ZoomInfo pricing 2026: real costs, contracts and credits
2026-10-15 · updated 2026-10-15 · 7 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
ZoomInfo publishes no prices for its Professional, Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise plans: the price depends on features, number of licenses and credits, and paid plans are billed annually. Vendr's buyer data puts the median contract at $33,500 a year, across 1,577 purchases ranging from $7,240 to $156,042 (February 2026). The only public per-unit prices we found are for GTM AI, ZoomInfo's pay-as-you-go API: $0.25 to $0.45 per data credit. The trap is the contract: ZoomInfo's terms say "The Agreement is not cancellable", and auto-renewal must be switched off at least 60 days before the renewal date.

ZoomInfo prices on "Features and functionality", "Number of licenses" and "Credit usage", and "Each export costs one credit". Its explainer, updated 8 July 2026, says paid plans "include a minimum number of seats", without giving the number, and "are billed annually, not monthly".
GTM AI is ZoomInfo's API, MCP server and command-line access for AI agents, sold as an extra access surface rather than a replacement for the platform plans. A data credit is one company, contact or intent record: $0.45 each for 100 credits ($45), $0.43 at 500 ($215), $0.41 at 1,000 ($410) and $0.25 at 100,000 ($25,000). Mobile phone data comes only with enterprise plans, and new sign-ups get 70% off their first data-credit purchase for a limited time.
What ZoomInfo really costs: three examples
Our estimates, before tax, from GTM AI's list prices and Vendr's contract data.
A founder. ZoomInfo Lite costs nothing but gives 10 credits a month, or 25 if you connect your mailbox, which lets ZoomInfo read the "signature blocks" and "contacts in your email directory" (Lite terms). Beyond GTM AI's 1,000 free credits, 500 contact records a month cost $215 at list price, $2,580 a year, without mobile numbers.
A team of three. A subscription comes with a seat minimum and annual billing, and the low end of Vendr's range is $7,240 a year, so budget at least that, paid upfront. If the team only needs about 1,000 enriched contacts a month through an API or AI agent, GTM AI costs $410 a month, $4,920 a year.
A team of ten. Vendr's median buyer pays $33,500 a year. In ZoomInfo's own example, five SDRs exporting 50 contacts each a day use "roughly 1,000 credits per week", so ten reps need about 2,000 a week; size the contract for that, since unused credits don't carry over.
Contract terms and hidden costs
- Not cancellable. Section 3.1 of the License Terms (version 1 May 2025) says "The Agreement is not cancellable". Fees are due when you sign the order form, and late payments carry 1.5% interest a month.
- Auto-renewal with 60 days' notice. "Opting out of automatic renewal must be completed at least 60 days before the renewal date", and once disabled it "cannot be re-enabled" (help center). Renewal pricing is set in your order form.
- Credits expire. Monthly credits reset on the 1st and "can not be rolled over or transferred to other users", and bulk credits "expire at the end of your contract term". Re-exports are free for a year but counted per user: "if User A and User B both export the same record, two credits will be charged" (credits).
- Add-ons. Streaming Intent is an add-on priced on expected usage, and integrations "typically have a base cost" plus "a minimum purchase of bulk credits".
- Duties that cost time. You must check ZoomInfo's opt-out list "no less frequently than once per month" and delete those contacts, and sharing records with a third party carries liquidated damages of $2.00 per record.
- Tax. "all fees, rates, and estimates exclude sales taxes", and you pay VAT where it applies.
- Trial. "typically" 7 days, no card, with usage limits (free trial).
Third-party price data
With no published plan prices, outside data matters more here:
- Vendr, using anonymized contract data from purchases on its platform: median $33,500 a year, range $7,240 to $156,042, 1,577 purchases, buyers "saving 22% on average", last updated February 2026 (Vendr).
- ZoomInfo's 10-K for 2025, filed in February 2026: of "over 35,000 customers", 1,921 had $100,000 or more in annual contract value, about 5% (our calculation); subscriptions "generally range from one to three years in length", and "About 53% of customer contracts (based on annualized value) are multi-year agreements" (SEC).
- Tier prices on blogs, such as $14,995 a year for Professional, have no primary source we could find; ZoomInfo says "No specific dollar amounts are published".
Cheaper alternatives
Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price listed for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term, with euros converted at the ECB rate of 15 October 2026 ($1.1208). Free plans don't count, and ties are alphabetical. All of these publish prices and offer monthly billing.
- Lusha. Starter costs $37.45 a month billed yearly or $49.90 monthly for one seat and 400 credits; an email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5 (pricing). Right if a small team needs verified emails and phone numbers without an annual contract; wrong if you need hundreds of phone numbers a month.
- Apollo. Free plan; Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly, with 2,500 credits per seat a month (pricing). Right if you want a contact database with sequences and a dialer for a few seats; wrong if you need many mobile numbers, at 8 credits each.
- UpLead. Essentials costs $74 a month billed annually or $99 monthly for one user and 170 credits a month, with extra credits at $0.60 (pricing). Right if one person buys a few hundred verified contacts a month; wrong if several people need access.
- Leadfeeder. Free Lite plan; Discover from €79 a month billed annually (about $89) or €113 monthly, and Leadfeeder says it "processes and stores all data within the EU" (pricing). Right if you mainly want to see which companies visit your website; wrong if you mainly need contact data, which starts on Activate at €369 a month billed annually.
- Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if you want an agent to watch buying signals and draft LinkedIn and email messages you approve; wrong if you need a contact database, phone numbers or website visitor identification.

ZoomInfo in Europe: GDPR and where the data is
- Location. ZoomInfo's privacy policy says personal data "may be transferred to, and stored and processed in, the United States", relying "primarily" on Standard Contractual Clauses plus the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Its hosting sub-processors (AWS, Google, Snowflake) are listed in the USA, and we found no EU data residency option (sub-processors).
- Legal basis. ZoomInfo relies on "legitimate interests" for its profiles, says it sends the notices GDPR Articles 13 and 14 require, and names VeraSafe as its EU representative.
- Contract. Customers in the EEA, UK and Switzerland sign with ZoomInfo UK Ltd. under the law of England and Wales, and ZoomInfo accepts "USD, GBP, and EUR".
- Coverage. ZoomInfo lists 66M+ contacts in Europe against 157.8M+ in North America (data), so test your own market before you sign.
- Your outreach. Emailing EU contacts still needs your own lawful basis; see our GDPR guide. This is not legal advice.
