RocketReach pricing 2026: plans, exports and the real cost
2026-10-20 · updated 2026-10-20 · 8 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
RocketReach's price depends on where you buy. In the US, Essentials (emails only) costs $33 a month billed annually ($399 a year) or $69 monthly, Pro with phone numbers $75 ($899 a year) or $119, and Ultimate $142 ($1,699 a year) or $209; visitors in Sweden are shown $19, $52 and $115 billed annually. Annual plans give unlimited lookups but only 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 exports a year, and CSV downloads, CRM syncs, the API and MCP all use exports. Plans renew automatically and payments are non-refundable.
Checked on 20 October 2026 against RocketReach's pricing page (seen from the US and Sweden), help center, terms and subscription agreement. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below.

Source: rocketreach.co/pricing, checked on 20 October 2026 from a US server and from Sweden (US monthly prices from the page's plan data). From two seats, US team prices are $379, $854 and $1,614 per seat a year, or $66, $113 and $199 a month.
Lookups, exports and what uses them
| Action | What it uses |
|---|---|
| Searching and filtering | Nothing |
| Get Contact Info in the web app or browser extension | 1 lookup, unlimited on annual plans |
| CSV download, CRM or Zapier sync, list upload, API retrieval | 1 export per contact |
| Contacts accessed through MCP in an AI tool | 1 export per contact, on every plan |
| Company data without contacts | 1 company export, a separate balance |
A lookup is charged only when a verified email or phone number comes back, and never twice for the same person. RocketReach says users typically get an email for 80 to 85% of lookups and a phone number for about 65% (credits, lookups).
What RocketReach really costs: three examples
Our estimates; Swedish prices in brackets.
A founder who needs emails. Essentials costs $399 a year billed annually ($229) for 1,200 exports, 33 cents per contact taken out (19 cents). Month to month, the same 1,200 contacts cost $828 ($468), 69 cents each. Annual is 52% cheaper; unlimited lookups only add contacts viewed inside RocketReach.
A rep who calls. Pro costs $899 a year billed annually ($619) for 3,600 exports, or $1,428 month to month ($948) for 250 lookups monthly. At a 65% phone rate, that is roughly 160 numbers a month, about 73 cents each on monthly Pro.
A team of three. Three Pro seats cost $2,562 a year billed annually ($1,764) or $4,068 month to month ($2,700). Credits are issued per seat in most cases; pooled credits are listed only for custom plans.
Hidden costs and terms
- Location sets the price. The help center says "To see current plans in your area, please visit the RocketReach Pricing page". The "Save 50%" badge fits Essentials; in the US, annual billing saves 37% on Pro and 32% on Ultimate (our calculation).
- "Unlimited" means 10,000. Unlimited plans "are restricted to 10,000 searches and 10,000 Lookups within a rolling 30-day period" (subscription agreement) and are "only available on plans billed annually" (help center).
- Exports are the real limit. "Unused Export Credits do not roll over to the next year", and "Credits cannot be purchased separately à la carte except for Custom/API plans". Exports spent through MCP "cannot be refunded or replaced".
- Automatic renewal at standard prices. Plans renew "for successive periods of the same duration", "Each renewal will be subject to our standard pricing", and "all amounts paid are non-refundable" (agreement updated 10 January 2025).
- No refunds, one exception. "RocketReach does not issue refunds for subscription charges or renewal charges." A new individual annual plan can switch to monthly within 7 days, refunding the difference (cancelling).
- Credits end with the plan. When a cancelled plan ends, "you will lose all remaining credits", and My Contacts, integrations and the API lock.
- Monthly is more forgiving. Unused monthly lookups roll over for up to 12 months while subscribed, and monthly plans can pause for up to three cycles.
Third-party price data
- Vendr. Vendr puts the median buyer at $6,750 a year, from $1,800 to $13,340, without a purchase count or date: seven to eight US Pro seats (our calculation), so it reflects team deals.
- PricingSaaS. PricingSaaS, tracking the page since 5 July 2026, logged monthly Essentials rising from 5 to 100 lookups on 6 July and recorded $33, $75 and $142 billed annually on 7 September: the US prices we saw.
- Trustpilot. On 16 October 2026 Trustpilot showed 1.2 from 1,113 reviews (431 one-star, 423 five-star). The 20 newest, 19 July to 7 October 2026, were all one-star: 8 describe renewal charges or refused refunds, 5 of them without a reminder, and 9 come from people objecting to being listed.
Cheaper alternatives
Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price for the cheapest paid plan as shown to a US visitor, whatever the billing term. Free plans don't count; ties are alphabetical. Each tool is cheaper than RocketReach for one job. Prices checked on 20 October 2026.
- Unify. $20 per seat a month, billed monthly, with 800 credits per seat; phone enrichment "averages 4 credits per record" (pricing). Right if you want phone numbers month to month for a sixth of Pro's $119; wrong if you need website intent, a custom Business plan feature.
- Hunter. Starter costs $34 a month billed yearly or $49 monthly in the US (€34 or €49 in the EU), with 2,000 credits a month shared by unlimited users (pricing). Right if a team needs many emails; wrong if you need phone numbers, which its plans don't list.
- Lusha. Starter costs $37.45 a month billed yearly or $49.90 monthly for 400 credits; a phone number costs 5 credits (pricing). Right if one person needs some numbers without paying for Pro; wrong beyond 80 numbers a month.
- Apollo. Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly, with 2,500 credits per seat a month; a phone number costs 8 credits (pricing, our breakdown). Right if you want about 300 numbers a month plus sequences and a dialer; wrong if credits must last, since "Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle".
- Kaspr. Starter costs $65 per user a month (€59 in Europe), billed and renewed monthly, with unlimited B2B email credits and 100 phone credits a month (pricing). Right if you prospect from LinkedIn profiles; wrong if one user needs more than 100 numbers a month.
- Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if you want meetings with companies showing buying signals, via LinkedIn messages and emails you approve; wrong if you need contact data to export or numbers to call.

RocketReach in Europe: GDPR and where the data is
- Location. "RocketReach is based in the U.S." (privacy policy, updated 30 September 2026), and its security page says it "operates in Amazon Web Services (AWS)" without naming a region. Its DPA incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers.
- Legal basis and sources. RocketReach relies on "our, and our customers’, legitimate interests". Its technology "scans the web" and may infer an email "based on common formats used at a particular company".
- An EU filter, no EU figures. "To assist those who are trying to avoid contacting individuals in the EU, we've created a feature to filter them out of search results." It publishes only worldwide totals: "700 million professionals and 60 million companies".
- Your own outreach. Emailing EU prospects needs your own lawful basis, usually legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email. See our GDPR guide. This is not legal advice.

Common questions
Is RocketReach free?
You can create a free account with 5 free lookups and no credit card. The help center says free accounts get three sets of lookup credits in total, not a monthly allowance. Listed paid plans start at $33 a month billed annually in the US.
Why does RocketReach show different prices?
Prices depend on where you are. On 20 October 2026 a US visitor saw Essentials at $33 a month billed annually ($399 a year) or $69 monthly, and a visitor in Sweden $19 ($229 a year) or $39.
What is the difference between a lookup and an export?
A lookup reveals a person's contact details inside RocketReach; an export takes them out, by CSV, CRM sync, list upload, API or MCP. Annual plans have unlimited lookups, within a fair-use cap of 10,000 a month, but 1,200 to 20,000 exports a year.
Can I get a refund from RocketReach?
Usually not: payments are non-refundable, and cancelling only stops the next renewal. A new individual annual plan switched to monthly within 7 days gets the difference back.
