Attio pricing 2026: plans, credits and real team costs
2026-10-22 · updated 2026-10-22 · 9 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
Attio has four plans: Free for up to 3 seats, Plus at $35 per user a month billed annually ($44 billed monthly) for up to 10 seats, Pro at $79 ($99) and Enterprise on a custom quote. In euros, Plus costs €31 (€39) and Pro €74 (€93). A team of 3 can stay on Free or pays $1,260 a year on Plus and $2,844 on Pro billed annually, while a team of 10 pays $4,200 on Plus or $9,480 on Pro (our calculation). The costs to watch are workspace credits for workflows and AI (extra packs from $70 a month), the 10-seat cap on Plus that moves everyone to Pro at the 11th user, and sequences and call recording, which start on Pro.
Checked on 22 October 2026 against Attio's pricing page in dollars (seen from a US server) and in euros (attio.com/pricing/eur), its help center (plans, credits, billing) and its data processing addendum. Prices are per user a month, before tax. Revexa builds Leo, a buying-signal agent; it is not a CRM, Attio is not among its CRM integrations, and it is mentioned once below.

The page shows annual prices by default; the monthly prices appear when you switch its billing toggle to Monthly. Enterprise is "billed annually". Annual billing gives "a 20% discount" on Plus and Pro. "New workspaces begin with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan", and you can start "no credit card required". Attio also offers "up to 80% off for eligible startups" through its startup program.

Source: the comparison table on attio.com/pricing. One discrepancy: the help center gives Plus "up to 20 Insight and Funnel reports", while the pricing page says 15, so ask Attio which limit applies before you plan on more than 15. Hourly and daily sending limits also apply to each synced mailbox, on every plan.
How Attio credits work, and what more cost
Credits are where an Attio bill can grow without adding a seat. There are two kinds (credits guide):
- Workspace credits are shared by the whole workspace and pay for workflows and AI features, including Ask Attio, the built-in AI assistant.
- Seat credits are a personal monthly allowance for Ask Attio.
Ask Attio spends seat credits first and then workspace credits, and "by default, no limit is set, so members can use up to 100% of workspace credits for Ask Attio". An admin can set a cap, which is worth doing if your workflows depend on the same pool.
In Attio's new workflows, "triggers, logic, and data lookups are free"; legacy workflows still charge 1 credit for most logic and lookup blocks. In the new workflows, blocks that create or update a record, add a record to a list, create a task, enroll someone in a sequence, send an HTTP request or run an integration such as Slack cost 1 credit each, and AI blocks are "billed by token usage". Attio's own Ask Attio examples range from 10 to 20 credits for meeting prep to 30 to 50 for a daily briefing. On an annual plan, credits still renew every month.
| Extra workspace credits | Annual, US | Monthly, US | Annual, EU | Monthly, EU |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| +5,000 a month | $70 a month | $85 a month | €70 a month | €85 a month |
| +10,000 a month | $120 | $150 | €120 | €150 |
| +25,000 a month | $260 | $330 | €225 | €285 |
| +50,000 a month | $475 | $595 | €410 | €515 |
Source: attio.com/pricing and the euro price list. The packs are sold on Plus, Pro and Enterprise. On Free there is "no option to purchase additional credits". The billing toggle sets the pack price too: the annual price shows by default, the monthly one when you switch. In the new workflows, a workflow that writes one record per run uses 1 credit, so Plus covers about 1,500 such runs a month before anyone uses Ask Attio beyond their seat credits (our calculation).
What Attio really costs for 3 and 10 users
Our calculation at list price, before tax and extra credits.
| Plan | 3 users, annual | 3 users, monthly for a year | 10 users, annual | 10 users, monthly for a year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Not possible (3-seat cap) | Not possible |
| Plus | $1,260 | $1,584 | $4,200 | $5,280 |
| Pro | $2,844 | $3,564 | $9,480 | $11,880 |
In euros, billed annually, Plus costs €1,116 for 3 users and €3,720 for 10, and Pro costs €2,664 and €8,880.
A team of 3 that wants a shared CRM. Free costs nothing and fits 3 seats, but every email carries "Sent with Attio", each user can send 200 emails a month, the workspace gets 250 credits with no top-up and you can build 3 reports.
A team of 3 that sends outreach from the CRM. Sequences start on Pro, so the real price is $2,844 a year billed annually. Pipedrive Growth, which includes "Automations and nurturing sequences", costs $1,404 for the same 3 seats (see our Pipedrive pricing breakdown).
A team of 10 with heavy automation but no sequences. Plus plus a 10,000-credit pack costs $4,200 + $1,440 = $5,640 a year billed annually, for 11,500 workspace credits a month. Pro costs $9,480 with 10,000 credits, so Pro only pays off if you need sequences, call recording, custom objects or team permissions.
The 11th user. Plus stops at 10 seats and "all workspace members must be on the same plan", so 11 users on Pro cost $10,428 a year billed annually, against $4,200 for 10 on Plus.
Hidden costs and terms
- Empty seats cost money. "Billing is tied to the number of seats, not how many people are actively using them", and a pending invite occupies a seat. Remove unused seats "to avoid being billed for them in future cycles" (billing and payments).
- Each workspace is billed separately. A person in two workspaces is charged in both.
- You pay up front. "You'll always be billed at the start of your billing interval."
- Upgrades now, downgrades later. "Upgrades are billed pro-rata immediately, while a downgrade takes effect on your next renewal."
- Cancelling. You keep access until the current billing period ends; export your data before then.
- Payment method. Every plan can pay by card. Invoices, with PO, ACH, check or wire, are only for Pro and Enterprise.
Cheaper and more expensive alternatives
Ordered by starting price: the lowest US list price per user a month for the cheapest paid plan billed annually. Limited-time offers and free plans don't count, and ties are listed alphabetically. Prices checked on 22 October 2026.
- Close. Solo costs $9 billed annually or $19 monthly, "Limited to 1 user" and 10,000 leads; Essentials costs $35 ($49) with built-in email, calling and SMS. Workflows and the power dialer start on Growth at $99 ($109), and a predictive dialer on Scale at $139 ($149) (pricing). Right if you sell by phone and email from one screen; wrong if you want automation cheaply, since Growth costs more than Attio Pro.
- Twenty. An open-source CRM: Cloud Pro costs "$9/user/month (yearly)", Organization $19 with single sign-on and row-level permissions, and Enterprise starts at $50,000 a year. You can also self-host, and the cloud trial lasts 30 days (pricing). Right if you want a CRM you can host and extend in code; wrong if you want a free hosted plan or email sequences, which its pricing page doesn't list.
- Pipedrive. Lite costs $14 billed annually ($24 monthly) and Growth $39 ($49), with automations and email sequences; there is no free plan, only a 14-day trial (pricing). Right for a classic deal pipeline with sequences on a budget; wrong if you want a free plan or your own data model.
- HubSpot. Free for up to 2 users. Starter lists at $20 per seat a month; new customers pay $7 billed annually or $10 monthly "for a limited time". Sequences start on Sales Hub Professional at $90 per seat billed annually, plus a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee (pricing, our breakdown). Right if you want marketing tools in the same system; wrong for a team of 3 that wants to stay free, since Attio's free plan has one more seat.
- folk. Standard costs $24 per member a month billed yearly or $30 monthly (€22 or €27 on its euro price list), with pipelines, email campaigns, enrichment and a LinkedIn extension; custom objects and deals come with Premium at $48 ($60) (pricing). Right for relationship-led selling around LinkedIn contacts; wrong if you need deals as their own object on the entry plan.
More expensive than Attio Pro: HubSpot Sales Hub Professional at $90 per seat plus onboarding, and Close Growth and Scale at $99 and $139. For more prices, see what 30 sales tools cost.
When Attio is the wrong choice
- You sell mainly by phone. Call Intelligence records and transcribes calls on Pro, but the pricing page lists no dialer. Close has calling built in.
- You will pass 10 users soon and only need the basics. The jump from Plus to Pro more than doubles the bill at the 11th seat.
- You want sequences cheaply. They start on Pro at $79, twice Pipedrive Growth.
- You need contact data. Attio's enrichment fills in attributes such as description, location, employee count, ARR and funding on records you already have; its plans list no email or phone credits.
- You need a guarantee that data stays in one region. See the hosting notes below.
If what you actually need is more qualified pipeline in the CRM. Leo by Revexa (ours) is a buying-signal agent, not a CRM. It watches signals such as hiring, funding and new leaders in the buying role, drafts LinkedIn messages and emails that you approve by default, and can write positive replies and meetings back to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Upsales or Close; Attio is not among its CRM integrations. It costs $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free (pricing). Wrong choice if you need the CRM itself or want leads written into Attio.
Attio in Europe: euro prices and hosting
- Currency. You can pay "in USD, GBP, or EUR", and the euro plan prices are lower than the dollar figures: €31 against $35 for Plus billed annually. The two smallest credit packs have the same figures in both currencies (€70 and $70 for 5,000 credits). The billing details include a VAT number field.
- Hosting. Attio's data processing addendum names Google Cloud EMEA Limited, with an address in Dublin, as its hosting provider without naming a data center region, and says backups go "to a different geographical region". It also lists US sub-processors for enrichment (FullContact, Clearbit) and email delivery (Postmark) under standard contractual clauses. Ask Attio which regions apply to your workspace.
- Email from the CRM. Sequences and bulk sends go to your own contacts and need a lawful basis under GDPR, and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior express consent for advertising email, apart from a narrow exception for existing customers (§7(3)). See cold email laws by country. This is not legal advice.
