Outreach alternatives 2026: 10 tools with published prices

2026-10-16 · updated 2026-10-16 · 10 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa

Teams look for Outreach alternatives mainly over price and terms: Outreach lists prices only for its dialer, Vendr's buyer data puts the median contract at $45,600 a year, and orders are "non-cancelable and non-refundable" and renew for 12 months unless you give notice 30 days before the term ends. For a small team, the lowest published prices are Unify from $20 per seat a month, Instantly from $37.60 a month billed yearly, and Apollo and Reply.io from $49 per seat billed annually, each with a free plan or a trial. Salesloft is the closest like-for-like tool but publishes no prices either; for European hosting, lemlist says it uses servers in France (its DPA lists some US sub-processors) and HubSpot runs an EU data center.

Checked on 16 October 2026 against each vendor's own pages, Vendr and AWS Marketplace; US dollars, excluding tax. Revexa builds Leo, one of the tools below.

Order: the lowest monthly US dollar price a buyer in the US sees for the cheapest paid plan that runs sequences or an outreach agent, any billing term (for HubSpot and Close, the first plan with sequences or workflows). Free plans don't count, ties are alphabetical, and tools without a public price come last.

Why teams look for Outreach alternatives

From Outreach's own pages (Outreach pricing 2026 has the details):

  • No price list. The pricing page says "Reach out to our team for custom pricing"; only the Outreach Voice dialer has list prices, from $10 per user a month (pricing, Voice). Vendr's median buyer pays $45,600 a year (919 purchases, $8,660 to $215,400, February 2026, Vendr), and Outreach's AWS Marketplace offer of 50 seats for $108,000 a year is $180 per seat a month (our calculation, AWS).
  • Seats plus credits. A price per user plus 10,000 to 100,000 AI credits per package, with extra credit packs sold on top.
  • Hard to leave. "Order(s) are non-cancelable and non-refundable", and renewal runs "for successive periods of twelve months each" unless you give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends (terms, 12 April 2024).
  • Built for larger teams. Professional Services are "highly recommended" (Amplify FAQ).

The alternatives one by one

1. Unify

Contacts, multichannel sequences and a click-to-call dialer, even on the free plan for up to 3 seats; AI email copywriting starts on Base. Best for: a founder or rep who runs outbound alone. Wrong choice if: you need website intent, a power dialer or read-write CRM sync, all on the custom, annually billed Business plan. Price: Base $20 per seat a month, billed monthly, with 800 credits per seat; Pro $60 with a 14-day trial (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).

2. Instantly

Cold email at volume, with unlimited email accounts and warmup on every plan. Best for: one or two people sending email-only campaigns. Wrong choice if: you need over 1,000 uploaded contacts at a time (Hypergrowth, $97 a month) or lead data, a separate Credits subscription. Price: Growth $47 a month or $37.60 billed yearly, with 5,000 emails a month (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).

3. Apollo

A contact database with sequences and a US dialer that uses credits. Best for: a small team that wants data, sequences and calls in one tool. Wrong choice if: you send at volume (Basic allows 1 mailbox per user and 250 emails a day) or need hosting outside the US. Price: Basic $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 monthly, with 2,500 credits per seat a month; the free plan includes 2 sequences (pricing; Apollo pricing).

4. Reply.io

Email sequences on Email Volume; email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS on Multichannel. Best for: multichannel sequences without an annual contract. Wrong choice if: you want LinkedIn on the cheapest plan (a $69 add-on per account) or processing in the EU, since Reply's DPA says it processes "as a general rule" in the United States. Price: Email Volume $49 per user a month billed annually or $59 monthly for 1,000 active contacts; Multichannel $89 or $99 (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).

5. Klenty

Email cadences on Starter, which lists "Approve Before Sending"; calling, SMS and CRM integrations start on Growth. Best for: SDR teams that want cadences and a dialer without an enterprise contract. Wrong choice if: you want monthly billing (it is annual or quarterly) or calls on the entry plan: Growth costs $70 per user a month billed annually. Price: Starter $50 a month billed annually or $60 billed quarterly (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).

6. lemlist

Email sequences for unlimited users; Multichannel adds LinkedIn, calls and SMS per user. lemlist says its data is stored on servers in France, hosted by OVH (help center), though its DPA (v1.4.2) lists some US sub-processors, such as Intercom and optional AI providers (DPA). Best for: European teams that want a sequencer on EU servers. Wrong choice if: many reps need LinkedIn, since Multichannel costs $87 per user a month billed yearly ($109 monthly). Price: Email $55 a month billed yearly or $69 monthly, for 50,000 emails a month (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).

7. HubSpot Sales Hub

A CRM whose sequences start on Professional; HubSpot's pricing guide lists none on Free or Starter. Best for: CRM, sequences and forecasting in one place. Wrong choice if: you want sequences on a small budget: Professional adds a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. Price: Professional $90 per seat a month billed annually or $100 monthly, US list prices (guide, updated 9 September 2026; HubSpot pricing).

8. Close

A CRM with built-in calling, SMS and email; workflows and a power dialer start on Growth. Best for: small teams that make many calls. Wrong choice if: you need sequences on a cheap plan: Solo ($9) and Essentials ($35 per user billed annually) list "Workflows not included". Price: Growth $99 per user a month billed annually or $109 monthly, plus calls and SMS at cost (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).

9. Leo by Revexa (ours)

A buying-signal agent, not a sequencer: it builds your ideal customer profile from your website, watches signals such as hiring, funding and new executives, finds the right person and drafts LinkedIn messages and emails in your voice, which you approve by default. Best for: small B2B teams that want outreach on fresh signals, approved by a person. Wrong choice if: you need a sequencer for a team of reps, a dialer, a contact database or website visitor identification; it does none of these. Price: $99 a month in the US, €89 in Europe and 999 SEK in Sweden, excluding VAT; 7 days free, no lock-in (pricing).

10. Amplemarket

Contact data, multichannel sequences, a dialer and the Duo copilot in one contract. Best for: two reps who want data and sequences together. Wrong choice if: you want monthly billing (Startup has an annual term) or EU hosting (US-based data centers). Price: Startup $600 a month on an annual term with 2 users; Growth and Elite are quoted (pricing, 16 Oct 2026).

Outreach alternatives with data in Europe

From the vendors' own documents:

  • EU hosting options. Outreach lets you "choose to host your data in North America or the EU" (AWS in Dublin), though its LLM providers, Anthropic and OpenAI, are listed in the United States (hosting, sub-processors). HubSpot runs an EU data center and places new paying customers "based on the geo-location of their IP address at sign up" (data centers). lemlist names servers in France (its DPA lists some US sub-processors), and Salesloft said in 2021 that new EU customers' data would be stored in Frankfurt.
  • US hosting. Apollo ("hosted in the United States", processing notice), Reply.io ("as a general rule" in the US, on Azure, DPA), Unify (AWS in the US, trust center), Amplemarket and Instantly. Klenty says information may be stored and processed "in the United States or other countries".
  • Your own outreach. In the EU this usually rests on legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6.1 f, and Article 14 requires you to say where you got the data "at the latest at the time of the first communication". Germany's UWG §7 requires prior express consent for advertising email (cold email laws by country). This is not legal advice.
