Outreach pricing 2026: packages, AI credits and real costs

2026-10-15 · updated 2026-10-15 · 8 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa

Outreach publishes no prices: its four Amplify packages combine a price per user with 10,000 to 100,000 AI credits, and only the Outreach Voice dialer has list prices, from $10 per user a month. Vendr's buyer data puts the median contract at $45,600 a year, and Outreach's own AWS Marketplace offer of 50 seats for $108,000 a year works out to $180 per seat a month (our calculation), so a team of three should budget about $6,500 to $8,700 a year (our estimate). The trap: orders are "non-cancelable and non-refundable" and renew for 12 months unless you give notice at least 30 days before the term ends.

Checked on 15 October 2026 against Outreach's pricing page, help center, terms and sub-processor list, plus Vendr and AWS Marketplace. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below.

Source: outreach.ai/pricing (outreach.io/pricing redirects there), checked on 15 October 2026. Outreach says its pricing "combines two models: seat-based access, where you pay for each user, and consumption-based AI credits", and its pricing request form says "Per user pricing. No platform fees. Support included." No free plan or self-serve trial is listed.

How AI credits are spent

Each AI action has a fixed cost (AI action summary, updated 13 August 2026):

ActionCredits
Research Agent run1
Personalized content from the Personalization Agent1
Meeting brief from the Meeting Prep Agent2
Coaching card scored by Smart Kaia Coach2
MCP server tool call0.10

Credits are pooled for the account: "There is currently no way to set per-user AI credit limits" (help center). Admins are alerted at "102% of credits used (overage notification)", and more credits come as "additional credit packs" at a quoted price (Amplify FAQ). Outreach doesn't say publicly whether allowances are monthly or yearly, or whether unused credits roll over.

Third-party price data

These are not list prices. They show what buyers have paid or been offered.

  • Vendr. Using anonymized contract data, Vendr puts the median Outreach buyer at $45,600 a year across 919 purchases, from $8,660 to $215,400, with buyers "saving 12% on average" (last updated February 2026). Its tier names (Standard, Professional, Enterprise) don't match the Amplify packages, so use only the price data.
  • AWS Marketplace. Outreach's own listing offers "Orchestrate (50 seats)" on a 12-month contract for $108,000: $180 per seat a month (our calculation). Orchestrate is not one of today's packages, and buyers can ask for a private offer, so treat it as a reference point.

What Outreach really costs: three examples

Our estimates, before tax, using the AWS rate of $180 per seat a month and Vendr's range as a check.

A founder. One seat costs $2,160 a year, or $2,280 with US Standard calling, if Outreach will sell a single seat at that rate. It publishes no minimum, but the smallest contract in Vendr's data is $8,660 a year.

A team of three. At the AWS rate, seats cost $6,480 a year, or $7,380 with Europe Full Standard calling. Vendr's low end, $8,660, suggests real quotes start around there.

A team of ten. At the AWS rate, seats cost $21,600 a year, or $24,600 with European calling. Implementation is quoted separately, and Outreach's help center calls Professional Services "highly recommended". The median Vendr buyer pays $45,600.

Contract terms and hidden costs

From Outreach's terms of service, last updated 12 April 2024, unless noted:

  • No cancellation, no refunds. "Except as otherwise set forth in the Agreement, Order(s) are non-cancelable and non-refundable." The AWS listing says the same.
  • Paid upfront. Unless the order form says otherwise, fees are "due and payable upon commencement of the Services".
  • Automatic renewal. The agreement renews "for successive periods of twelve months each" unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before the term ends.
  • Price changes at renewal. Fees "may be changed upon notice to you at least sixty (60) days prior to the start of any Renewal Term". Seats added mid-term are invoiced "at the then-current pricing".
  • Add-ons cost extra. The pricing FAQ lists "Data Sharing, Connectors, Additional Instances, and Listener Licenses", plus professional services and extra support, all quoted.
  • Two mailboxes per user. Each user may link "no more than two e-mail accounts (or one e-mail account and one alias)" unless agreed otherwise.

Cheaper alternatives

Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price listed for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term. Free plans don't count, and ties are alphabetical. All of these publish prices and offer monthly billing. Prices checked on 15 October 2026.

  • Instantly. Growth costs $37.60 a month billed yearly or $47 monthly, with unlimited email accounts and 5,000 emails a month; the lead database needs a separate Instantly Credits plan, such as Growth Credits at $47 a month (pricing, our breakdown). Right if one or two people need cold email at volume; wrong if you need more than 1,000 uploaded contacts, which takes Hypergrowth at $97 a month.
  • Apollo. Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly, with contact data, unlimited sequences and a US dialer that uses credits (pricing, our breakdown). Right if a small team wants data, sequences and calls in one tool; wrong if you send at volume, since Basic allows 1 mailbox per user and 250 emails a day.
  • lemlist. Email costs $55 a month billed yearly or $69 monthly for unlimited users and 50,000 emails; Multichannel adds LinkedIn, calls and SMS at $87 per user billed yearly or $109 monthly (pricing, our breakdown). Right if you want email, LinkedIn and calls in one sequence; wrong if many reps need LinkedIn, since Multichannel is priced per user.
  • Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if you want an agent that watches buying signals and drafts LinkedIn messages and emails you approve; wrong if you need a sales engagement platform for a team of reps, with a dialer, call recording and forecasting.

Outreach in Europe: GDPR and where the data is

  • Location. Outreach's hosting FAQ says the platform runs on AWS in the US "and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Dublin", and at sign-up "you may choose to host your data in North America or the EU".
  • AI sub-processors. The sub-processor list, last modified 13 July 2026, gives the United States as the storage country for several AI providers, including Anthropic and OpenAI as "Outreach Platform LLM Provider". Ask what leaves an EU instance when you use AI features.
  • Transfers and certifications. The privacy statement relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses and names Rivacy GmbH in Hamburg as EU representative. Outreach lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 (trust).
  • Your own outreach. Emailing EU prospects needs your own lawful basis, usually legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email. See our GDPR guide. This is not legal advice.

Common questions

How much does Outreach cost per user?

Outreach publishes no per-user price. Its own AWS Marketplace offer of 50 seats for $108,000 a year works out to $180 per seat a month (our calculation), and Vendr's median buyer pays $45,600 a year.

Does Outreach have a free trial or free plan?

Neither is listed. The pricing page offers a demo and a custom quote; only the Outreach Voice dialer has published prices.

What are Outreach AI credits?

Amplify packages include 10,000 to 100,000 AI credits, pooled for the account. Each AI action has a set cost, such as 1 credit per Research Agent run and 2 per meeting brief, and extra credit packs are sold on request.

Can I cancel Outreach before the contract ends?

Not under the standard terms: orders are "non-cancelable and non-refundable". To stop the automatic 12-month renewal, give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends.

Can Outreach store data in the EU?

Yes. Customers can choose EU hosting on AWS in Dublin at sign-up, available since May 2022. Several AI sub-processors, including its LLM providers, store data in the United States.
