Nooks pricing 2026: estimates, contract terms, alternatives

2026-10-22 · updated 2026-10-22 · 7 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa

Nooks publishes no prices: its pricing page is a form to "get a custom quote" for its AI Dialer, AI Sequencing, Signals and Intelligence, AI Coaching and contact data products. Independent estimates are far apart. Vendr, a software buying platform, puts Nooks at about $65 to $150+ per user a month, while blogs from competing vendors repeat $4,000 to $5,000 per user a year. Neither figure is a Nooks list price. What Nooks does publish are its terms: an order form sets the fees, contracts renew automatically for the same length unless you give notice 30 days before the end, and fees can change at renewal.

Checked on 22 October 2026 against Nooks's pricing page, product pages, terms of service (last updated 6 October 2026) and trust center, seen from a US server, plus Vendr and three competitor blogs. Amounts are in US dollars, excluding tax. Revexa builds Leo, a buying-signal agent; it is not a dialer, and it is mentioned once below.

What teams report paying

These are estimates from third parties, not Nooks list prices. We could not read G2's pricing page for Nooks or the Reddit thread often cited for it, so neither is used here.

SourceType of sourceWhat it showsDate
VendrSoftware buying platform; says it uses "anonymized contract data""Approximately $65 to $150+ per user per month"; Vendr's own tier labels: Starter $65 to $85 and Professional $95 to $125 per user a month on annual contracts, Enterprise from about $130 to $150+; a "typical contract minimum" of 5 seatsLast updated February 2026
Vendr, same pageVendr's written estimatesMonth-to-month typically "20–30% premiums over annual pricing"; custom onboarding "$2,000 to $10,000+"; annual increases "of 5–8% are common"Last updated February 2026
ArtisanBlog of a competing vendor"roughly $4,000 to $5,000/user/year", "generally with a five-seat minimum and annual billing"; adds that "any number you see quoted is a third-party estimate"20 August 2026
TrellusBlog of a competing vendor"Around $4,000 to $5,000 annually per seat as a starting point" and "Minimum team sizes often apply"; links to MarketBetter as its source12 April 2026
MarketBetterBlog of a competing vendor"~$4,000-$5,000/user/year" and a minimum team size of "Typically 5+ users", citing OutboundSalesPro and PowerDialer.ai rather than buyer data19 February 2026

Two things to note. Nooks's own pricing page uses none of Vendr's tier names, so treat Starter, Professional and Enterprise as Vendr's labels. And the $4,000 to $5,000 figure comes from vendors that sell against Nooks: MarketBetter cites OutboundSalesPro and PowerDialer.ai, Trellus links to MarketBetter, and Artisan refers to "third-party reports"; none of them cites contract data. A minimum of about five seats appears in Vendr, Artisan and MarketBetter, and Trellus says minimum team sizes "often apply"; Nooks itself publishes none.

What Nooks could cost for 3 and 10 reps

Our calculation from the estimates above, before data provider subscriptions, onboarding and tax. Get a quote before you budget.

TeamAt Vendr's range ($65 to $150+ a month)At the competitor blogs' range ($4,000 to $5,000 a year)
3 reps, one year$2,340 to $5,400+$12,000 to $15,000
10 reps, one year$7,800 to $18,000+$40,000 to $50,000

If the five-seat minimum that Vendr, Artisan and MarketBetter report applies, a team of 3 pays for 5 seats: $3,900 to $9,000+ a year at Vendr's range, or $20,000 to $25,000 at the blogs' range, as Artisan itself calculates. On top come the data subscriptions Nooks says you need for ZoomInfo, Cognism or LeadIQ data, and possibly an onboarding fee.

Contract terms and hidden costs

All quotes are from the Nooks terms of service, last updated 6 October 2026.

  • Automatic renewal. The contract renews for the same length as the first term unless you give notice at least 30 days before the end. Put the date in your calendar on day one.
  • Price changes at renewal. Nooks can change fees at the end of a term with 30 days' notice by email.
  • Usage beyond your order form. Use above the agreed capacity is billed as additional fees, so ask what the capacity is (seats, numbers, minutes or credits).
  • Late payment. Invoices are due 30 days after mailing, and unpaid amounts carry "a finance charge of 1.5% per month". Billing errors must be raised within 60 days.
  • Refunds. The only pro rata refunds the terms describe are when you terminate over a material breach by Nooks (§5.2) and when Nooks ends the contract under its clause on competing products (§10.2). If Nooks terminates over your breach or non-payment, "all unpaid Fees for the remainder of the then-current term shall become immediately due".
  • Phone numbers. Numbers Nooks provisions are "non-exclusive, non-transferable", and you acquire "no ownership" of them, so plan for new numbers if you leave.
  • Uptime. The service level is "98%, measured monthly, excluding holidays and weekends and scheduled maintenance".
  • Compliance is on you. You are "the sole initiator of any call", and Nooks is not responsible "for obtaining any necessary consents".

Nooks alternatives with published prices

Kixie lists three plans, including a Multi-Line PowerDialer on up to 4 lines and a 7-day free trial, but its prices did not load in the page versions we could read, so we leave them out.

What 10 reps would pay in a year at list (our calculation): Aircall Professional $6,000; Apollo Basic with the Advanced Dialer $7,308 plus calling credits; Close Growth $11,880 plus calling; Salesfinity Gold $29,880 billed annually. Trellus's individual Power + Parallel plan would come to about $18,000, but Trellus points teams to its custom Business plan.

  • Aircall is right if you also take inbound calls and want one phone system for support and sales; wrong if you are fewer than 3 people, the minimum on every plan.
  • Apollo is right if you want data, sequences and dialing in one bill; wrong if you only want a dialer, since the add-on needs a paid plan first.
  • Close is right for a small team that wants CRM and calling in one; wrong if you already have a CRM you want to keep.
  • Orum and Koncert are the closest like-for-like parallel dialers, with quotes instead of prices.
  • Salesfinity and Trellus are the parallel dialers here with published prices: Salesfinity per license for teams, Trellus for individuals.

When Nooks is the wrong choice

  • You want to start without a sales call. There is no self-serve plan or published trial.
  • Your CRM isn't HubSpot or Salesforce. Other CRMs work only by uploading contacts as CSV.
  • You don't have a phone number source. Nooks passes through ZoomInfo, Cognism or LeadIQ data only if you subscribe to them; otherwise you rely on Nooks's Data package or numbers you already have.
  • Calling isn't your main channel. If email and LinkedIn carry your outbound, a sequencer fits better than a dialer.
  • You sell mainly into Europe. See the rules below before you dial.

If you would rather start conversations with companies already showing buying signals than cold call. Leo by Revexa (ours) is a buying-signal agent, not a dialer. It watches signals such as hiring, funding, new leaders in the buying role and engagement with LinkedIn posts, finds the right person, and drafts LinkedIn messages and emails that, by default, you approve before they are sent. It costs $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Wrong choice if the phone is your channel: Leo does not call.

Nooks in Europe: calling rules and data

  • Calling rules differ by country. In Germany, UWG §7(2) no. 1 treats an advertising call to a business as an unreasonable nuisance unless there is at least presumed consent ("zumindest mutmaßliche Einwilligung"), and calls to consumers need prior express consent (§7 UWG). Nooks's terms leave consents and compliance to you.
  • Recording is processing of personal data. Under GDPR you need a lawful basis and must inform the people you record (art. 13).
  • Data. Nooks's trust center lists SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, GDPR and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The security documents sit behind an access request, the sub-processor entry only links to a sign-up for change notices, and the pages we read don't say where recordings are stored, so ask before you record EU calls.

This is not legal advice.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Nooks cost?

Nooks doesn't publish prices; you get a custom quote. Vendr estimates about $65 to $150+ per user a month, while blogs from competing vendors cite $4,000 to $5,000 per user a year. Neither is a Nooks list price.

Does Nooks have a free plan or free trial?

Its pricing page shows neither, only a quote form. Orum offers a trial limited to 500 dials, Aircall offers free access to test it and Kixie a 7-day trial.

Is there a minimum contract for Nooks?

Nooks doesn't publish a minimum. Its terms say contracts run for the term in your order form and renew automatically for the same length unless you give notice at least 30 days before the end. Vendr and two competitors, Artisan and MarketBetter, report a typical minimum of five seats, and Artisan adds annual billing.

What do I need besides Nooks?

A contact source (Nooks integrates with HubSpot and Salesforce; other CRMs work by CSV upload) and phone numbers for your contacts. Nooks says a ZoomInfo, Cognism or LeadIQ subscription is required to use their data in Nooks, or you can use its own Data package.

What are cheaper alternatives to Nooks?

With published prices: Aircall from $30 per license a month billed annually (Power Dialer from $50), Apollo from $49 plus a $119 per team dialer add-on, Close Growth at $99 and Salesfinity Gold at $249. Whether they are cheaper depends on your quote: against Vendr's estimate of $65 to $150+ only Aircall, and Apollo Basic without the Advanced Dialer, are clearly below it, while against the blogs' $4,000 to $5,000 a year (about $333 to $417 a month) all four are. Orum and Koncert quote on request.
