Seamless.AI pricing 2026: credits, contracts and real costs

Seamless.AI publishes no prices: seamless.ai/pricing now redirects to a demo form. Free gives one user 50 credits that don't replenish; per its help center, Basic includes 250 credits a month and Pro 10,000, at prices quoted by sales. For Pro, Docket reports an unverified "$79 to $150/user/month", or $948 to $1,800 a year for one user (our calculation). The trap: every subscription is annual, even when billed monthly, and renews for 12 months unless you cancel in the platform more than 60 days before the renewal date.
Checked on 15 October 2026 against Seamless.AI's website, help center, terms of use and privacy documents, archived copies of its pricing page, Vendr and Docket. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below.

The free allowance has moved: archived copies show 50 credits in December 2025, "1,000 Credits Per User/Year" in February 2026 and 50 again in August 2026.

Buyer Intent uses Intent Topics instead of credits. Under the Credit Back Protection Program, credits for emails Seamless finds invalid "at the time the data is provided" may be returned; soft bounces and role addresses such as info@ don't qualify.
Third-party price data
These are not list prices, and none of them is confirmed by Seamless.
- Vendr. Vendr's Seamless.AI page, "Last updated Sep 23, 2025", shows no price data, only tier descriptions.
- Docket. A pricing guide from Docket, "not affiliated with Seamless.AI" and "last verified April 2026", says: "Users report Pro pricing in the $79 to $150/user/month range depending on team size and negotiation." It names no source and still lists Free at 1,000 credits a year, so treat it as a rough indication.
- $147 a month. Several sites quote $147 per user a month for a Basic plan. We found no Seamless page with that price: the four archived copies of its pricing page we checked, from February 2025 to August 2026, show no dollar amounts.
- Trustpilot. On 15 October 2026 Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 1.2 from 311 reviews, 257 of them one-star. All 20 newest reviews were one-star, 9 of them mention cancellation or renewal, and two say cancelling required booking a meeting.
What Seamless.AI really costs: three examples
Our estimates, before tax, using Docket's unverified range for Pro and Seamless's own credit rules. Every paid plan is a 12-month commitment.
A founder. Free researches 50 contacts in total, at no cost. One Pro user at $79 to $150 a month commits to $948 to $1,800 for the year, even on monthly billing.
A team of three. Three Pro users cost $2,844 to $5,400 a year. If Pro means 10,000 credits a year, as the pricing page said in August 2026, that is about 833 contacts a month per user; if it means 10,000 a month, as the help center says, credits will rarely run out. Put the number in the order form.
A team of ten. $9,480 to $18,000 a year at the same range. Enterprise offers "Unlimited Users", so compare a quote for pooled bulk credits with per-user licenses.
Contract terms and hidden costs
From Seamless.AI's terms of use, last updated 12 July 2024:
- Annual, even when billed monthly. "All subscriptions for the Services are annual with monthly or annual billing cycles", and "Payment is due in advance at the start of each billing cycle."
- Cancel more than 60 days ahead. You must cancel in the platform "no later than 60 days prior to the next annual contract renewal date"; otherwise "the annual contract will automatically renew for an additional 12 months."
- No refunds. "all sales are final once you elect to purchase a subscription", and opt-in purchases "are non-refundable".
- Prices can change at any time. "The price change is effective immediately upon notice."
- Limits you can't see. The terms say the plan limits are "linked here", to the pricing page that now redirects to the demo form.
- Late payment. A late fee of 2%, and Seamless may "report unpaid amounts to business credit bureaus".
- Your contacts become its data. Data from the CRM, email and other accounts you connect counts as Submitted Data, and Seamless "will make available any contact-related information contained in your Submitted Data to our users or the public".
- Switch and Save discounts require "a minimum one (1) year subscription" with annual payment and are not returned if you cancel early (program terms).
In August 2026 the pricing page FAQ said: "There are no setup fees here at Seamless.AI."
Alternatives with published prices
Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price listed for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term. Free plans don't count, and ties are alphabetical. All of these publish prices and offer monthly billing. Prices checked on 15 October 2026.
- RocketReach. Essentials costs $19 a month billed annually ($229 a year) or $39 monthly, with verified emails and 1,200 exports a year (pricing). Right if you need emails only; wrong if you need phone numbers, which start on Pro at $52 a month billed annually.
- Lusha. Starter costs $37.45 a month billed yearly or $49.90 monthly for one seat and 400 credits a month; an email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5 (pricing, our breakdown). Right if one person needs verified emails and some phone numbers without a 12-month commitment; wrong if you need hundreds of phone numbers a month.
- Apollo. Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly, with 2,500 credits per seat a month; an email costs 1 credit and a phone number 8 (pricing, our breakdown). Right if you want data, sequences and a dialer in one tool; wrong if you mainly need mobile numbers.
- Kaspr. Starter costs $49 per user a month billed annually or $65 monthly (€45 or €59), with unlimited B2B email credits and 100 phone credits a month (pricing). Right if you prospect from LinkedIn profiles with a Chrome extension; wrong if one user needs more than 100 phone numbers a month.
- Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if you want an agent that watches buying signals and drafts LinkedIn messages and emails you approve; wrong if you need contact data to export or phone numbers to call.

Seamless.AI in Europe: GDPR and where the data is
- Company and representatives. The controller is Seamless Contacts, Inc. in Dublin, Ohio. Its EU representative is IT Governance Europe Limited in Ireland and its UK representative GRCI Law Limited (Article 14 notice).
- Location. The privacy policy, updated 14 December 2025, says Seamless "may store, access, or use your personal data in the United States or in any other country", and uses standard contractual clauses "Where required to by its customers". We found no EU hosting option.
- Legal basis and sources. Seamless relies on legitimate interests for its business-contact profiles, and its sources include the CRM, email and social accounts that customers connect.
- Your own outreach. Emailing EU prospects needs your own lawful basis, usually legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email. See our GDPR guide. This is not legal advice.
