Demandbase pricing 2026: real costs and contract terms

2026-10-15 · updated 2026-10-15 · 7 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa

Demandbase lists no prices for Demandbase One, its account-based marketing platform, on its website: you fill in a form, and the quote is a platform fee plus "a flat fee per user". Vendr's median buyer pays $68,591 a year (187 purchases, February 2026), and Demandbase's own AWS Marketplace offer lists Demandbase One at $215,000 for 12 months. The only prices on Demandbase's own sites are for Mojo, a separate AI campaign agent launched in September 2026: free, or $200 a month on Plus. The trap is renewal: by default contracts roll over for 12 months unless you give notice 30 days before the end, at "then-current rates".

Checked on 15 October 2026 against Demandbase's pricing page, its Master Subscription Agreement, its AWS Marketplace listing, Mojo's pricing page and Vendr's data. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below.

Sources: Demandbase pricing and Mojo pricing, checked on 15 October 2026. Demandbase's pricing FAQ describes "a clear platform fee that covers all the essential software and services" plus "a flat fee per user", and says "we don't split Demandbase into separate solutions". The pricing page lists no free plan or trial for Demandbase One; a free intent data tool shows the top 10 accounts researching a chosen keyword set "over the last 7 days".

Mojo is not a cheap Demandbase One

Demandbase launched Mojo on 15 September 2026 (press release). It is "a separate product" that runs campaigns in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Marketo and Salesforce, among others, and Demandbase's account data is just one of its integrations, "while Demandbase remains optional" (Mojo). Credits reset daily, and "Current pricing is available for a limited time and may change". In our reading, Mojo alone gives you no intent data or account identification.

Third-party price data

None of these figures is a list price.

  • Vendr, from anonymized contract data: median $68,591 a year, range $24,000 to $164,037, 187 purchases, buyers "saving 13% on average", last updated February 2026 (Vendr). Vendr adds that onboarding runs "from a few thousand dollars to mid-five figures" and that ad spend "is separate from platform fees".
  • AWS Marketplace, a public offer sold by Demandbase: "Demandbase One platform" for $215,000 per 12 months, with usage above the contract "applied on top" and refunds "As per individual contract" (listing). That is above the top of Vendr's range, so it likely reflects a large configuration (our reading).
  • Public contracts. None found: USAspending.gov lists no US federal contract mentioning Demandbase since 2020.

What Demandbase really costs: three examples

Our estimates, before tax.

A founder or one marketer. Demandbase One is not sold self-serve, and the low end of Vendr's range is $24,000 a year. Mojo Plus costs $2,400 a year at its introductory price and runs campaigns in your own ad and CRM tools, without Demandbase's account data unless you license that too.

A mid-market team. Budget around Vendr's median, $68,591 a year, then add onboarding, the per-user fee for each extra marketer or seller, and media if you advertise through Demandbase.

An enterprise team. Demandbase's AWS offer is $215,000 for 12 months before overage and media, and the renewal price is set by Demandbase's then-current rates.

Contract terms and hidden costs

From Demandbase's Master Subscription Agreement on AWS Marketplace (PDF, June 2025):

  • Automatic renewal. Unless your order says otherwise, "each Subscription Term will renew for successive 12-month periods unless either party gives the other party notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the current Subscription Term ends" (section 10.1).
  • Discounts end at renewal. "Fees for renewal Subscription Terms are at Demandbase's then-current rates, regardless of any discounted pricing in a prior Order" (10.2).
  • No refunds. "All fees and expenses are non-refundable", except under the warranty, infringement and SLA clauses (10.2).
  • Extra charges. You reimburse "reasonable travel and lodging expenses" for technical services, late payments carry 1.5% a month, and taxes, VAT included, come on top.
  • Usage limits. Use is subject to "any usage limits in an Order", and the AWS listing bills overage by usage.
  • Shared data. If you choose to share data with the "Demandbase Data Co-Op", Demandbase gets "a perpetual, irrevocable license" to it, including the right to sell it; revoking stops only future sharing (4.1).
  • After the end. Export your data during the term, since afterwards Demandbase "may delete Customer Data". Remove its tags too: they "may continue to collect Website Data until so removed".
  • Law. California law, with courts in San Francisco (21.2).

Cheaper alternatives

Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term, with euros converted at the ECB rate of 15 October 2026 ($1.1208). Free plans don't count, and ties are alphabetical. Prices checked on 15 October 2026.

  • Apollo. Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly, with 6 intent topics and 100 identified website companies a month (pricing; our breakdown). Right if a small team wants contacts, intent topics and sequences; wrong if you need more than 100 identified website companies a month.
  • RB2B. Free plan with company-level identification for 150 resolutions a month; Starter costs $79 a month for person-level identification of US visitors, and business emails and integrations start on Pro at $149 (pricing). Its worldwide company identification runs "through RB2B's partnership with Demandbase" (RB2B). Right if most of your traffic is American; wrong if your buyers are in Europe.
  • Leadfeeder. Free Lite plan; Discover from $79 a month billed annually or $113 monthly in the US (€79 and €113 in Europe), hosted on AWS in Ireland (pricing). Right if you want EU-hosted company identification; wrong if you need intent filters or display ads, which start on Activate at €369 a month billed annually.
  • Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if you want an agent to act on buying signals such as hiring, funding and new executives, drafting LinkedIn and email messages you approve; wrong if you need advertising, website visitor identification or a contact database.
  • Common Room. Essential costs $2,500 a month billed annually, with 5 seats and up to 100,000 contacts (pricing). Right if a team of five needs shared buyer intelligence; wrong below $30,000 a year.

Demandbase in Europe: GDPR and where the data is

  • Location. Demandbase's sub-processor list puts AWS hosting in "Ireland, USA", Google in "Germany, Singapore, USA" and Snowflake in the "USA". Under its DPA, data may be processed "in the United States and other locations", with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for restricted transfers. The privacy notice, effective 21 April 2026, cites legitimate interests and says Demandbase has appointed an EU representative.
  • Consent is your job. The agreement makes the customer "solely responsible for obtaining the necessary clearances, consents and approvals from Visitors". Demandbase's tags give each visitor "a unique cookie ID" and may "sync with third-party cookies", and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive generally requires consent for that; see visitor identification in Europe.
  • Your outreach. Contacting EU prospects needs your own lawful basis, usually legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email. This is not legal advice.
