lemlist pricing 2026: every plan, credits and what you pay
2026-10-15 · updated 2026-10-15 · 7 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
lemlist has two self-serve plans: Email at $69 a month ($55 billed yearly) for 50,000 emails with unlimited users, and Multichannel at $109 per user a month ($87 billed yearly), which adds LinkedIn, calls and SMS. A solo founder with verified data and three mailboxes pays about $124 to $148 a month, and two people on Multichannel about $233 to $287 (our estimates). The traps: the Email plan includes no data credits, LinkedIn is priced per user, and lemlist refunds nothing for a month or year already begun.
Checked on 15 October 2026 against lemlist's own pricing page, its credit guide, help center and terms. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives listed below.

The Email plan's price rises with volume: 100,000 emails a month cost $89 ($71 billed yearly), 200,000 cost $159 ($127), 500,000 cost $359 ($287) and 1,000,000 cost $659 ($527).
Data add-ons and credits
| Add-on | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead data enrichment | From $20 | From $16 a month | 2,000 credits a month, "400 emails or 100 phones"; 5,000 credits cost $49 ($39 yearly) |
| Buying intent signals | From $29 | From $21 a month | 100 signals a month |
A credit is worth $0.01, and failed lookups are free. A verified email costs 5 credits, a phone number 20, an email verification or LinkedIn enrichment 1, an SMS 6 and a minute of calling 4 to 32. Signals such as hiring, funding and job changes cost 100 credits per successful signal. Credits from a subscription "roll over for as long as your subscription remains active", but Multichannel's free monthly credits reset every cycle.
What lemlist really costs: three examples
Our estimates at list price, before tax. Mailboxes bought in lemlist cost from $10 a month for Google or Outlook (help center); domains are extra.
A solo founder, email only. 1,000 verified emails a month use 5,000 credits ($49, or $39 billed yearly). With the Email plan and three Google mailboxes ($30), that is $148 a month or $124 billed yearly: about $1,490 to $1,780 a year, plus the domain.
Two people on Multichannel. Seats cost $218 a month, or $174 billed yearly. Their 800 included credits cover 160 verified emails, so 1,000 a month still needs the 5,000-credit add-on ($49 or $39), plus two mailboxes ($20): $287 a month, or $233 billed yearly. WhatsApp adds $20 per seat.
A team of five. Multichannel costs $545 a month or $435 billed yearly, $5,220 to $6,540 a year before data and mailboxes. Enterprise, with SSO and an account manager, needs at least five seats on annual billing at a quoted price.
Hidden costs and terms
- Data is extra on the Email plan. lemlist's guide lists "No included credits" for Email, and the trial's 200 credits are one-time.
- Per-user extras. Multichannel includes 5 senders per user, and each additional mailbox "costs $9/month". WhatsApp is "a $20 add-on per seat, per month" and isn't part of the free trial (WhatsApp).
- No refunds. lemlist's terms, dated 17 September 2025, say it "will not refund any unused fees paid for a month or year already begun, even on a prorated basis", and paid plans "automatically renew thereafter on the same basis". Mailboxes and domains bought in lemlist "can't be refunded", and a domain "is locked for one year".
- Price changes. lemlist can change fees "by notifying You by email with at least a thirty (30) day notice"; on fixed-term plans the new fees apply only at renewal.
- Credits end with the subscription. Credits from a credits subscription can be used until it ends, after which "unused Credits are lost without refund", and a move to a lower credit tier waits until the next billing anniversary.
- Trial. 14 days without a card, with Multichannel features except in-app calls and, per lemlist's guide, up to 50 emails a day.
- LinkedIn risk. LinkedIn prohibits software that can "automate activity on LinkedIn's website", and members who use it "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down" (LinkedIn Help). That applies to every tool that sends on LinkedIn, ours included.
Cheaper alternatives
Ordered by starting price: the lowest monthly US dollar price listed for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term. Free plans don't count, and ties are alphabetical. Each tool below is cheaper for one part of what lemlist does. Prices checked on 15 October 2026.
- Smartlead. Base costs $32.50 a month billed yearly or $39 monthly for 2,000 contacts and 6,000 sends, with unlimited email accounts (pricing). Right if you only need cold email from your own list; wrong if LinkedIn steps are the reason you looked at lemlist.
- Instantly. Growth costs $37.60 a month billed yearly or $47 monthly for 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts, with lead data sold separately from $47 (pricing). Right for one person sending from many inboxes; wrong for a team, since invites need Hypergrowth at $77.60 to $97.
- Apollo. Free plan; Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly, with 2,500 credits per seat (pricing). Right if you want contact data and sequences in one seat; wrong for volume, since Free and Basic send 250 emails a day from 1 mailbox per user.
- HeyReach. Growth costs $79 per LinkedIn sender a month, or $64 billed yearly ($759 a year), with unlimited campaigns (pricing). Right if LinkedIn is your main channel and you run many sender profiles; wrong if most of your outreach is email.
- Leo by Revexa (ours). $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Right if you want an agent to find companies on buying signals and draft LinkedIn messages and emails for you to approve, the default mode; wrong if you need a lead database, calls, SMS or WhatsApp, or thousands of emails a month.

lemlist in Europe: GDPR and where the data is
- Location. lemlist's help center says "All lemlist data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) on servers located exclusively in France and hosted by OVH" and "No personal data is exported outside the EEA". Its privacy policy says the servers hosting its databases are located only within the European Union, but that personal data could be transferred outside the EU through tools lemlist uses, under Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Roles. The terms say lemlist processes personal data "on your behalf as a processor" and incorporate its DPA, so your company is the controller. lemlist is run by lempire SAS in Paris, and France's CNIL is its supervisory authority.
- Where the data comes from. The help center says lemlist's database holds "only publicly available information from LinkedIn profiles", and that "Email addresses and phone numbers are not stored in the database unless explicitly provided by users during contact enrichment."
- Your own outreach. You still need a lawful basis, usually legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, and Germany's UWG §7 requires prior consent for advertising email. See our GDPR guide. This is not legal advice.
Common questions
Does lemlist have a free plan?
No. New customers get a 14-day trial of Multichannel without a card, with 200 credits and no in-app calls. Paid plans start at $55 a month billed yearly, or $69 monthly, for the Email plan.

How do lemlist credits work?
One credit is worth $0.01 and is charged only for successful results: 5 for a verified email, 20 for a phone number, 6 for an SMS. Subscription credits roll over while the subscription is active; Multichannel's 400 free credits per user reset every billing cycle.

Where does lemlist store data?
lemlist says it stores all data in the EEA, on servers in France hosted by OVH, and acts as a processor under GDPR, while your company is the controller.
