Best sales intelligence tools 2026: 10 compared by price
2026-10-22 · updated 2026-10-22 · 8 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
The best sales intelligence tool depends on the job you need done. For contact data, Lusha starts at $37.45 a month billed yearly and Apollo at $49 per seat billed annually, while Cognism and ZoomInfo quote on request. For company data and buying signals, Crunchbase Pro costs $49 a month billed annually in the first year, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core $1,079.88 a year per license and Leo by Revexa $99 a month. Intent data from 6sense and Bombora and conversation analytics from Gong have no list prices; Vendr's buyer data puts their median contracts at $62,000, $25,000 and $55,430 a year.
Checked on 22 October 2026 against each vendor's pricing page as a US visitor sees it, plus Vendr for the tools without list prices. US dollars, excluding tax; where Europe sees a different price, we say so. Revexa builds Leo, one of the tools below.
Order: grouped by job. Within each group, the lowest monthly price a US buyer sees for the cheapest paid plan, any billing term; free plans don't count, and tools without a list price come last in alphabetical order.
What sales intelligence is
Sales intelligence is data and analysis that tells a seller whom to contact, how to reach them and when. In practice it covers four jobs, and most tools do one or two of them well:
- Contact data: verified emails, mobile numbers and job titles for named people.
- Company data and buying signals: firmographics, funding, hiring, leadership changes and other events that make an account worth contacting now.
- Intent data: which companies are researching a topic across the web, usually scored at company level.
- Conversation analytics: recording and analysing your own sales calls to coach reps and judge deals.
Some lists also count CRMs, sequencers and forecasting tools as sales intelligence. We leave those out here.

Contact data
Lusha
Starter costs $37.45 a month billed yearly for 4,800 credits a year, granted upfront, or $49.90 billed monthly for 400 credits a month, and includes 5 buying intent topics; Pro costs $52.45 billed yearly and adds 2 free seats, the API and signals. The free plan gives 40 credits a month. Best for: a rep who knows whom to call and needs the email or number. Weakness: Lusha's own page says "Italian contact data is not currently available", and Italy's data protection authority, the Garante, opened an investigation into Lusha in April 2025.
Apollo
Basic costs $49 per seat a month billed annually, with 30,000 credits per seat a year granted upfront, or $65 billed monthly. It includes unlimited sequences, 6 intent topics, website visitor identification (100 companies a month), CRM integrations and a US dialer (credits apply); the free plan includes 2 sequences and 1 intent topic. Best for: a small team that wants data and outreach in one tool. Weakness: Apollo says the personal data it processes "is hosted in the United States".
Cognism
Cognism publishes no prices. Standard and Pro each include 5 seats; Pro adds "higher-quality, accurate mobile data", "on-demand verification" and accounts "showing real buying intent". One credit reveals one contact, and viewing a contact you already revealed is free. Best for: teams selling into Europe; Cognism describes its enterprise offer as "European B2B data for global enterprise growth". Weakness: no list price, and a 5-seat starting point is a lot for a founder working alone (our reading).
ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo's pricing page lists Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise without amounts and offers a free trial. Vendr's data puts the median contract at $33,500 a year across 1,577 purchases. Best for: larger teams that want contact data, intent and engagement from one vendor. Weakness: you can't see a price before talking to sales.
Company data and buying signals
Crunchbase
Pro costs $49 a month billed annually in the first year (the page shows $79 struck through and "Save 38% on Annual first Year"), or $99 billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial. Pro includes full private company profiles, valuation insights and company forecasts; Business, from $199 a month billed annually, adds CRM and workflow integrations. A free account gives company profiles with usage limits. Best for: researching private companies and funding rounds. Weakness: the 38% saving is for the first year and the page does not state the renewal price, so ask before you commit; pushing data into your CRM needs Business.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Core costs US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year per license; Advanced costs US$159.99 or US$1,799.88. In euros, Core is €120.99 a month or €1,088.88 a year. LinkedIn offers a free trial of Core and Advanced. Best for: finding the right people and following their activity on LinkedIn. Weakness: it works through LinkedIn (search, alerts and 50 InMails a month on each plan), so for email and phone outreach most teams add a contact data tool (our reading).
Leo by Revexa (ours)
A buying-signal agent: it builds your ideal customer profile from your website, watches signals such as hiring, funding, headcount growth, new executives in the buying role and engagement with competitors' LinkedIn posts, finds the right person and drafts LinkedIn messages and emails in your voice. Review mode is the default, so you approve or skip each draft in the portal, in Slack or in iMessage. It costs $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT, with 7 days free and no lock-in (pricing). Best for: small B2B teams that want signals turned into outreach they approve. Weakness: Revexa was founded in 2026 and has no published customer results; Leo works on LinkedIn and email only, and it is not a database you can export lists from.
Intent data
6sense
6sense's pricing page lists three Sales Intelligence packages, each with third-party intent, web visitor identification, job postings and technographics, but no amounts. 6sense "discontinued the Sales Intelligence Free Plan" on 12 August 2026. Vendr's median is $62,000 a year across 387 purchases. Best for: account-based teams with a large target list and operations staff. Weakness: enterprise-sized contracts with no public price. More in best intent data providers 2026.
Bombora
Bombora sells Company Surge intent data, built on a data co-op of "publishers, brand sites, and premium data providers", and delivers it "directly into your CRM, MAP, and ad tech stack". It publishes no prices; Vendr's median is $25,000 a year, from only 35 purchases. Best for: teams that want one topic intent score in their CRM or ad platform. Weakness: Company Surge points to in-market accounts, not named people, so you still need contact data to act on it (our reading).
Conversation analytics
Gong
Gong's pricing page says "Licenses are priced per user" and "There is a platform fee based on the number of users supported"; amounts are not published. Vendr's median is $55,430 a year across 1,146 purchases, and Vendr estimates $1,200 to $2,400 per seat a year with contracts typically starting at 10 to 15 seats. Best for: sales teams of 10 or more that coach from recorded calls. Weakness: price and contract size; cheaper options are in Gong pricing.
How to choose
Our judgement, from the prices above:
- A founder or one rep: Lusha or Apollo for contact data, plus Sales Navigator if your buyers are active on LinkedIn.
- A small team that needs to know when to reach out: a signal source (Crunchbase for funding, Sales Navigator for job changes, or a buying-signal agent such as Leo) on top of one contact data tool. Our buying signal tools compared goes deeper.
- A team selling into Europe: Cognism, or check how each vendor handles EU data (below).
- Twenty reps or more: ZoomInfo or 6sense for data and intent, Gong for calls, with a budget in the tens of thousands of dollars a year.
Sales intelligence in Europe
From the vendors' own documents:
- Apollo says the personal data it processes "is hosted in the United States" (processing notice).
- Lusha has no Italian contact data (Lusha), and the Garante opened an investigation into Lusha on 8 April 2025 (Garante).
- Gong: "New Gong customers can decide to store their data in data centers in either the US or EU. The default storage location is in the US." (Gong)
- Your own outreach: contacting people whose data you bought usually rests on legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6.1 f, and art. 14 requires telling them where you got their data. Germany's UWG §7 requires prior express consent for advertising email, apart from a narrow exception for existing customers (§7(3)). This is not legal advice.
