Cheaper 6sense alternatives 2026: 10 tools compared by price

6sense publishes no prices, closed its free plan on 12 August 2026, and Vendr's buyer data puts the median contract at $62,220 a year; its own page for AI assistants says it is probably not right for teams focused on SMB customers who buy quickly. Cheaper alternatives depend on the job: Apollo ($49 per seat billed annually) for intent topics and contacts, Snitcher, Leadinfo or Leadfeeder (from $49, $73 and $79 a month billed annually; Leadfeeder also has a free plan) for companies visiting your site, hosted in Frankfurt or Ireland, RB2B ($79) for named US visitors, and Bombora (Vendr median $25,000 a year) for third-party intent alone. Demandbase, the closest like-for-like platform, is not cheaper: its Vendr median is $68,591.
Checked on 16 October 2026 against each vendor's own pages, Vendr and AWS Marketplace. Revexa builds Leo, one of the tools below.
Order: the lowest monthly US dollar price a buyer in the US sees for the cheapest paid plan, any billing term. Free plans don't count, ties are alphabetical, and Bombora, without a public price, comes last.
Why teams look for 6sense alternatives
From 6sense's own pages (6sense pricing 2026 has the details):
- No price, no free plan. Every bundle on the pricing page leads to a demo (pricing). "On August 12, 2026, 6sense discontinued the Sales Intelligence Free Plan", and new free registrations "are no longer available" (RevCity), although the site menu still offered to "Get Started for Free" on 16 October.
- Price. Vendr's median is $62,220 a year (386 purchases, $11,234 to $176,511, February 2026, Vendr), and 6sense's own AWS Marketplace offer charges $100,000 for 24 months of the core platform with 5 licenses (AWS).
- Fit. 6sense says it makes sense for deals with "ACV above $50K" and "Probably Isn't Right If" you are "focused on SMB customers who buy quickly" (llm-info, December 2025).
- Terms. Under its AWS Marketplace terms, "payment obligations are non-cancelable" (terms), and data credits "do not carry over from one timeframe to another" (credits).

The alternatives one by one
1. Apollo
A contact database with sequences, Bombora intent topics and identification of up to 100 visiting companies a month. Best for: a small team that wants intent topics and contacts in one tool. Wrong choice if: you need more than 6 intent topics, which takes Organization at $119 per seat billed annually with at least 3 seats, or EU hosting. Price: Basic $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly; free plan (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).
2. Snitcher
Identifies the companies visiting your website, with intent signal detection and CRM sync for HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive; all features on every plan. Snitcher says it processes and stores data on AWS in Frankfurt (GDPR). Best for: the cheapest company identification on EU servers. Wrong choice if: you need signals from beyond your own website, since Snitcher identifies your own visitors. Price: $49 a month billed annually or $79 monthly in the US (€49 or €79 in Europe) for up to 50 identified companies (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).
3. Leadinfo
Company identification with automated lead scoring; "All of our hosting servers are located in Ireland" (GDPR). Best for: EU-hosted identification with scoring. Wrong choice if: you want CRM data shared automatically, which starts on Scale at $172 a month billed annually in the US (€159 in Europe); on Starter you send insights to your CRM manually. Price: $73 a month billed annually or $107 monthly in the US (€69 or €99 in Europe) for up to 50 companies (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).
4. Leadfeeder
Company identification hosted "on Amazon Web Services in the EU, specifically in Ireland" (GDPR), though its sub-processor list names US providers for AI (sub-processors); it was called Dealfront until 24 March 2026 (FAQ). Best for: a free start, then paid identification hosted in Ireland. Wrong choice if: you want contacts and intent filters cheaply: they start on Activate at $369 a month billed annually in the US (€369 in Europe). Price: Lite free for the last 100 companies a month; Discover from $79 a month billed annually or $113 monthly in the US, the same numbers in euros in Europe (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).
5. RB2B
Names individual visitors in the US; its worldwide company identification runs through a partnership with Demandbase. Best for: teams with mostly American traffic. Wrong choice if: your buyers are in Europe: "Person-Level ID is US-only". Price: free plan with 150 company-level resolutions a month; Starter $79 a month; Pro from $149 (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).
6. Leo by Revexa (ours)
Not a data platform: it builds your ideal customer profile from your website, watches public signals such as hiring, funding, new executives, engagement with competitors' LinkedIn posts, competitors' tools on a company's site and job ads, including Sweden's Platsbanken, and drafts LinkedIn messages and emails that you approve by default. Best for: small B2B teams that want signals turned into outreach rather than a dashboard. Wrong choice if: you need website visitor identification, predictive scores, advertising or a contact database; it does none of these. Price: $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT; 7 days free, no lock-in (pricing).
7. Warmly
Website visitors at person and company level and AI chat, with buying signals as a $10,000-a-year add-on; HubSpot has agreed to acquire it (announced 30 June 2026, Warmly). Best for: US traffic you want to act on in real time. Wrong choice if: your buyers are in Europe, where Warmly lists "no personal-level anonymization". Price: app plans from $10,000 a year or $4,875 a quarter; API and MCP from $99 a month, with 250 free credits a month (pricing, help, 16 Oct 2026).
8. Clay
Lets you build your own signal and enrichment workflows from 150+ data providers, with web intent signals from Growth. Best for: teams with a GTM engineer who want a custom stack. Wrong choice if: nobody will build and maintain the workflows. Price: Launch $167 a month billed annually or $185 monthly; Growth $446 billed annually or $495 monthly (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).
9. Common Room
Buyer intelligence with enrichment, AI scoring, ads and RoomieAI agents; Zoom bought it, and the deal closed in July 2026 (Zoom). Best for: product-led teams with RevOps staff. Wrong choice if: your budget is under $30,000 a year. Price: Essential $2,500 a month billed annually with 5 seats and up to 100,000 contacts (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).
10. Bombora
The intent co-op behind the topic data in Apollo and Common Room; "Bombora is a data company, not a platform" (Bombora). Best for: feeding topic intent into the CRM and ad tools you already have. Wrong choice if: you want a tool that identifies people or does outreach. Price: not published; Vendr's median is $25,000 a year across 35 purchases, from $13,000 to $80,450 (February 2026, Vendr).
6sense alternatives and European data
From the vendors' own documents:
- Identification is company-level in Europe. RB2B's person-level ID is US-only and Warmly lists "no personal-level anonymization in Europe" (Warmly help). Snitcher identifies companies on AWS in Frankfurt and Leadinfo and Leadfeeder in Ireland, though Leadfeeder lists US sub-processors for AI.
- Tracking may need consent. Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive allows storing or reading information on a visitor's device only with consent, apart from narrow exceptions (EUR-Lex). Leadinfo recommends consent before its tracking code runs, and RB2B requires consent capture for global company-level ID.
- 6sense itself. Its privacy policy says data "may be transferred to and processed in the United States", and we found no EU hosting option on its trust or privacy pages (privacy). Apollo, Clay and Common Room host in the US.
