6sense pricing 2026: what it costs and the free plan
2026-10-15 · updated 2026-10-15 · 8 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
6sense lists no prices on its website: its pricing page shows three Sales Intelligence bundles that all lead to a demo, and the free plan with 50 data credits a month left that page in July 2026 and closed on 12 August 2026. Vendr's median buyer pays $62,220 a year (386 purchases, February 2026), and 6sense's own AWS Marketplace offer charges $100,000 for 24 months of the core platform with 5 licenses. A team of up to five should budget at least $11,000 and more likely $50,000 a year (our estimate). The trap is the contract: payments are "non-cancelable", fees "non-refundable", and unused credits expire.
Checked on 15 October 2026 against 6sense's own pages and terms, its AWS Marketplace listing and Vendr's data. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below.

What happened to the free plan
On 10 July 2026 the pricing page still offered "Free" with "50 Data Credits per Month" (Wayback Machine copy). 6sense's sitemap dates the page's last change to 10 July, and UsagePricing saw the tier gone on 14 July. 6sense's community post says: "On August 12, 2026, 6sense discontinued the Sales Intelligence Free Plan. Free plan accounts are no longer accessible" (RevCity). Paid subscriptions were not affected. On 15 October 2026 the site menu still said "Get Started for Free".
Third-party price data
None of these figures is a list price.
- Vendr, from anonymized contract data: median $62,220 a year, range $11,234 to $176,511, 386 purchases, buyers "saving 17% on average", last updated February 2026 (Vendr).
- AWS Marketplace, a public offer sold by 6sense: "6sense core platform (5 licenses)" for $100,000 on a 24-month contract or $200,000 on 36 months, with add-ons "via private offers" (listing). That is $50,000 or about $66,667 a year for one configuration (our calculation).
- Public contracts. None found: USAspending.gov lists no US federal contract mentioning 6sense since 2020.
- 6sense's own fit test. Its page for AI assistants says it suits deals with "ACV above $50K" and "Probably Isn't Right If" you are "focused on SMB customers who buy quickly" (6sense, December 2025).
What 6sense really costs: three examples
Our estimates, before tax.
A founder. There is no free or self-serve way in, the low end of Vendr's range is $11,234 a year, and 6sense itself steers SMB sellers away. For contacts and intent topics, one Apollo Basic seat costs $588 a year billed annually.
A team of five. The AWS offer covers the core platform with 5 licenses for $100,000 over 24 months: $50,000 a year, about $833 per license a month (our calculation). Vendr says implementation is "typically" charged separately, at $10,000 to $50,000+, and more credits cost extra.
A team of ten. Start from Vendr's median, $62,220; Vendr reports $50,000 to $120,000 a year for companies tracking 2,000 to 5,000 accounts with one or two add-on modules. Extra licenses come "via private offers", and ad media costs extra.
Contract terms and hidden costs
From 6sense's Terms of Service for AWS Marketplace purchases (PDF, December 2024), the only paid-plan terms we found, and its support pages:
- No exit, no refund. "payment obligations are non-cancelable and Fees paid are non-refundable" (section 3.1). You can terminate only if 6sense breaches and fails to fix it within 30 days (10.2), and only then are unused prepaid fees refunded pro rata (10.4).
- Renewal is in your order form. The term is "subject to any renewal as set forth therein". Fees don't rise during the initial term unless the order form says so; later increases are "mutually agreed in a follow-on Order Form or Addendum" (3.2).
- Paid upfront. Invoices come "in advance", are due within 30 days by default, and late payment can cost 1.5% a month. Fees exclude taxes, VAT included (3.3, 3.4).
- Credits expire. "Credits do not carry over from one timeframe to another", more are bought through your Customer Success Manager (Credits Overview), and "After termination, unused credits typically expire" (offboarding guide).
- Monthly compliance work. You "must review on a monthly basis" 6sense's opt-out list and delete the people on it.
- Data after the end. You have 30 days to retrieve your data; then 6sense deletes it (10.3).
Cheaper alternatives
Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term, with euros converted at the ECB rate of 15 October 2026 ($1.1208). Free plans don't count, and ties are alphabetical. Prices checked on 15 October 2026.
- Apollo. Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly, with 6 intent topics and 100 identified website companies a month (pricing; our breakdown). Right if a few sellers need contacts, intent topics and sequences; wrong if you need more than 6 intent topics (Organization, $119 per seat a month billed annually, 3 seats minimum).
- Leadfeeder. Free Lite plan; Discover from $79 a month billed annually or $113 monthly in the US (€79 and €113 in Europe), hosted on AWS in Ireland (pricing). Right if you mainly want the companies visiting your site; wrong if you need contacts and intent filters, which start on Activate at €369 a month billed annually.
- Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if you want an agent to watch buying signals such as hiring, funding and new executives and draft LinkedIn and email messages you approve; wrong if you need website visitor identification, predictive scores, advertising or a contact database.
- Warmly. Self-serve API and MCP access from $99 a month for 500 credits; the app plans start at $10,000 a year (help center; pricing; Warmly pricing). Right if your traffic is mostly American and you want named visitors plus AI chat; wrong if your buyers are in Europe.
- Common Room. Essential costs $2,500 a month billed annually, with 5 seats and up to 100,000 contacts (pricing). Right if a team of five needs shared buyer intelligence; wrong below $30,000 a year.

6sense in Europe: GDPR and where the data is
- Location. The platform "is built on AWS" (trust page). The privacy policy, updated 24 August 2026, says data "may be transferred to and processed in the United States", under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We found no EU hosting option on 6sense's public pages.
- Contact data. "6sense relies on legitimate interest for the provision of business contact data under the GDPR", and the contacts "are not double opted in" (support). Contact data is switched on only once compliance terms are in your contract (support).
- Website visitors. Company level only: 6sense "does not identify the individuals visiting your website using data collected from our WebTag" (6sense blog, February 2026).
- Ads in the EU. 6sense expects lower reach than elsewhere, with "some countries (such as Germany) remaining relatively sparse" (support).
- Your outreach. Emailing EU contacts needs your own lawful basis, usually legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email; see our GDPR guide. This is not legal advice.
Common questions
Does 6sense have a free plan?
Not anymore. The free Sales Intelligence plan, with 50 data credits a month, left the pricing page in July 2026 and closed on 12 August 2026. Free accounts can no longer log in, and new free sign-ups are closed.
How much does 6sense cost per year?
6sense lists no price on its website. Vendr's median is $62,220 a year, with a range of $11,234 to $176,511 across 386 purchases (February 2026). 6sense's AWS Marketplace offer lists $100,000 for 24 months of the core platform with 5 licenses.
How do 6sense credits work?
Your contract sets a pool of credits for a period. One credit unlocks a person's emails or phone numbers, and one exports a person or a company. Credits don't carry over, and unused ones expire.
Can I cancel a 6sense contract?
Not midway. Under 6sense's AWS Marketplace terms, payments are non-cancelable, fees are non-refundable, and you can terminate only for an uncured breach. Renewal follows your order form, so check its notice period before you sign.
