Common Room pricing 2026: every plan, terms and real cost
2026-10-15 · updated 2026-10-15 · 8 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
Common Room publishes one price: Essential costs $2,500 a month, billed annually, which is $30,000 a year for 5 seats and up to 100,000 contacts. Advanced (15 seats) and Enterprise (30 seats) are custom, and no free plan, trial or monthly billing is listed. Even a single user pays $30,000 a year (our calculation), and Zoom's sequencing and dialer tools cost extra. The traps are contracts that renew for the same term unless you give 30 days' written notice, non-refundable payments, and the loss of the 2-seat Starter plan, listed at $1k a month in January 2026.
Checked on 15 October 2026 against Common Room's pricing page, its Zoom pricing page, its subscription agreement and its data processing addendum. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below.

Source: commonroom.io/pricing, 15 October 2026. The page doesn't say whether credits are monthly or yearly. All plans include RoomieAI agents, job-change tracking, Bombora topics (6, 12 or 25), the MCP server, SSO and SAML/SCIM, and "Every plan connects to your CRM, sales engagement platform (SEP), and Slack out of the box."
Zoom's sales tools cost extra. The site also sells Zoom Revenue Accelerator at $66 (Essentials) or $99.99 (Premium) per user a month, billed annually. Engage (sequencing) and Forecast are add-ons on both, included only in the custom Elite plan, and the Dialer is "Priced per seat on top of any plan", with no public price (Zoom pricing).
What Common Room really costs: three examples
Our estimates, at list price and before tax.
A founder or a team of up to five. Essential is the only published price, so one user pays $30,000 a year. With all 5 seats in use, that is $500 per seat a month.
Five reps who also want Zoom's tools. Essential plus Revenue Accelerator Essentials for 5 users ($3,960 a year) comes to $33,960 a year, or $35,999.40 with Premium, before Engage, Forecast and the Dialer.
A team of ten. Essential includes 5 seats and the page doesn't price more, while Advanced includes 15 seats at a custom price. Budget above $30,000 a year and ask for both quotes; the largest purchase in Vendr's data is $85,800 a year.
Hidden costs and terms
- Annual contracts, demo first. Essential is "Billed annually", and every plan starts with "Request demo".
- Automatic renewal at new prices. Under the subscription agreement, each order form renews "for additional periods of the same duration" unless either party gives "at least thirty (30) days' written notice". Common Room also "reserves the right to change the Fees and to institute new charges and Fees at the end of relevant Order Form Term, upon prior notice".
- No refunds. "All payments are non-refundable." The exception is in the DPA: if uptime falls below 99.9% for 2 months in a row, or 3 months in any 12, you may terminate and "receive a refund of all prepaid, unused fees".
- Dollars and VAT. Payments "must be made in U.S. dollars", fees exclude value-added tax, and late payments accrue 1.5% a month.
- What needs a higher plan or an add-on. Product signals are missing on Essential and an add-on on Advanced, data exports are add-ons below Enterprise, and unlimited de-anonymization is Enterprise only. Enhanced visitor tracking runs on Vector, which gives "1,000 credits per month at no cost for Common Room customers"; more needs a paid Vector plan (docs). Extra Prospector credits and DataAgent Actions are add-ons too.
- Implementation. Each tier lists a Starter, Core or Premier package, without saying whether it costs extra.
- Publicity. The agreement lets Common Room publicly name you "as a client of Common Room during or after the Term".
Third-party price data
- Vendr. Vendr, using anonymized contracts, puts the median buyer at $27,250 a year across 76 purchases, from $10,000 to $85,800, with average savings of 27% (last updated February 2026). Its text still says Common Room "does not publish list prices publicly", so use only the price data. A median below today's $30,000 list price fits discounts or older, cheaper plans (our reading).
- Internet Archive. On 19 January 2026 the page listed Starter, "Starting at $1k/mo (billed annually)" with 2 seats, and Team at "$2.5k/mo" with 5 seats. On 16 April Starter cost $1,700 and Team was custom; on 19 May the 5-seat plan was Essential at $2,100, and by 8 July it cost $2,500. No 2-seat plan has returned.
- PricingSaaS. PricingSaaS has tracked the page since 15 July 2026 and logged one change, a split of the scoring feature on 21 September; the entry price stayed at $2,500.
Cheaper alternatives
Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price listed for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term. Free plans don't count, and ties are alphabetical. Common Room's strength is community, GitHub and product signals in one place; each tool below covers fewer signals for less.
- Unify. $20 per seat a month, billed monthly, with 800 credits per seat and job-change and hiring signals (pricing). Right for reps who want signals plus sequences on a small budget; wrong if you need website intent or product signals, which sit on the custom, annually billed Business plan.
- Apollo. Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually, with 30,000 credits per seat a year, 6 intent topics, 100 identified website companies a month and unlimited sequences (Apollo pricing). Right for contact data, intent and sequences in one tool; wrong if your best signals come from your community or product.
- Gojiberry. Pro costs $99 a month for 2 AI agents that find leads from signals and lookalikes and contact up to 1,800 prospects a month by email and social (pricing). Right for a founder who wants an agent to run outreach; wrong for a sales team of three or more, which it prices on request.
- Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if you want buying signals such as hiring, funding and new executives turned into LinkedIn and email drafts you approve; wrong if you need website visitor identification, product or community signals, or a contact database to export.
- Warmly. AI Web-Deanonymization starts at $10,000 a year for website visitors (contacts and companies), CRM sync and retargeting; a GTM Signals Package with intent, hiring and funding data adds $10,000 a year (pricing). Right if website traffic is your main signal; wrong if your budget is under $10,000 a year.
Head to head: Warmly vs Common Room. More prices: what 30 sales tools cost and buying signal tools compared.
Common Room in Europe: GDPR and where the data is
- Owner. Zoom announced on 2 July 2026 that it had "entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Common Room", and its blog says "The transaction closed in July 2026" (Zoom). Your contract is with Common Room Inc. under Washington law.
- Location. The subprocessor list, updated 8 September 2026, puts hosting on AWS in "US-West (Oregon)", and every listed subprocessor processes in the US, including OpenAI and Anthropic for AI features and enrichment vendors such as People Data Labs. No EU location is listed.
- Transfers. The DPA makes Common Room the processor and you the controller, and allows transfers outside the EEA under an adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses attached to it, or an approved framework. You get 10 days to object to a new subprocessor.
- Certifications. The pricing page claims "Common Room is SOC 2 certified" and "We're fully GDPR compliant".
- Website visitors. By default tracking "does not track any PII" and identifies companies; the enhanced option identifies "US-based visitors", and Common Room provides no cookie banner, so consent is yours to handle (docs).
- Your own outreach. Contacting EU prospects needs your own lawful basis, usually legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email. See our GDPR guide. This is not legal advice.
Common questions
How much does Common Room cost per month?
Essential costs $2,500 a month, billed annually, or $30,000 a year with 5 seats and up to 100,000 contacts. Advanced and Enterprise are custom, and no monthly billing is listed.
Does Common Room have a free plan or trial?
No. The pricing page lists no free plan or trial, and every plan starts with a demo request.
Did Zoom buy Common Room?
Yes. Zoom announced a definitive agreement on 2 July 2026 and says the transaction closed in July 2026. Common Room still sells its own plans, and its site also sells Zoom Revenue Accelerator from $66 per user a month, billed annually.
Can I cancel Common Room?
Only at the end of the term, unless Common Room leaves a breach uncured for 15 days after written notice or repeatedly misses its 99.9% uptime target. Contracts renew for the same period unless either party gives at least 30 days' written notice, and payments are non-refundable except after those uptime failures.
