LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing 2026: plans and real cost

2026-10-15 · updated 2026-10-15 · 7 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa

LinkedIn Sales Navigator has three plans: Core at US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year per license, Advanced at US$159.99 a month or US$1,799.88 a year, and Advanced Plus, priced on request. In euros, Core is €120.99 a month and Advanced €148.21. One seller pays $1,080 to $1,440 a year for Core, and a team of three on Advanced $5,400 to $5,760 (our estimate). The traps: annual billing saves 25% on Core but only 6% on Advanced, CRM sync needs Advanced Plus, and saved leads are deleted when you cancel.

Prices are per license, from LinkedIn's compare-plans page ("Updated: September 27, 2026") and plan help, checked on 15 October 2026. LinkedIn says the prices "are estimates and may exclude Value-Added Tax (VAT)", and the final price shows at checkout.

Every plan includes 50 InMail credits a month, which accumulate up to 150 and must be used within 90 days; you can't buy more, and a reply within 90 days returns the credit (InMail). Each user can save 10,000 leads and accounts, and a search shows at most 2,500 lead results.

What Sales Navigator really costs: three examples

Our estimates, at list price.

One seller on Core. US$1,079.88 a year billed annually (US$89.99 a month) or US$1,439.88 paid monthly. In the EU that is €1,088.88 or €1,451.88. Add VAT at your country's rate if you buy without a valid VAT number.

A team of three on Advanced. US$5,399.64 a year billed annually or US$5,759.64 monthly, since Advanced saves only 6% when paid yearly; in euros, €5,081.64 or €5,335.56. Annual billing in euros saves about 5% on Advanced.

A team of ten that wants CRM sync. CRM sync exists only on Advanced Plus, which has no public price. For comparison, ten Advanced licenses at list price cost US$17,998.80 a year, and LinkedIn sells at most five Advanced licenses online, so a team of ten talks to sales either way.

Prices have moved: archived copies of the same LinkedIn page show Core at US$99.99 a month (US$959.88 a year) on 11 May 2025, and Advanced at US$179.99 a month (US$1,679.88 a year) on 5 November 2025 (Wayback Machine, May, November).

Hidden costs and terms

  • Automatic renewal. LinkedIn's User Agreement (section 2.3) says your payment method "automatically will be charged at the start of each subscription period", and "To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date". Cancel at least one day before the billing date; the plan then runs to the end of the paid month or year.
  • Refunds are narrow. Sales Navigator "may be refundable within 7 days from the date the subscription is charged without Premium usage". The EU 14-day refund applies only "if you're using our services for yourself (instead of on behalf of a business)" (refund policy).
  • You lose your work when you cancel. Saved leads, accounts and messages: "This data is removed as soon as you cancel". If you return, "you'll start over with a new account", any older price "will be lost" and unused InMail credits are not transferred (cancel).
  • Trial needs a card. Only members with no paid LinkedIn plan and no LinkedIn trial in the past 365 days qualify, and the card is "charged one month from the date you signed up". Buy on mobile and you get no reminder email before renewal.
  • Seats. Added licenses are prorated and billed at "the current rate". Contracts bought through LinkedIn's sales team fall under the LinkedIn Subscription Agreement, where purchases "are non-cancelable and payment for Services is non-refundable".
  • Price changes. LinkedIn "may modify our prices effective prospectively upon reasonable notice".
  • VAT. For EU businesses outside Ireland, LinkedIn charges no VAT if you give a valid VAT number; otherwise "VAT will be charged at the rate of the specific EU Member State". Norway (25%) and the UK (20%) are charged unless you give a local VAT ID (VAT).

Third-party price data

Vendr has no Sales Navigator page. Its LinkedIn figure, a median of $38,535 a year from 2,375 purchases (February 2026), mixes Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Marketing Solutions and Learning, so it is not a Sales Navigator price (Vendr). Per-seat figures for Advanced Plus that circulate online, such as "$1,300 to $1,600 or more per seat per year" (UpLead), sit below Advanced's own list price of $1,799.88, so treat them as negotiated deals at best.

Cheaper alternatives

Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price listed for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term. Free plans don't count, and ties are alphabetical. Prices checked on 15 October 2026.

  • Lusha. Starter costs $37.45 a month billed yearly or $49.90 monthly for one seat and 400 credits; an email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5 (pricing). Right if you already know whom to contact and need an email or phone number; wrong if you need LinkedIn's search, lists and InMail.
  • LinkedIn Premium Business. US$69.99 a month or US$539.88 a year (US$44.99 a month), with 15 InMail credits a month (LinkedIn). Right if you prospect occasionally; wrong if you prospect daily, since LinkedIn rates Premium's sales search filters "Limited" against Sales Navigator's "50+ sales-specialized search filters" (comparison).
  • Apollo. Free plan; Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly (pricing). Right if you want a contact database with emails, phone numbers and sequences outside LinkedIn; wrong if your buyers mostly answer on LinkedIn, since "Apollo doesn't automatically complete LinkedIn tasks for you".
  • Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if you want buying signals, such as engagement with competitors' LinkedIn posts, turned into messages from your own profile that you approve first; wrong if you want a search tool you browse yourself, or no automation on your account at all, since LinkedIn's User Agreement bans "unauthorized automated methods" to send messages.

Sales Navigator in Europe: GDPR and where the data is

  • Controller. For members in the EU, EEA and Switzerland, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company in Dublin is the controller; in the UK it is LinkedIn Corporation (EU privacy notice, effective 21 August 2026).
  • Location. "LinkedIn stores personal data on its servers located in the US", with transfers under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Your role. LinkedIn's DPA says customer data, including any synced CRM data, is stored in US data centres, and that for member data you view or export, "both Customer and LinkedIn will be independent controllers". Disconnecting CRM sync deletes that data within 30 days.
  • Your messages. LinkedIn says it "cannot control the specific messages sent by a customer, which ultimately determine the customer's compliance with relevant laws". See our GDPR guide; this is not legal advice.

Common questions

Is there a free trial of Sales Navigator?

Usually yes, for about a month. It needs a card, and it is only open to members with no paid LinkedIn plan and no LinkedIn trial in the past 365 days. Cancel at least one day before the billing date to avoid the charge.

How much is Sales Navigator per month?

Core costs US$119.99 a month, or US$89.99 a month billed annually. Advanced costs US$159.99 a month, or US$149.99 billed annually. Advanced Plus is priced on request.

Can I get a refund on Sales Navigator?

Only within 7 days of the charge and without using it. The EU 14-day refund covers people buying for themselves, not businesses.

Do Sales Navigator prices include VAT?

Not necessarily: LinkedIn says its listed prices may exclude VAT. EU businesses outside Ireland pay no VAT with a valid VAT number; otherwise LinkedIn charges the local rate.

Is Premium Business enough instead of Sales Navigator?

Premium Business costs US$69.99 a month and includes 15 InMail credits, against 50 on every Sales Navigator plan. LinkedIn's own comparison rates its sales search filters "Limited", against Sales Navigator's "50+ sales-specialized search filters". Premium suits occasional outreach, Sales Navigator regular prospecting.
