles." You cancel in the platform more than 60 days before renewal; otherwise "the annual contract will automatically renew for an additional 12 months", and "all sales are final" (terms, last updated 12 July 2024).
- Reviews about cancelling. Trustpilot showed 1.2 out of 5 on 23 October 2026, and several of the newest reviews are about cancelling or renewals; one single, unverified review from October 2026 says declining another year "shouldn't require an appointment".
- Data location. Seamless.AI "may store, access, or use your personal data in the United States or in any other country where Seamless.AI or its service providers do business or maintain facilities" (privacy policy, updated 14 December 2025).

"Best for" is our judgement; the other cells are vendor statements, not tests of data quality. For more providers, see Best B2B data providers 2026.
The 8 alternatives one by one
1. RocketReach
Essentials costs $33 a month billed annually ($399 a year) for a US buyer and $19 ($229) as shown from Sweden, with unlimited verified emails and 1,200 exports a year; Pro adds phone numbers at $75 a month billed annually ($899) in the US, $52 ($619) from Sweden (pricing).
- EU data: RocketReach relies on legitimate interests, and "RocketReach is based in the U.S." and collects personal data "directly in the U.S." (privacy policy, updated 30 September 2026).
- Weakness: the US view shows no monthly dollar price, only "Save 50% with annual"; taken at face value, monthly billing costs about twice the annual rate (our calculation from that label). Monthly plans also have 100 lookups a month.
- Best for: one person who mainly needs emails and can pay for a year.
2. Hunter
Starter costs $34 a month billed yearly ($408) or $49 monthly, €34 and €49 in Europe, for 2,000 credits a month; the free plan has 50 (pricing). Users are not charged: "You can invite as many team members as you'd like at no extra cost."
- EU data: "Hunter servers are located in Belgium", transfers outside the EEA use Standard Contractual Clauses, and Hunter relies on legitimate interest backed by a documented assessment (privacy policy, updated 13 April 2026).
- Weakness: no phone numbers on its plans, and on monthly billing "Credits reset monthly and don't roll over".
- Best for: a team that finds and verifies emails from company domains.
3. Lusha
Starter costs $37.45 a month billed yearly, with 4,800 credits granted upfront, or $49.90 monthly for 400 credits a month; the free plan has 40 credits a month (pricing). An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5 (Lusha).
- EU data: "our data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States of America" (privacy notice). Lusha says on its AI assistants page that "Italian contact data is not currently available", and Italy's Garante opened an inquiry into Lusha on 8 April 2025 (Garante).
- Weakness: at 5 credits a number, the 400 monthly credits buy 80 phone numbers (our calculation).
- Best for: one seller who wants emails and a few phone numbers without a 12-month commitment.
4. Apollo
Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually, with 30,000 credits a year upfront, or $65 monthly with 2,500 credits a month; the free plan has 900 credits a year. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 8 (pricing). Monthly billing is "Pay month-to-month, cancel anytime".
- EU data: Apollo relies on legitimate interests, and its data "is hosted in the United States", with Standard Contractual Clauses and certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (processing notice).
- Weakness: phone numbers cost 8 times as much as emails, and we found no EU hosting option.
- Best for: finding contacts and running sequences in one tool.
5. Kaspr
Starter costs $65 per user a month with dollars selected, billed monthly, with unlimited B2B email credits and 100 phone credits a month; Business costs $99 with 200. The page opens in euros, €59 and €99, for US visitors too. The free plan has 15 B2B email and 5 phone credits a month (pricing).
- EU data: "As far as possible, your personal data are processed within the UK/European Union (EU)/European Economic Area (EEA)" (privacy policy). The CNIL fined Kaspr €240,000 in December 2024 (CNIL) and on 4 March 2026 closed the order that came with the fine, after Kaspr "chose to delete its database and cease all data collection on LinkedIn" (CNIL). The closure concerns the order, not the fine.
- Weakness: Starter's 100 phone credits a month run out quickly for a team that calls a lot, and the pricing page shows only monthly prices.
- Best for: a European team that wants phone credits on a monthly plan.
6. UpLead
Essentials costs $74 a month billed annually for 2,040 credits a year, or $99 monthly for 170 a month. "One credit = one contact", which unlocks the email and the mobile direct dial (pricing).
- EU data: UpLead relies on legitimate interests, and the personal information it collects "is stored on servers located in the United States" (privacy policy).
- Weakness: Essentials and Plus are single-user accounts; team seats start on Professional, priced annually and on request.
- Best for: buyers who want one price per contact instead of separate email and phone credits.
7. Cognism
No price on the pricing page: "Cognism pricing is tailored based on the product you need". Its blog says Standard starts at $12,750 and Pro at $17,000, "both of which include 5 user seats".
- EU data: "Cognism stores personal data inside the European Union", with transfers to the US possible under safeguards (privacy policy). Its help center lists do-not-call registries in 16 countries, Sweden, Norway and Finland among them; its compliance page says Cognism scrubs its data against "15 major Do Not Call and TPS lists", and the FAQ on that page names 12 countries.
- Weakness: sized for teams, not one founder.
- Best for: teams calling European prospects.
8. ZoomInfo
No list price: pricing "is based on licenses and credit usage, as well as desired features", and "Each export costs one credit" (pricing).
- EU data: ZoomInfo "may collect, process, and store their personal information in the United States and other countries" and follows the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Frameworks (privacy policy, updated 13 October 2025).
- Weakness: like Seamless.AI, you only learn the price from sales. See ZoomInfo alternatives.
- Best for: large teams that want one vendor for data and intent.
Using contact data in Europe
Where a vendor stores data does not settle your own use: emailing EU prospects usually rests on legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, Article 14 requires you to tell people where you got their data "at the latest at the time of the first communication", and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email. Our GDPR guide covers the steps. This is not legal advice.
When to stay with Seamless.AI
- You are mid-contract. Cancelling early doesn't end an annual subscription, so time the switch to the renewal date and cancel more than 60 days ahead.
- You want unlimited users and bulk credits on one negotiated quote, as its pricing page offers.
- Its data has worked for your market. Test a sample of your own target accounts in any alternative before switching.
If the problem is that lists don't reply
A better database fixes coverage, not replies. If what you lack are conversations, Leo by Revexa (ours) works the other way: it watches buying signals such as hiring, funding and new executives in the buying role, finds the right person and drafts LinkedIn messages and emails in your voice; by default you approve each one before it goes out. $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free (pricing). Wrong choice if you need contact data to export or phone numbers to call.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best alternative to Seamless.AI?
It depends on the job: RocketReach for cheap emails on an annual plan, Hunter for a team sharing one email plan, Lusha or Kaspr for some phone numbers month to month, Apollo for data plus sequences, and Cognism for European phone data with do-not-call screening.
What is the cheapest Seamless.AI alternative?
RocketReach Essentials, at $33 a month billed annually ($399 a year) for a US buyer, emails only. Hunter costs $34 billed yearly or $49 monthly, and Lusha $37.45 or $49.90. Hunter's free plan has 50 credits a month and Lusha's 40.
Which Seamless.AI alternatives can I pay month to month?
Apollo, Hunter, Kaspr, Lusha, RocketReach and UpLead all list monthly billing. Apollo calls it "Pay month-to-month, cancel anytime". Seamless.AI's monthly billing still sits inside an annual subscription.
Which Seamless.AI alternatives store data in the EU?
Cognism says it "stores personal data inside the European Union", Hunter's servers are in Belgium, and Kaspr processes data in the UK, EU or EEA "as far as possible"; all three describe transfers outside the EU in some cases. Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach and UpLead host or store data in the US.
Can I cancel Seamless.AI early to switch?
Usually not. Its terms make every subscription annual, sales final, and renewal automatic for 12 months unless you cancel in the platform more than 60 days before the renewal date.
