LinkedIn Sales Navigator alternatives 2026: 10 compared
2026-10-16 · updated 2026-10-16 · 10 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
Teams look for Sales Navigator alternatives mainly over price and gaps: Core costs US$119.99 a month per license, or US$1,079.88 a year, LinkedIn's plan pages list InMail but no email addresses or phone numbers, CRM sync needs Advanced Plus, and saved leads are deleted when you cancel. The cheapest options are RocketReach from $33 a month billed annually for emails, Lusha from $37.45 for emails and phone numbers, LinkedIn's own Premium Business from US$44.99 a month billed annually, and Apollo, free or from $49 per seat with sequences. Nothing else searches LinkedIn itself within its rules; for European data, Cognism stores personal data in the EU and Vainu covers the Nordics from national registers.
Checked on 16 October 2026 against each vendor's pricing, privacy and help pages. Revexa builds Leo, one of the tools below; it is not a search tool or contact database, so it has its own section after the list.
The table is ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price a buyer in the US sees for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term, with euros converted at the ECB rate of 15 October 2026 ($1.1208 per euro), the latest when we checked. Free plans don't count, ties are alphabetical, and tools without a public price come last.
Why teams look for Sales Navigator alternatives
From LinkedIn's own pages (plan by plan in Sales Navigator pricing 2026):
- Price per seat. Core costs US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year per license, Advanced US$159.99 or US$1,799.88; in euros, €120.99 and €148.21 a month. LinkedIn says these "are estimates and may exclude" VAT (compare plans). US$99.99 for Core, still quoted in some lists, was the May 2025 price (archive).
- InMail, not contact data. Neither the compare-plans page nor LinkedIn's plan-features article lists email addresses or phone numbers. People outside your network are reached by InMail: 50 credits a month, and "you can't purchase additional InMail credits" (InMail).
- CRM sync costs more. Sync with HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Oracle Sales and Salesforce comes only with Advanced Plus, which has no public price (plans).
- Your lists end with the subscription. Saved leads, accounts and messages: "This data is removed as soon as you cancel" (cancel).
What no alternative replaces is a search of LinkedIn's own member data with "50+ advanced search filters". Section 8.2 of LinkedIn's User Agreement bans software that scrapes or copies profiles, so the tools below search their own databases. LinkedIn's free search is no way around it: prospecting counts toward a commercial use limit, and LinkedIn says it "cannot lift the limit upon request" (LinkedIn Help).

Prices exclude VAT. "Strength" and "Best for" are our judgement; other cells are vendor claims, not independent tests.
The alternatives one by one
1. RocketReach
Email and phone lookups; the extension works on Sales Navigator profile pages, not on search results or lead lists (help). Best for: one person who mainly needs work emails. Wrong choice if: you need phone numbers; they start on Pro at $75 a month billed annually in the US ($52 from Sweden). Price: Essentials $33 a month billed annually in the US, or $19 and $39 monthly as shown from Sweden (pricing).
2. Lusha
Self-serve contact data; the free extension reveals contacts in Sales Navigator "without leaving your saved leads or search results" (extension). Best for: reps who keep Sales Navigator. Wrong choice if: you call a lot: a phone number costs 5 credits, so Starter's 400 monthly credits buy 80 (our calculation), and "Italian contact data is not currently available" (facts). Price: Starter $37.45 a month billed yearly or $49.90 monthly (pricing).
3. LinkedIn Premium Business
LinkedIn's cheaper plan, on the same member data. Best for: occasional prospecting. Wrong choice if: you prospect daily: LinkedIn rates its sales search filters "Limited" against Sales Navigator's "50+ sales-specialized search filters", with 15 InMail credits a month instead of 50 (comparison). Price: US$69.99 a month or US$539.88 a year; in euros €52.49 a month or €407.88 a year (LinkedIn).
4. Apollo
240M contacts with sequences and a dialer. In Sales Navigator the extension suggests leads, but "You can't select leads or take bulk prospecting actions from the extension on the search results page" (help). Best for: startups wanting data and outreach in one tool. Wrong choice if: your buyers answer on LinkedIn: "Apollo doesn't automatically complete LinkedIn tasks for you" (help). Price: free plan with 75 credits a month; Basic $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly (pricing).
5. Kaspr
A Chrome extension that shows phone numbers and emails on LinkedIn profiles, from what Kaspr calls "over 150 sources" (site); it works in Sales Navigator from Starter. Best for: reps in Europe who already work in Sales Navigator. Wrong choice if: one user needs more than 100 phone numbers a month on Starter. Price: Starter $65 per user a month, billed monthly (€59 in Europe); the help center still lists annual billing at €45, but the pricing page has no annual option and says "Our subscriptions automatically renew monthly" (pricing, plans).
6. UpLead
Emails and mobile numbers, one credit per contact, with a LinkedIn extension. Best for: one user buying a few hundred contacts a month. Wrong choice if: several people need access: "Free, Essentials, and Plus are Single User accounts". Price: Essentials $74 a month billed annually or $99 monthly, 170 credits a month (pricing).
7. Clay
Finds and enriches data from 150+ providers in one table. Best for: teams with a GTM engineer. Wrong choice if: nobody will build the workflows. Price: Launch $167 a month billed annually or $185 monthly, with unlimited seats; the free plan "does not include phone number enrichment" (pricing).
8. Vainu
Nordic company data from the national registers of Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark, with 10.5M+ decision-makers (data; more in Nordic B2B data tools). Best for: selling into Sweden, Finland, Norway or Denmark. Wrong choice if: you sell outside the Nordics or want to try it alone; the price is confirmed on a call. Price: Reach from €250 a month on an annual licence, with one country database and one to two seats (pricing).
9. Cognism
Contact data with mobile numbers, sold on a quote, with an extension over Sales Navigator. Best for: calling decision-makers across Europe. Wrong choice if: you want a public price or fewer than five seats. Price: not published; Cognism's blog gives Standard "starting at $12,750" and Pro "starting at $17,000", both with 5 seats (blog).
10. ZoomInfo
A US-weighted database: 157.8M+ contacts in North America, 66M+ in Europe (data). Best for: large teams that need breadth. Wrong choice if: you want monthly billing or a way out: paid plans are "billed annually, not monthly", and the license agreement "is not cancellable" (billing, terms). Price: not published; Vendr's median is $33,500 a year from 1,577 purchases, February 2026 (Vendr).
Sales Navigator alternatives in Europe: storage, scraping and your duties
- Where the data sits. LinkedIn "stores personal data on its servers located in the US" (privacy notice). Cognism says it "stores personal data inside the European Union" (privacy), Vainu runs on AWS and MongoDB in Ireland (data), and Kaspr processes in the UK, EU or EEA "as far as possible" (privacy). Apollo, Lusha, UpLead, RocketReach and Clay host in the US, and ZoomInfo data "may be" stored there (Apollo, Lusha, UpLead, RocketReach, Clay, ZoomInfo).
- Scraping LinkedIn has been fined. France's CNIL fined Kaspr €240,000 in December 2024 for collecting LinkedIn users' contact details "even if they previously masked them", and on 4 March 2026 closed the order that came with the fine, after Kaspr chose "to delete its database and cease all data collection on LinkedIn" (fine, closure). Kaspr's pricing page also offers to "Export leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator Searches in bulk"; exporting LinkedIn search results with any tool sits uneasily with section 8.2.
- You are a controller too. LinkedIn's DPA makes you and LinkedIn "independent controllers" of member data you view or export; GDPR art. 14 requires you to say where you got someone's data "at the latest at the time of the first communication" (GDPR), and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email (cold email laws by country). This is not legal advice.
If you use Sales Navigator to find who to contact now
If you pay for Advanced mainly for Buyer Intent, "seeing when buyers show interest in your company" (LinkedIn), Leo by Revexa, our product, answers who to contact now another way: it builds your ideal customer profile from your website, watches signals such as hiring, funding, new executives and engagement with your own and competitors' LinkedIn posts, finds the right person and drafts LinkedIn messages and emails you approve by default. It pauses on a LinkedIn warning but still automates your account, so the rules above apply to it too. $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe, 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT; 7 days free, no lock-in (pricing). Wrong choice if: you want a search tool to browse yourself, lists to export, phone numbers to call, or no automation on your LinkedIn account.
More prices: what 30 sales tools cost. Account safety: LinkedIn outreach without restrictions.

Common questions
What is the cheapest alternative to LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
RocketReach Essentials, $33 a month billed annually in the US, for emails only. With phone numbers, Lusha from $37.45 a month billed yearly and Apollo from $49 per seat. Inside LinkedIn, Premium Business costs US$44.99 a month billed annually, with fewer filters and 15 InMail credits.
Is there a free alternative to Sales Navigator?
Apollo, Lusha, Kaspr and Clay have free plans with small monthly allowances, and ZoomInfo Lite gives 10 credits a month. LinkedIn's free search works too, but prospecting counts toward a monthly commercial use limit.
Can another tool search LinkedIn like Sales Navigator?
No. Only LinkedIn's own plans search its member data within its rules; section 8.2 of the User Agreement bans software that scrapes or copies profiles. Lusha, Apollo, Kaspr, Cognism and RocketReach instead add their own contact data to profiles you open.
Which Sales Navigator alternative is best for Europe?
No independent test compares them. On vendor claims, Cognism stores personal data in the EU, Vainu runs in Ireland with Nordic register data, and Kaspr processes data in the UK, EU or EEA "as far as possible". Apollo, Lusha, UpLead, RocketReach and Clay host in the US, as does LinkedIn.
What happens to my saved leads if I cancel Sales Navigator?
LinkedIn deletes them: saved leads, accounts and messages are "removed as soon as you cancel", and a returning customer will "start over with a new account".
