11x alternatives 2026: 9 tools compared on price and approval

2026-10-15 · 9 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa

Teams look for 11x alternatives mainly over cost and terms: 11x lists Growth from $3,750 a month billed annually, yet its FAQ says $36,000 a year, annual contracts are the default, no trial is published, and Vendr's third-party data puts the median contract at $65,100 a year (11x pricing, Vendr). Trust is the second reason: TechCrunch reported in 2025 that 11x had shown logos of companies that said they were not customers, and 2026 Trustpilot reviews describe an annual-commitment demand and about $9,000 spent without meetings (TechCrunch, Trustpilot). By criterion: monthly self-serve plans, Unify, Gojiberry, Leo by Revexa or AiSDR; approval before sending by default, Leo, Unify or Amplemarket Duo; most channels, Reply.io or Amplemarket; LinkedIn signals, Gojiberry, Valley or AiSDR.

Checked against each vendor's own pages on 15 October 2026.

Revexa builds Leo, one of the alternatives below. Alternatives are ordered by starting price, lowest first; tools without a public price come last. Starting price is the lowest monthly US dollar price listed for the cheapest paid plan, whatever the billing term; free plans don't count, and ties are alphabetical.

What 11x is and why teams look elsewhere

11x sells Alice, "an autonomous AI SDR" for email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp, and Julian, an inbound and voice agent that responds "within 60 seconds" (Alice docs, 11x llms.txt). Its strengths are real: five channels in one sequence, per-message review, a named approver or Autopilot, 105+ languages on Pro and above, and managed deliverability (AI personalization, mailbox health).

Why teams look elsewhere:

  • Price. Growth starts at $3,750 a month billed annually for up to 5 users and 2,000 new prospects a month. That is $45,000 a year, yet the FAQ on the same page says "11x starts at $36,000 per year". Pro and Enterprise are custom, and "Annual is the default" (11x pricing).
  • Press. In March 2025 TechCrunch reported on customer logos 11x was not authorized to use and on employee claims about how it counted ARR; 11x said it reports "contracted ARR" and removed the logos. Founder Hasan Sukkar stepped down as CEO that May (TechCrunch).
  • Reviews. Trustpilot shows 4.3 out of 5 from 38 reviews, but a 1-star review from May 2026 says a pilot was replaced by a demand for a full annual commitment, and a 2-star review from March 2026 reports about $9,000 spent with no meetings.
  • Fit. 11x's docs call it "the wrong tool" when nobody owns the configuration, the ICP is undefined, CRM ownership data is unreliable or the market is very small (who 11x is for).

On 14 October 2026 a CEO post widened 11x's positioning to inbound, voice and account expansion (11x blog).

The alternatives one by one

1. Unify

Unify relaunched in June 2026 as a chat-first tool that builds lists, enriches them and writes sequences from one prompt (Unify blog). Base costs $20 per seat a month and Pro $60, billed monthly, with a free plan for up to 3 seats (Unify pricing).

  • Strength: in AI-written sequences "You review the content and approve each person before their sequence begins" (Unify docs).
  • Limitation: website intent, signal-triggered plays and two-way CRM sync need the custom, annually billed Business plan; LinkedIn and calls are rep tasks.
  • Best for: sellers who run outreach themselves.

2. Gojiberry

Enter your website and Gojiberry learns your business, detects signals such as competitor engagement and people who follow your company, builds lookalike audiences and contacts prospects by email and LinkedIn (Gojiberry). Pro costs $99 a month for 2 agents and up to 1,800 prospects contacted a month.

  • Strength: Review Mode lets "you approve each lead and message before they are sent" (quick start).
  • Limitation: Gojiberry states no default for Review Mode, and an approved lead goes "automatically through the campaign steps".
  • Best for: teams whose buyers are active on LinkedIn.

3. Leo by Revexa (ours)

Leo is an AI agent that reads your website to build an ideal customer profile and watches buying signals: hiring, funding, new executives, companies' own posts, people engaging with competitors' LinkedIn posts and Sweden's public job board Platsbanken. It finds the right person and drafts LinkedIn and email outreach in your voice, in Swedish or English. $99 a month in the US and rest of world, €89 in Europe, 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT; 7 days free, no lock-in (Leo pricing).

  • Strength: by default nothing is sent without your approval, which also works in iMessage and Slack; autonomy is opt-in per channel.
  • Limitation: LinkedIn and email only, Swedish or English only, and no cold email to leads in Germany (UWG §7).
  • Best for: small B2B teams that want to approve signal-based outreach.

4. Valley

Valley is LinkedIn-first: pick a play such as people engaging with your content, companies hiring or a competitor's audience, and it finds buyers and writes in your voice (Valley). Starter costs $199 per seat a month, or $149 billed quarterly, LinkedIn only; Plus adds email at $299 (Valley pricing).

  • Strength: with Autopilot off, "every message queues in Approvals" (Valley help).
  • Limitation: approving a sequence releases its follow-ups, Autopilot is "recommended for most users", and the trial needs a payment method.
  • Best for: sellers whose buyers live on LinkedIn.

5. AiSDR

AiSDR sources leads from signals and runs email and LinkedIn sequences. Solo costs $250 a month, month-to-month, for 200 researched contacts; Explore ($900) and Scale ($2,500) need quarterly contracts (AiSDR pricing).

  • Strength: LinkedIn messages and InMail, plus domains, mailboxes and warmup, are included from $250.
  • Limitation: no per-message approval: "No manual approval is needed for each outgoing message" (AiSDR help). Salesforce sync and website visitors are Scale-only.
  • Best for: email plus LinkedIn without an annual contract.

6. Artisan

Artisan's agent Ava finds leads, sends email sequences, handles replies and books meetings, with a dialer for your reps. Intern costs $250 a month billed annually or $280 monthly for about 500 leads; the free plan covers search and enrichment, and the trial runs 30 days without a card (Artisan pricing).

  • Strength: about $0.50 per lead on Intern by our calculation, the lowest in our 11x vs Artisan vs AiSDR comparison.
  • Limitation: "Autonomous by default", with approval as a setting you switch on, and no LinkedIn step in the current docs (campaign settings, sequence docs).
  • Best for: email plus human calling at a low entry price.

7. Salesforge (Agent Frank)

Agent Frank is Salesforge's AI SDR: it prospects and runs email and LinkedIn outreach in 20+ languages. It "starts at $599 per month (billed quarterly)", with two months free on annual billing, shown as $499 a month; there is no free trial (Agent Frank, Salesforge pricing).

  • Strength: in Co-Pilot mode Agent Frank "will ask for your review before sending messages".
  • Limitation: no monthly plan or trial, and Salesforge's pages differ on whether Co-Pilot covers every message or only AI replies.
  • Best for: teams selling in several languages.

8. Reply.io (Jason AI)

Jason AI is Reply.io's AI SDR: it defines the ICP, builds multichannel sequences and handles replies. AI SDR Starter costs $500 a month billed annually or $800 monthly, for 1,000 active contacts and unlimited users (Reply.io pricing).

  • Strength: email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and call tasks in one sequence, with approval in bulk, in the mobile app or in Slack (Approval mode, mobile app, Slack).
  • Limitation: no stated default between Approval mode and Automatic, and "First steps only" sends the follow-ups automatically.
  • Best for: multichannel sequences with approval on the go.

9. Amplemarket (Duo)

Amplemarket combines data, sequences, deliverability and a dialer. Its Duo Copilot surfaces leads from buying signals and drafts sequences across email, LinkedIn, phone and WhatsApp (Duo). Startup costs $600 a month on an annual term with 2 users; Growth and Elite are custom (Amplemarket pricing).

  • Strength: reps "Send or dismiss each lead", and Autopilot is opt-in per signal (Duo leads, Autopilot).
  • Limitation: annual term only, and only the entry plan has a public price.
  • Best for: teams with several reps who want a copilot.

10. Hire an SDR or an agency

Not a tool, and sometimes the right call: people bring judgement, live calls and relationships. There is no list price: you pay a salary plus tools and management time, or an agency fee (what an SDR costs).

  • Strength: human judgement in complex conversations.
  • Limitation: recruiting and onboarding take time, and agencies vary in quality.
  • Best for: complex, high-value deals.

How to choose

  • Approval by default: Leo, Unify's AI-written sequences or Amplemarket Duo (approval, tool by tool).
  • Monthly billing: Unify, Gojiberry, Leo, Valley, AiSDR, or Artisan and Reply.io at monthly prices.
  • Phone, SMS or WhatsApp: Reply.io or Amplemarket.
  • Buyers on LinkedIn: Gojiberry, Valley or AiSDR.
  • Many languages: Salesforge (20+) or 11x (105+ on Pro and above).
  • An AI voice agent for inbound calls, or an owner, ICP and clean CRM data in place: 11x may still fit.
  • Human judgement in every conversation: an SDR or an agency.
