Kaspr pricing 2026: plans, cost per credit and real cost
2026-10-16 · updated 2026-10-16 · 9 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
Kaspr has a free plan and three paid plans priced per user: Starter at $65 a month (€59 in Europe), Business at $99 (€99), and a custom Enterprise plan. The pricing page now shows monthly billing only; the help center still lists annual prices of €45 and €79. A phone credit reveals one lead's numbers: Starter includes 100 a month, about $0.65 each (our estimate), and extra ones cost $0.36 down to $0.21. On paid plans B2B emails are unlimited within a fair-use cap of 10,000 a month per account. The traps: add-on credits renew automatically, monthly plans renew unless you cancel 48 hours ahead and payments are not refunded.
Checked on 16 October 2026 against Kaspr's pricing page, help center and terms. Prices exclude VAT; the pricing page opens in euros, also in the US, and lets you switch to pounds or dollars. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below.

Source: Kaspr pricing and its plans article, 16 October 2026. In the help center, annual plans grant a year of credits per license up front, such as 1,200 phone credits on Starter, and €45 against €59 is about 24% off (our calculation); Kaspr says "up to 25%". The pricing page no longer offers that option (see below).
What a credit buys
"One credit corresponds to one piece of contact information" (credits). A B2B email credit reveals a work email, a direct email credit a personal email, and a phone credit a lead's numbers: "it will always cost 1 Phone Credit per lead", however many numbers there are. Reveals are paid once per lead, but "Export Credits are spent every time you export your lead's profile".
| Add-on credits | Monthly packs | Price per credit |
|---|---|---|
| Phone | 250 to 10,000: $91 to $2,060 (€88 to €2,000) | $0.36 to $0.21 (€0.35 to €0.20) |
| Direct email | 250 to 10,000: $41 to $1,133 (€40 to €1,100) | $0.16 to $0.11 (€0.16 to €0.11) |
| Export | 500 to 10,000: $52 to $308 (€50 to €300) | $0.10 to $0.03 (€0.10 to €0.03) |

Where Kaspr's own pages disagree
- Annual billing. The pricing page has no annual option and says "Our subscriptions automatically renew monthly"; its "Annually 25% off" switch was still there on 4 August 2026 and gone by 1 October 2026 (Wayback). The help center still says plans are "available on monthly and annual billing (save up to 25% on annual plans)" (plans); ask before you count on an annual price.
- The free plan. The pricing page lists 15 B2B email credits a month and an export limit of 100; the help center lists 10 export credits and unlimited B2B emails "after inviting three colleagues" (FAQ).
- Rollover. The pricing page ticks "Credits Roll Over" for paid plans: "Unused monthly credits roll over to the next month". Kaspr's terms, last updated July 2023, say plan credits "expire at the end of the current Subscription period", except on "certain types of PREMIUM Subscriptions".
What Kaspr really costs: three examples
Our estimates, at list price and before VAT, in dollars.
A founder prospecting on LinkedIn. Starter costs $65 a month, $780 a year, with 100 phone credits a month: about 65 cents per lead's numbers, and B2B emails included. At the help center's annual price of €45 it would be €540 a year, about 45 euro cents a credit, if Kaspr still sells it.
A rep who calls 300 leads a month. Starter plus a monthly pack of 250 phone credits costs $156 a month ($65 plus $91), or $1,872 a year, for 350 credits a month: about 45 cents each.
A team of five on Business. $495 a month, or $5,940 a year, with 1,000 phone and 1,000 direct email credits a month shared by the team.
Hidden costs and terms
From Kaspr's terms and help center:
- Add-ons renew automatically. "Keep in mind that they are automatically renewed, and any unused credits within the billing period won't roll over" (add-ons).
- Unlimited has a cap. "a maximum limit of 10,000 credits per account per month applies", and use "through APIs or robots is considered as abusive".
- Notice. Cancel at least 48 hours before a monthly renewal and 30 days before an annual one (cancel); the terms say "1 (one) month". Otherwise the plan renews.
- No refunds. If you leave early, amounts due "cannot be reimbursed", deleting your account counts as early termination, and "Credits are neither refundable nor exchangeable".
- No pause. Cancelling is the only way to stop billing, and "the credits that are unused will not be conserved".
- Price changes. Kaspr gives 15 days' notice before a renewal, and "Silence on the part of the Subscriber within 15 days of notification of the price revision of the Subscription shall constitute acceptance of the change"; you may keep your old plan for up to a year.
Third-party price data
- Vendr. Vendr's Kaspr page lists one product and no price data.
- PricingSaaS. PricingSaaS has tracked it since 9 September 2026, shows Starter at €59 and Business at €99 a month, and records no changes.
- Wayback Machine. Archived copies from 13 October 2025 to 1 October 2026 carry the same euro prices in the page code, so list prices have held for a year; what changed is the annual switch (see above).
Cheaper alternatives
Kaspr is already cheap to start, so each tool below is cheaper for one specific job. Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price a US buyer sees for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term. Prices checked on 16 October 2026.
- RocketReach. Essentials costs $33 a month billed annually ($399 a year) in the US, or $19 ($229) as shown in Sweden, with unlimited verified emails and 1,200 exports a year (pricing). Right if you need emails only; wrong if you need phone numbers, which start on Pro at $75 a month billed annually ($52 in Sweden).
- Hunter. Starter costs $34 a month billed yearly or $49 monthly (€34 or €49 in Europe), with 24,000 credits a year, and its servers are in Belgium (pricing, privacy). Right if you want verified emails from an EU host; wrong if you need mobile numbers, which its pricing page doesn't list.
- Lusha. Starter costs $37.45 a month billed yearly or $49.90 monthly, with 4,800 credits a year; a phone number costs 5 credits, so about 80 a month (pricing). Right if one person needs a few numbers and many emails; wrong if you need more numbers than that. See Lusha pricing.
- Apollo. Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly, with 30,000 credits per seat a year; a phone number costs 8 credits, so about 3,750 numbers a year against Starter's 1,200 (pricing). Right if you need hundreds of numbers a month plus sequences; wrong if you reveal many emails, since each costs a credit.
- Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if what you want is meetings with companies showing buying signals, via LinkedIn and email drafts you approve; wrong if you need contact data to export or phone numbers to call.

Kaspr in Europe: GDPR and where the data is
- Who you buy from. KASPR SAS in Paris, which "joined Cognism in 2022" (about).
- Legal basis and roles. Kaspr relies on legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1 f) and "notifies over 50,000 contacts per day", but "Each party acts as an independent controller", so you need your own legal basis, privacy notice and opt-out (our data).
- Location. "As far as possible, your personal data are processed within the UK/European Union (EU)/European Economic Area (EEA)", with Standard Contractual Clauses for providers elsewhere (privacy, December 2025).
- The CNIL case. France's CNIL fined Kaspr €240,000 on 5 December 2024, "in particular because it collected contact details of users on LinkedIn, even if they previously masked them" (CNIL). It closed its order on 4 March 2026 after Kaspr "chose to delete its database and cease all data collection on LinkedIn" (closure). Kaspr's data page still offers "200 million +" European contacts from "120+ verified data sources and providers", while its privacy policy still names "social networks such as LinkedIn" among its sources; ask where the data you buy comes from.
- Your outreach. Kaspr's pages we read don't mention do-not-call screening. In Germany, UWG §7 requires prior express consent for advertising email and at least presumed consent for sales calls to businesses (UWG); see cold email to Germany. This is not legal advice.
Common questions
How much does Kaspr cost per month?
Per user and excluding VAT: Starter $65 (€59) and Business $99 (€99) a month, billed monthly, and Enterprise is custom. The help center still lists annual billing at €45 and €79, but the pricing page no longer offers it. The free plan includes 15 B2B email, 5 phone and 5 direct email credits a month.
How much does a Kaspr credit cost?
On Starter, a phone credit works out at about 65 cents (our calculation). Add-on phone credits cost $0.36 to $0.21 (€0.35 to €0.20), direct email credits $0.16 to $0.11 and export credits $0.10 to $0.03, depending on volume.
Do Kaspr credits roll over?
The pricing page says unused monthly credits roll over on paid plans, not on Free. Add-on credits don't roll over and renew automatically, and Kaspr's 2023 terms say plan credits expire at the end of the subscription period, so ask before you buy.
Are Kaspr's B2B emails really unlimited?
On paid plans, within fair use: the terms set "a maximum limit of 10,000 credits per account per month" and treat use through APIs or robots as abuse. Free includes 15 a month.
