Salesloft pricing 2026: real costs after the Clari merger
2026-10-15 · updated 2026-10-15 · 7 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
Salesloft publishes no prices: salesloft.com/pricing redirects to a "Talk to sales" page, and so does clari.com/pricing: Salesloft and Clari completed their merger on 3 December 2025. Vendr's buyer data puts the median contract at $30,740 a year, from $5,152 to $146,494, and Salesloft's own AWS Marketplace listing shows a 12-month platform contract at $26,400. Vendr also says contracts typically need 10 to 15 seats, so a team of three can end up paying $7,200 to $12,000 a year (our estimate). The trap is the contract: fees are "non-cancelable", invoiced in advance, and multi-year terms are committed "for the entire duration".
Checked on 15 October 2026 against Salesloft's website, Master Subscription Agreement, data processing addendum and newsroom, plus Vendr and AWS Marketplace. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below.

Source: the talk to sales page that salesloft.com/pricing redirects to, checked on 15 October 2026. It also lists Analytics and an MCP server. The site gives no seat minimum, credits, free plan or self-serve sign-up, and under the MSA trials "are provided at Salesloft's sole discretion".
Salesloft and Clari are now one company
- The merger was announced on 7 August 2025 and completed on 3 December 2025, with Steve Cox as CEO.
- On 2 September 2026, "Salesloft is now the company and platform brand going forward", while "Clari Forecast retains the Clari name".
- Since 10 February 2026 one MSA covers "Salesloft, Inc. and its Affiliates, including Clari Inc." Engagement and forecasting are now bought from one vendor, so ask for each product as its own line in the order form.
Third-party price data
These are not list prices. They show what buyers have paid or been offered.
- Vendr. Using anonymized contract data, Vendr puts the median buyer at $30,740 a year across 710 purchases, from $5,152 to $146,494, with buyers saving 18% on average (last updated February 2026). Its guide says Salesloft "requires a minimum seat count", typically 10 to 15 users, that teams of 10 to 25 users often pay $60 to $100 per user a month, and that onboarding costs $5,000 to $25,000 or more. Vendr describes tiers called Essentials, Advanced and Premier, which Salesloft's site doesn't list, so treat its per-seat ranges as rough.
- AWS Marketplace. Salesloft's own listing prices "Salesloft Platform" at $26,400 for a 12-month contract and tells buyers to ask for a private offer; it doesn't say how many users that covers. Its refund policy: "Salesloft contracts are a minimum of 12 months and are non-refundable except as otherwise explicitly indicated in the EULA".
What Salesloft really costs: three examples
Our estimates, before tax, from Vendr's range of $60 to $100 per user a month for small teams and the low end of its 10 to 15 seat minimum. Salesloft confirms neither.
A founder. There is no single-seat price or self-serve plan. If a 10-seat minimum applies, the floor is about $7,200 a year; the smallest contract in Vendr's data is $5,152.
A team of three. Ten seats at Vendr's $60 to $100 cost $7,200 to $12,000 a year: $200 to $333 a month for each person who actually uses Salesloft.
A team of ten. The same $7,200 to $12,000 for seats, plus onboarding that Vendr puts at $5,000 to $25,000 or more: $12,200 to $37,000 in the first year. The median Vendr buyer pays $30,740.
Contract terms and hidden costs
From the current Clari/Salesloft MSA, in force since 10 February 2026:
- Paid upfront, no cancellation. "all fees are non-cancelable, will be invoiced in advance and are due within thirty (30) days", and except as the MSA sets out, "all fees paid are non-refundable".
- Multi-year means multi-year. "all multi-year subscriptions are committed for the entire duration of the Subscription Term (even if payable in annual installments)".
- Late payment carries "a finance charge of 1.5% per month".
- Added users cost "the same price applicable to that subscription type, prorated" for the rest of the term.
- Renewal terms sit in your order form. The current MSA has no renewal clause of its own. The previous Salesloft MSA renewed subscriptions automatically unless notice came "between 120 days and 60 days before the end" of the term, and capped renewal increases at 7% a year per unit. Ask for both points in writing.
- Implementation is a separate statement of work for training, configuration or implementation.
- Leaving. You can ask for a data export within 90 days of the end; after that Salesloft "will have no obligation to maintain any Customer Data". The MSA is governed by California law.
Cheaper alternatives
Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price listed for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term. Free plans don't count, and ties are alphabetical. All of these publish prices and offer monthly billing. Prices checked on 15 October 2026.
- Smartlead. Base costs $32.50 a month billed yearly or $39 monthly, with unlimited email accounts and 6,000 emails a month to 2,000 stored contacts (pricing, our breakdown). Right if you mainly need cold email at volume; wrong if you need CRM access or the API, which start on Pro at $94 a month ($78.30 billed yearly).
- Apollo. Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly, with contact data, unlimited sequences and a US dialer that uses credits (pricing, our breakdown). Right if a small team wants data, sequences and calls in one tool; wrong if you send at volume, since Basic allows 1 mailbox per user and 250 emails a day.
- lemlist. Email costs $55 a month billed yearly or $69 monthly for unlimited users and 50,000 emails; Multichannel adds LinkedIn, calls and SMS at $87 per user billed yearly or $109 monthly (pricing, our breakdown). Right if you want multichannel sequences on a monthly plan; wrong if many reps need LinkedIn, since Multichannel is priced per user.
- Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if you want an agent that watches buying signals and drafts LinkedIn messages and emails you approve; wrong if you need forecasting, conversation intelligence or a dialer for a sales team.

Salesloft in Europe: GDPR and where the data is
- Location. In December 2021 Salesloft announced that new customers based in the EU "will have their customer data stored in our Frankfurt, Germany data center". That predates the merger: Clari's sub-processor list, which Salesloft's DPA points to, gives "USA" as the location of every Clari sub-processor, including AWS and Google Cloud. Ask where Clari Forecast data is stored.
- Transfers. The data processing addendum lets Salesloft and its sub-processors transfer personal data outside the EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, if that is unavailable, standard contractual clauses governed by Irish law.
- Certifications. The trust center lists GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type II and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Security history. The trust center describes a 2025 incident in which a threat actor "obtained OAuth tokens for Drift customers' technology integrations"; Mandiant found no evidence "beyond limited reconnaissance" in the Salesloft application environment.
- Your own outreach. Emailing EU prospects needs your own lawful basis, usually legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email. See our GDPR guide. This is not legal advice.
Common questions
How much does Salesloft cost for a small team?
Salesloft publishes no price. If a team of three has to buy 10 seats at Vendr's $60 to $100 per user a month, it pays $7,200 to $12,000 a year (our estimate). The median contract in Vendr's data is $30,740 a year.
Does Salesloft have a free trial?
No free plan or self-serve trial is listed. The MSA allows trials only at Salesloft's discretion, so ask sales.
Is Clari part of Salesloft now?
Yes. The merger closed on 3 December 2025, and since 2 September 2026 Salesloft is the single brand; Clari Forecast keeps its name. One MSA covers both companies' services.
Can I cancel Salesloft early?
Not under the standard MSA: fees are non-cancelable, and multi-year subscriptions are committed for the whole term. You can terminate for a material breach left uncured for 30 days, with a pro rata refund of prepaid fees.
Where does Salesloft store EU customers' data?
Salesloft said in December 2021 that new EU customers' data would be stored in Frankfurt. Clari's sub-processors are all listed in the USA, and transfers outside the EEA run under the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
